truly amazing! my family comes here once a year for a getaway - we fell in love with the place!

The kids had a fun time exploring. This is really a converted barn, not a house decorated to look like a barn. The fireplace, pool table, and sauna were great. The yard is large and the kids had fun snowball fights. Very close to Belleayre mountain. Heating through the barn in winter is a little uneven (some bedrooms were warmer than others).

Ski trip Family ski trip to local trails. The house was warm and comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub , pool table and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the ski resort. We will be back next year. FYI - temps got down below zero and we were warm the whole time

The Red Cottage was the perfect spot for my family of five offering stunning views of the Catskill Mountains and an eclectic, spacious retreat. I highly recommend for you next stay.

Outstanding Barn Conversion - Loved It! We stayed a week - the place is a super fun barn conversion, perfectly laid-out. Very clean and the owners made every effort to appoint the place with all the necessary vacation items. Kitchen, stocked. Pool table, set. Jacuzzi, super clean/hot. Place has 3 beds, 2.5 baths, great for family, pets etc...and the VIEW, stunning!

We enjoyed the stay - close to the ski resort and local towns / restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was a great way to relax and the barn had plenty of room. We also held a pool tournament in the billiards room.

Magical home packed with activities and at prime location if you are looking to go skiing. The whole experience at Belleayre Barn was such a delight from checkin to checkout. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The coziest, most peaceful, rustic vibe! This space was very warm and welcoming. Super spacious to host a large group, but intimate enough for a romantic getaway. The outdoors, the kitchen, the common space - all provided a vibe that was exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint was that I didn’t book an extra night to stay!

Beautiful location with a great Mountain View! The backyard and deck is incredible. The inside is truly a barn - there aren’t really separate rooms (except for the bedrooms) but perfect stay for a group.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The space is huge, well maintained and equipped. It was the perfect space for a weekend of skiing, but would have also worked if all we were doing is retreating from the city. It is a great space for group fun. I would go back any time. The host was welcoming and kind. They even give us a complimentary later stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Amazing stay at the Barn. It felt upscale and cozy yet spacious at the same time. Layout is interesting and has a lot of character. The photos don’t do the space justice - I wish we could have spent more days staying there. Host was responsive and accommodating, and we felt like instructions were very easy and clear.

Beautiful. Such a creative use of space and remodel of a Barn. The multiple levels and open space make it super fun and an enjoyable space for even just 2 of us and our four legged pal. Always fun to have a pool table with ample room to play and multiple wood stoves that were fully stocked ready to be fired up. Kitchen was also stocked with everything one would need to cook. There was a fire ban in effect, so we didn't get to utilized the outdoor fire pit, but the view from that area is amazing and was still enjoyable to just sit and enjoy being outside. I have to admit having used Airbnb's around the world - this is truly a unique and one of a kind stay.

This was the perfect getaway in the catskills, an airbb that was so nice, you did not want to leave! our dogs had the weekend of their lives, wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend. The sauna was also a great amenity!

We had such a lovely little star at the Bellayre Barn and would absolutely love to come back again! The house is so beautiful and unique, and it came with everything we could need! Really appreciate the convenient location close to Margaretville and Bellayre Mountain. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Catskills.

Really unique space in a beautiful area of Upstate NY. The billiards table and kitchen were our favorite parts of the house.

The Red Cottage was truly a unique place! The photos make it look very spacious and amazing but the photos don't really do it justice as it's better in person! Truly a one of a kind. The backyard mountain vistas and nighttime stargazing were pretty special too. The sauna and hot tub were nice amenities. We hope we can go back very soon!

Charming Barn with great Amenities. We had a great weekend at this unique and charming barn! The space was beautifully rustic with an original character that made it truly special. The layout was thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The views from the property were stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna – a very great addition for a getaway. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. The number of flies inside was overwhelming at times, which detracted from the otherwise serene experience. Additionally, the property wasn’t as secluded as we had hoped, with some nearby activity noticeable. A few small touches in the kitchen, like having coffee or tin foil available, would have been appreciated to make it feel a bit more accommodating. We also noticed the hot tub could have used some chlorine, but we couldn’t find any on-site. Lastly, the welcome packet could have included more detailed information about the property and amenities, which would have made it easier to navigate and enjoy everything the barn has to offer. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and with a little attention to these details, this could be an absolutely perfect getaway spot!

Great barn! Great place to stay! This barn is so original and the rooms were comfortable. Beautiful property and Mountain views. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not available for us during our stay and we were not informed of this, so that was a big disappointment. Great fire pit and deck, though, to compensate for this mishap. Be sure to visit the shops in Margaretville! Great little town close by.

The views were breathtaking. The silence and serenity was more than needed. The home was immaculate. Such a great relief and respite.
