Alex was a pleasure to host Great rental home! Location was fabulous. Very close to restaurants/shops/etc. only trouble we had was keeping the hot tub warm but they were very responsive in fixing the problem!

Natasha was a pleasure! Great location with plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably! Beautiful views of the ocean, close to everything and the pool area was great. Our only complaint was when we arrived the pool area was dirty and we found beads and a couple other trash items from previous guests in the pool but when I called the host, they were very helpful and sent someone to clean the pool the next day. With that being said, I would stay again and was pleased with our experience.

Megan, was a pleasure to host! Overall, the property was nice and in a good location. The property is good size for a large group. I lowered my score for a couple reasons. First, the property didn’t seem very clean when we arrived. The guest house had dirt everywhere and looked like it had not been cleaned and the main house had some of this as well. The furniture in the main living room had a lot of stains on it and simply looked dirty. Secondly, the pool/spa blower motor was out of commission and never got fixed. We noticed this right away when we arrived on Saturday and pool maintenance came on Sunday. The two gentleman told us the blower motor was not working and that a vendor would have to come fix. I received an update from AMI on Sunday and Monday that they were working to get in touch with a vendor and then later in the week the update switched to they were waiting on approval from the owner, which never came during our stay. For home much money we paid, would expect better.

When we checked in the cottage in the back was not accessible. They helped me to get in that day. We did have an issue with an alarm going off that would not stop and no one showed up till the next day which was a little disappointing, because it was very very loud. they did show up the next day and take care of it. Then the next day the air conditioning broke, and they did show up that day which was wonderful. The house was fantastic. The pool was not clean, but it was still usable. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. Would totally recommend this house.
