This was our 4th year staying here. It's always a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful house. Great location house had plenty of space and storage. The AC went out the second evening we were there, I called property management and they sent someone out that night to fix it then checked in with me the next day to be sure it was running well. Wonderful service !

Great experience. New owners. Owners and property managers are very responsive to issues. This was our 4th time staying at this home. It's an easy walk to the beach. Off the back porch, the street goes directly to the beach entrance. It also has access to a swimming pool and tennis courts which the kids, especially when they were younger, have enjoyed almost more than the beach.

The house was supplied with everything we needed, it had plenty of space indoors and out! Just a short walk to the beautiful wide beach. Highly recommend this house!!

We enjoyed our time at Blessings in the Sand! We loved how close the beach entry was and the ability to park multiple cars under the house. The owner was very nice and reached out to ensure we made it and that everything was in order. We would rent again!

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed at Blessings in the Sand. We love it and it is very pet friendly. We were a little disappointed with the lack of towels on this past visit. I would have brought some of my own had I known they were going to cut back. Overall, we love the house!

We loved out stay at "Blessings in the Sand". The short walk to beach was great. Loved the neighborhood feel - lots of kids out riding bikes and playing. Nights were quiet. House was just as pictured, clean upon arrival, all the kitchen stuff you need, grill was in good shape, loved the gates on each porch perfect for keeping the little ones from going down the stairs. Overall it was a great vacation.

My family absolutely loved everything about this rental. The property management group was so helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The owner of the property even stopped by one morning to introduce himself and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The amenities provided were great. The house was even better than it looked in pictures. Loved how close it was to the beach and the neighborhood was so nice and quiet. 10/10 will be booking our next beach vacation at Blessings in the Sand!

Overall, our stay was good. The layouts of the rooms could have been a little different in my opinion. Having the jack and jill bathroom to be shared between up to 8 people was a bit much. We had 6 of us sharing that bathroom most of the time. I was thankful for 2 sinks on opposite sides in that bathroom. The property manager was helpful and able to address some issues that came up. The distance we had to walk to get to the beach each day was very easy. That was a definite plus!

The house was beautiful and clean. Stocked with everything you could need. The walk to the Gulf was short and easy. The property managers were super responsive, kind and helped with any concerns or questions we had not only for the house but for the area as well. We have never had service like they provided at any other rental! We would highly recommend this property and property managers!

Unit was nice and good size for our family. Clean look but it could use a good cleaning as pretty dirty under beds, blinds, light fixtures, top of fridge and other places like that. Not enough wash towels provided so had to wash them each day to shower. AC filter was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks. Like I said unit was good size and worked for us. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the beach.

The property was exactly as described, well-furnished for a family of 9, and an easy walk to the beach. Home was well maintained and clean. Excellent customer service, in fact within an hour of calling. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this property again and use Coastal Vacations as a rental agent. Thanks for all your help in making this a great vacation for our family.

Heritage Shores is a nice neighborhood for families with children. The pools and beach are a close walk from the house. Our family also stayed at Blessings in June 2022. The living room furniture has been updated and the kitchen refreshed since our visit last year. What a nice surprise for us. Coastal View Vacations was great to answer any questions we had. This is a beautiful and relaxing house. It is clean and well maintained with amazing covered deck areas...our favorite place to relax. It is a short walk to the beach...easy for our kiddos and a lovely neighborhood. The kids loved the pool that you could see from our front deck.

Our family had an amazing beach vacation at this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, basketball court, ping-pong, it was awesome! There was a minor plumbing repair needed when we arrived that was handled quickly by the property manager. The house was super clean and smelled good. All appliances worked great. There is only a small snippet of beach that is view-able from the back deck, but we knew that going in. We love Ft. Morgan and will definitely be back for more "Blessings in the Sand!"

First time to Alabama Beaches. Would recommend any of the beaches. This property was exactly as advertised and very clean and roomy. Loved having the outdoor shower to reduce sand being brought into the property. Will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future

I have stayed in the Heritage Shores community before with my family but in a different rental. This year’s rental was noticeably better maintained and cared for. Walk out the back door and you’re a 2 minute walk down to the public access beach. Walk out the front door and you’re a minute walk from the community pools. This rental had everything we were looking for.

House was clean and well stocked. Very short walk to the beach. Will definitely try and come back in better Weather so kids can take advantage of the nice pool. Very satisfied with this rental and would do it again.

We are here now and leaving in the morning. It has been a great week. This is a nice house in a nice community. It is very well stocked and clean. Very short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony.Diffenty want to come back in better weather so kids can play in Ocean and pool.Extremely happy with this booking and will do so again.

We enjoyed our stay at blessings in the sand. It has a very well stocked kitchen for cooking. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs and did not feel cramped in the house. There was plenty of seating for all of us in the living room and at the kitchen table. The only complaints are that the queen bed in the bunk room needs to be replaced. When 2 people lay down in it the bed collapses in the middle so that both people and up rolling to the middle. Also the shower head in the king bedroom with the tub shower did not work. So you could only take a bath and not a shower in that bathroom.

We loved the house. It was comfortable and relaxed and clean and had everything we needed. The porches were great and the gates made us able to enjoy the porches with our three little ones and dog. It was an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect and we look forward to a return visit. Do bring extra large garbage bags because the kitchen trash is larger than kitchen bags and maybe a few extra bath towels.

The beds (mattresses) and pillows really need to be replaced but was clean. The master bathroom needed to be cleaned better and there was some mold in the shower. Overall, we had a great trip with beautiful weather.

This house is beautiful. The layout is perfect. The area is perfect for kids. The beach is not crowded. Loved it so much. The only thing I was disappointed about was the half bath. In the main listing it says 4 bathrooms. But in the break down it does say one half bath. Just a minor negative. Most everything else was perfect. Plus I messaged with questions a few times and I received prompt responses. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Blessings in the Sand. This property was as good, if not better, than advertised. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and even shorter to the pool. The management company was helpful and responsive and the check in/out procedures were not overly cumbersome. With just a short drive to Tacky Jacks and Sassy Bass, we were able to enjoy dining out without having to travel far. The beach was clean and easy to enjoy. Not only would we recommend this property to family and friends but we hope to make it back next year

My children and I had a wonderful stay here! We had some family friends with us, too, and there was plenty of space. It was clean and the house is layed out well. We come to this area for spring break regularly, and we will definitely seek this property out again.

Phenomenal stay start to finish. Perfectly located. Close to pool and the beach. House had everything we needed. A+++
