First i reserved the perfect condo for my family and i exactly what we wanted! Contacted host a day prior to my arrival to get instructions on arrival....no response....day of arrival comes i drive halfway across the USA to arrive and find out there's been a problem and theres guests already in my room....beyond mad! Host then says they only have 2 other locations in the area so choose or lose basically i will definitely not book another with scenic stays

Our mother/daughters stay was perfect! Very beautiful condo and the view was amazing. Jaquem with Lazy Days Beach Service was great to set up extra chairs one day when we needed them! Altogether was a wonderful relaxing week!

Beautiful Condo The condo is nicely decorated and perfect get away for adults. Perfect place on the beach, not crowded and very clean..Small hiccup during stay but would definitely be back. Advice for owner, please update cook wear and knifes. The condo will not disappoint you for a nice romantic getaway!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful & interesting condo. The Anne Rice history made it interesting. Love that it is still dated to the days she must have owned it. It was very comfortable. The condos themselves were perfect to enjoy the beach with very efficient elevators & carts to easily get our luggage & groceries up to our unit. Pool was nice too. Beautiful property overall. I wish we had been warned that there would be very little toilet paper, soap, dishwasher pods, etc. I would have brought more of these things from home had I realized it would be so sparse. I guess you never know what you will get as far as these things go when you rent a property for a week! Also when the toilet leaked & the water automatically shut off in the middle of the night, that was a bit inconvenient. Management was slow sending someone to check it the next day. Water had gotten all over the front bathroom & I had to call again. Someone came pretty soon after that.

Balcony is the best feature! Love the balconies at Bel Mar. bed was comfy. Kitchen needs more options for cooking but we made it work. Toilet in master has issues with flushing. TVs very out dated. For someone who is hearing impaired and relies on closed captions, that was frustrating. It would be nice to update that and add options such as Netflix or streaming. As I said, love the balconies and the location is perfect.

Navarre Never Disappoints We enjoyed our stay, in this condo. We stay at Bel Mer for all of our Navarre trips. This was our first stay in 902. It is very nice has pretty much all you need, however there were only 3 dining chairs and no bar stools so if you have 2 couples you won’t be able to sit together at the table. It’s a little cold feeling as there are no rugs with the exception of the one in the living room. The mirrors didn’t really bother us too much, just weird to see yourself everywhere you go. 😂 Thank you

Unbelievable beach views from the large balcony. Beautiful sunsets after the tropical storm, Bertha. We found lots of seashells after the storm. We had one small problem with a toilet that continued to leak one night. I notified the host that morning & a plumber was there within 2 hours. He worked quickly & had the problem corrected with new parts. We couldn’t have asked for better service! We had a perfect trip with our daughter & granddaughter! Thanks!!

Really beautiful place! The biggest balcony I have ever seen! Beach was perfect except for chair vendors hogging all the room. Location is nice and relaxing but not really walkable to anything else. Place was very clean.

Beautiful condo…very clean…best suited for adults only … maybe add to kitchen cooking supplies

Beautiful, unique condo with lots of space and an amazing balcony. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and great water pressure. Only thing that didn’t match the luxury condo was the cheap, thin toilet paper and paper towels. Bring your own if you can!

Absolutely LOVED our stay!!!

Location was great. Nice beach. Unit was quiet. Bathrooms were very old. Toilets did not flush correctly. Faucet in tub leaked continuously. Mirrors on majority of walls-very outdated. Other tenant in the building allowed large dog to poop in driveway and did not clean up.

We had a great time. We stayed on the beach most of the trip. Positive: The property was very nice. Negative: We never received a parking pass, the fire detector was beeping, we received the wrong code for the WiFi, the code for the gate to get to the beach was not working, the water was turned off at 7:45 the morning that we were leaving. I called booking and was on hold forever and I received a message to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. They never did. I called the next morning and explained the situation and asked if someone would come that day and she said yes. They never showed up. You don’t receive your code to get into the room until 4:00. They don’t text you or call you to tell you that your code is ready. I had requested an early check in but didn’t receive that either. Very disappointing.

Great location! Internet was very spotty and lacking.

This was one of our favorite stays at one of our favorite places! The condo is beautiful, well-appointed and pristine, with an AMAZING view. We are already looking forward to returning!

We loved the condo We love the view and access to the beach. The hot tub was fantastic. The mirrors made the place feel spacious. Very nice outdoor furniture on the balcony. The room was very quiet. Elevators were fast. Thank you so much!
