Great location - walkable to pretty much everything! The unit is gorgeous, rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable beds, bathrooms in every room is a huge plus! We loved our stay! Oh and it was so so quiet - like exceptionally quiet! Please note for families with young children - it is a TRUE penthouse - so when you exit the elevator it’s directly into the unit, no additional door, so kiddos can press the elevator button and wander right on in! Our kids were old enough we didn’t need to worry, but if you have a toddler, bring a baby gate for the hallway so you don’t have to worry about wandering little ones.

The penthouse was very family oriented and kid friendly with a pool table and plenty of TV's to entertain themselves. Not to mention the wifi was great amd easily accessible. There plenty of popular teenage restaurants within walking distance (Starbucks, diners, and acai bowls) nearby. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a win for everyone. The kitchen was great for family gatherings and well stocked with everything you may possibly need to cook or need.

Well appointed property in a great location to walk to entertainment and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and furnished, too. We will return again. Perfect for families.

Really great place to stay for a 40th birthday celebration. Location couldn't have been better. Very close walking distance to restaurants and Broadway. We loved the set up with the 4 rooms, each with its own bathroom and a great shared hang out space with a pool table. The host was so helpful in our planning/reservations before the trip and helping us with door during the trip. Would highly recommend!!

Great location. Property was well appointed and photos were accurate. The team at Hallison was very helpful and responsive. We worked with Daisy and she was awesome, even arranged for a cake for our Bday celebration. We would stay again when back in Music City.

We had an amazing stay at this Nashville home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Broadway, which made it so easy to enjoy the music, restaurants, and nightlife without worrying about transportation. The space itself was absolutely pristine and beautifully designed. It’s in a historic building with tons of character, but everything felt modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. One of the best parts for our group was that everyone had their own bedroom *and* bathroom, which made the stay super comfortable and private for everyone. The amenities were gorgeous and really elevated the whole experience—everything felt high-end and carefully curated. If you’re visiting Nashville with a group and want something stylish, spacious, and in an unbeatable location, this place is a fantastic choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom layout was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every detail showed how much care the hosts put into the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and perfectly located Airbnb!

Penthouse apartment was very beautiful! The photos were very accurate. We had a group of 7 adults and it was perfect that each bedroom had its own en-suite! We really enjoyed the gathering space and played few games of pool each evening! Just a short walk down to Broadway where all the action is! Would def stay here again if we’re back in Nashville!! Highly recommended!!

The space was absolutely lovely, spacious, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location within walking distance to everything. The history of the building made the stay even more special, and the communication with Hallson Luxury Collections was beyond exceptional from start to finish. Every minor detail in the decor felt warm, thoughtful, and welcoming, truly making it feel like a home away from home. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you for such a memorable and welcoming stay, we would definitely return and stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay here and honestly did not want to leave. The space is even more beautiful in person — elegant, spacious, spotless, and full of natural light. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, from the stylish decor to the comfortable bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. The location could not have been better. Being so close to Broadway made it incredibly easy to enjoy Nashville without constantly needing rides, but the condo itself still felt peaceful and upscale when we came back at night. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We especially loved the open living space for getting ready together before going out, and the penthouse atmosphere made the whole trip feel extra special. The hosts were also fantastic — responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a high-end Nashville stay for a girls trip, celebration, or weekend getaway, this place is absolutely perfect. We would 100% stay here again.

The place was beautiful and located near downtown. It was quiet at night . Beautifully decorated and clean . The hosts were very communicative.

This building is unassuming when you pull up, but absolutely beautiful once inside. Almost right across the street from Woolworth theatre and an easy 10 minute walk right down to Broadway. We would stay here again
