My family and I thought this place was amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice, especially the views from the giant windows in the morning and evening. The house is extremely well furnished and caters to guests. Really one of the best homes we’ve ever visited. We hope to return soon.

Our family had a wonderful time at Birch & Buck cottage, a private peaceful spot with beautiful view of mountains. Endless amenities provided by host, had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again!

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The property was beautiful, even more gorgeous than the photos. The views and design of the house were so serene. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with many tools and cooking supplies. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Everything was so comfortable and thoughtful. We kept remarking how the owners and team really thought of everything. We traveled with another family and had 3 kids under the age of 3, so spent most of our trip at the house and by the pool. It was perfect! There’s a grocery store within a 10 minute drive, and the town of Cairo had tons of cute spots for coffee. We absolutely will be back.

Our stay at Birch & Buck was fantastic. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably organized, and completely outfitted. The owners have really thought of everything - even picnic blankets. The kitchen is absolutely perfect. The views are stunning, the pool is heated, and the lounge chairs are super comfortable. The fire pit is great for s'mores and star-gazing. Wild turkeys and deer are often surprise neighbors visiting the property. The location is convenient to many hikes, restaurants, and shops. You're about 15 to 30 minutes from all major activities, but it feels totally secluded. Grocery store is only 10 minutes away. You are close to Cairo, Leeds, and Catskill, which is great for boutiques and dining. Our family has stayed at Birch & Buck twice and enjoyed our time immensely. I highly recommend it!

Phenomenal. Not an Airbnb per se. More like a spread from Dwell magazine come to life, "Curated Comfort in the Catskills" or some such. Or your design minded friend letting you borrow their mountain home for the weekend, except none of my friends sport both a Womb chair and a Uchiwa chair. The view from the west window looks like a Bob Ross painting. The selection in the wine fridge was excellent. What other Airbnb puts Le Labo in each bath??. Toni Morrison and Audrey Lorde books carefully laying around. Laundry room to die for. Kids paradise with cute room and great pool. Anyway. Excuse me as I go book again.

We had a great long weekend with our family of 5 and dog— house was so cozy, meticulously designed and prepared, and what a view!! Looking forward to coming back!

This is, without question, the most stunning Airbnb I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! The photos simply cannot capture the magic of the mountain views. We were completely mesmerized by them from the moment we arrived. Leaving this extraordinary place was no easy task, yet somehow we returned home feeling deeply renewed & utterly at peace. The home itself is every bit as breathtaking as the landscape - beautifully designed, private, spacious, cozy, warm, & welcoming. Every corner revealed a thoughtful, luxurious touch: heated bathroom floors, plush beds, well-stocked cabinets, & countless details that made us feel both pampered & perfectly at ease. We truly wanted for nothing. The hosts were kind, generous, & incredibly responsive which elevated the experience even further. The option of a later checkout allowed us a few more unhurried hours to soak in the serenity, which made all the difference. This was more than a stay; it was an experience we’ll treasure, & we will be back!

Beautiful house - really one of the nicest Airbnb that we have stayed in. Stocked with all you could need and luxurious amenities. Location was lovely - short drive to restaurants and stores, but also felt remote in the way that we wanted. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

The house and the surrounding view was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean and spacious. The high ceilings and the massive windows made the living room feel so much bigger than it was. I also really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house like the luxury toiletries, beautiful lighting and artistic design. Host was super responsive and friendly which made the experience easier. I would highly recommend staying here and hope I can come back during the summer to enjoy the pool.

Honestly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we booked, the communication was clear, concise, and proactive. There was no problem finding the place and everything looked exactly like the photos. Everything at the house was clearly labeled which made navigating a rental so much easier. There was a well stocked bar that we were invited to partake of which was such a kind gesture. The house was fully stocked with everything except the food you wanted to eat. There was chilled water, coffee, etc, but also Kiehls soap in the bathroom, great hand soap, le labo fragrance. It was so high end and well appointed The beds were so comfortable and hands down better than any other rental experience. There were pillows galore, along with great bath towels and robes We 1000% want to come back when the pool is open, because this was truly a stunning home with incredible attention to detail and comfort. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience.

Everyone was raving about the place to their friends and family at home. A true hidden gem and would recommend to anyone looking for a gorgeous, peaceful stay in the area! Our group had an amazing weekend stay! The house is incredible - it is spotless, stocked with everything you might need, and is beautifully designed and decorated down to the smallest details. We were happy to squeeze in using the pool at the tail end of summer, and the host was quick to respond to adjusting to pool temperature. We were all truly sad to leave, and are already plotting our next visit!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of friends over New Year’s! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful details throughout the property. The little notes with instructions for everything made settling in seamless. The luxurious touches, like Kiehl’s bathroom products and even facial scrub for men, were a delightful surprise. The art collection is stunning and added so much character to the space. We were also touched by the pastries and welcome items left for us upon arrival—such a kind and generous gesture. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making their guests feel comfortable and cared for. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. This property is a gem, and we can’t recommend it enough!!

We had eight people across three generations, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in this house. We loved the design, the views, the art, the layout, the amenities, and the level of effort that went into making the house special. We will be back.

I am truly amazed by this house—it’s a place I’ll be dreaming about for years to come. From the moment we booked, the hosts were exceptionally accommodating and kind, providing clear instructions and helpful information. The rooms were immaculate, featuring luxurious amenities, including a luxe spray & lotion I actually left and purchased myself, games, and a cozy fire complete with all the essentials for making s’mores. My husband and I and our dog stayed for an entire month here and we absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, gorgeous views and very peaceful. The house is the most well equipped and organized AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in. It’s also incredibly well decorated. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend! Birch & Buck was absolutely amazing, with incredible attention to detail from the linens to perfect organization and luxury touches throughout. The artwork in the home elevated the experience so you felt like you were staying in your cool friend's house instead of renting from someone who favors decor from HomeGoods. The views were astounding and location was perfect for reaching day hikes and popping over to Hudson for dinner. I can't wait to visit again!

This. Cottage. WOW!! Already want to book again for next year. The backdrop is stunning, just what we needed for a quiet getaway. The pictures do not do it justice! What really makes this place stand out is the overall attention to detail in all aspects. The beds are so comfy, the pillows are amazing (I want to order one for my home). The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kind hosts provided gourmet pastries upon arrival, delicious coffee, etc. The stocked bar and wine fridge was such a nice touch. The Kiehls bath products and fab robes in each room was so nice. The full work station set up was perfect. The home is gorgeous- the art throughout is stunning! I really can’t say enough about it. We had deer roaming the grounds every morning and an owl perch on the pool deck. The fire pit and stars where amazing at night. Truly loved this place and will absolutely be back!!

Just book it! This Airbnb experience was wonderful. Staying here is a vacation itself. The place is decked out with top of the line cooking equipment for any meal you would want to make. The amenities are too many to count. This place strives to be excellent in hosting their guests and it is noticeable from the moment you pull in the driveway.

This home in Leeds is exceptional. Beautiful mountain views, and the house itself is stunning and spacious. The hosts thought of truly every little detail. The bathrooms were stocked with great products, kitchen had every amenity, and the beds are so comfy! We did not want to leave but we look forward to coming back!

This was an amazing stay and if you are going to be in the area, you should definitely rent this home- we will be back. The house is lovely- so well appointed- they had absolutely everything you would need. The view is amazing and Red Cottage was easy to work with and always got back to us right away. One of the best I've stayed at. Beautiful, just as shown in the listing pictures. Convenient, being close to Hudson and local grocery stores. And communication is clear and fast (had an alarm go off at 7am due to my mistake and they responded immediately to resolve the issue).
