We were a group of 6 staying in the villa. There was plenty of space for all of us and Walmart was within walking distance which was a bonus. Lots within the vicinity including a regional park and the villa was very clean and spacious. Great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cousins Trip The property looked good from the outside, howver, it was not ready for check in. Could not check in until 6pm The cleaning crew left the trash later that night the raccoons had evaded the bags. Had to call for clean up. The pool was not ready In two of the rooms the televisions did not work. The house is a nice house but they need to work on some upgrades inside. When taking the overfloe of trash to the dumpster the raccoons have taken.

Had the best time and everything was great also had a special gift for my daughter that was turning 18 during our stay made it even more special thank you so much

The neighborhood and house were in a great location. Only about 25-30 min from Disney and Universal. There was a Walmart and Aldi right around the corner as well as Medieval Times. Lots of places to go out to eat and things to do close by. The house and pool were as described. Our kids got a lot of use out the pool and game room. The pool was a great size and had some shade which was nice on the hot days. The bedrooms were very nice with 2 masters and tvs in every room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom except 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom. We had lots of space, it’s a great house for a large family/multiple families. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and check-in/check-out were very easy without a ton of “house rules” which made a nice stay. The house could use a deep clean and some minor updates, but overall it was a great experience. We would stay there again in the future!

Residence was excellent, service was good Positive: The location was convenient to Disney. The community center was a fun place to play ping pong. There was a nice playground there. There were 6 large bedrooms, each with a bathroom nearby. The residence was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. There were plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, and glasses to serve a big group. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe walking around. Negative: The hospitality was lacking. In the other places that we have stayed, the host went above and beyond, with stocked coffee bars, wine and chocolate, nice shampoos, etc. This host supplied the things that were advertised, although you had to pay extra to use some of them (hot tub, grill, high chair). When we tried to contact the host via phone, the line was always busy (They responded quickly via email). The instructions sent to us originally prior to check-in were incorrect. (Correct instructions were sent later) The instructions for making the hot tub work were inadequate. The community center closed at 6, so it was difficult to see Orlando and use the facilities.

On arrival, the pool was green! The water looked like sewage water. No one had been out to prepare the pool for an upcoming stay that has been booked for 2 months. 1 of the beds was broken. We had to use pots from the kitchen to prevent the bed from sloping in the middle. This was communicated with the host. The next day, a very nice gentleman arrived to prepare the pool. He came back the day after to ensure the pool was working as it should. To alleviate my frustration, he also heated up the jacuzzi with no additional charge, for the remainder of our trip. However…. No one came to address the bed! On our 3rd day, after running the dryer, all of a sudden, there was a bat in the home. Again, notified the host. Was asked to wait to see if they could have someone come to the home to help. No one ever called back, no one ever checked on if the bat was gone or if we were ok. My disabled sister is the 1 who ended up killing the bat! There were no wash cloths in any of the rooms. Only hand towels. I don’t shower with hand towels, so we had to visit the local Walmart for washcloths. The home was clean, but the nuances were just too much. I won’t be booking with this host again.

Look elsewhere! Positive: Ideally located. Negative: Terrible customer service. Took the security deposit 2x (in error) and still waiting to have it returned. Several issues with the villa. Some examples: cleanliness was below par. Floors where dirty,.so much so that walking barefoot from when I checked in until the 10 minutes I went to bed, my feet where black. The barbecue which we paid extra for to unlock was dirty. Uncleaned since it's last use. When I contacted the host I was informed we where welcome to use our own cleaning products to clean it but they could neither provide cleaning products or give a timeline on when the cleaning team would be able to clean it. Stayed for 10 days and left waiting for them to arrive. Clearly some previous guests choose not to use the dirty grill either and purchased a grill from Wallmart (for cheaper than the hosts additional charges for the grill) and used that to barbecue food instead. The problem with that was... they left the used grill on the property with unused food on it. Namely pork chops, flat breads and the remains of a pineapple all infested with flies. When I informed the host a 'pool technician' who had to attend to fix a different problem, I simply moved it to the side of the property and left it there under instruction. The other problem? We paid an additional charge to heat the pool and jacuzzi. The problem was: the water bubbling jet function in the jacuzzi didn't work. I had to argue with the host for a refund, which they eventually did for this one charge and told me a part needed replacing. As of checking out, no repair was completed, meaning we had no jacuzzi our entire stay and had to argue to get a refund. Not how you want to spend anytime on your vacation. Anyone familiar with villas in Kissimmee or surrounding areas will know that an insect shield covers the pool area. That was also the case at this property. However; there was a small problem, or should I say several small and one big problem... holes in said netting.

The home beautiful and very clean. We lived our stay and will be going back again.

This is just a warning to future guests. Make sure that you don’t park in the grass or across the sidewalks. The HOA does have tow trucks that come around at night to take vehicles away. We had to pay 125.00 the next day to get our van out of impound.

Great Stay! The team was able to reassign our house due to maintenance. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book again!

Nice and calm

I found the place was not ready, not clean , pool was dirty and you know we plan trip and everything is set but when u start with that mess and than whole plan and trip gets messed as though they pay you back but money still gets stuck for time and then you have to look for other place that can take you in and you have to pay in again They didn’t and shouldn’t work like this with people

Excellent Great house

Disappointed Right a check in we had trouble passing the gate. Their QR codes did not work at first. We stayed in the gate, waiting for new QR code for almost an hour . The house wasn’t clean as it showed pictures I saw cockroaches in the house. We paid ahead of time to having a heated pool. Nobody came over until the next day at 12:00 pm to start heating the pool which we lost two days of our stay and we paid for a full five days Stay to have the pool heated. Also the house, lack of utilities, pans, etc. just very simple kitchen stuff they don’t have it. And the worst is there is this dude town truck that comes and tow your vehicle if you leave it outside for one minute literally we stopped the vehicle and went inside to grab some bags to get our groceries out of the car and this dude was already towing our vehicle and we had to pay him 125 cash for leaving the car Outside for less than five minutes. I felt that I was completely robbed by that moment I would not recommend this place at all. .

Great stay! Great clean property. Looked just like the pictures. Safe and secure neighborhood. We all had a ball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Amazing place very comfortable. House host is amazing. Would definitely rent again.
