Wonderful!

A group of 8 stayed here. The furniture is high quality and clean! The towels and lines are comfortable. We loved the balcony in the morning. There was plenty of space for all of us as we wanted to have our own bed space. Only two shared a king size bed. We enjoyed the pool after a long day out and could soak up some sunshine staying cool in the late afternoon. We loved the unit!! It was a busy building full of Airbnbs but everyone was very friendly and considerate. Melissa was extremely responsive and attentive. I was impressed with how quickly she would respond. She also gave us excellent recommendations on grocery delivery and group transportation. I would stay again! The location is interesting based on the homeless but we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe and could avoid directly passing by. It wasn't an issue for us women. Every night we walked home from Broadway. Thank you for making your home available to us. We had a WONDERFUL time in Nashville!

Clean, convenient, pool was great with kids for hot days, free parking a plus, close to broadway 5 min. uber or 15 min. walk. Nice gym.

Great home, very clean and host was very easy to communicate with.

Condo is on the second floor right near the pool and fitness center. Great spot to easily get in and out. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time, the condo was amazing and so spacious. The pool and security was great, we felt very safe. You will want to Uber to most places so make sure you get the Uber Directions because there is another location with the same address in the suberbs and the cost is quite high. Hyve must appear in the uber address. So hope this helps another family. But over all super great!!! Lots of Homeless Folks so just be prepared. We’re not from the city so it was sad to see. My girls loved the condo, the pool was great, the security was amazing and we felt very safe. Beds super comfortable!!! And the place was immaculate!

Lovely place and great host! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice unit, walk to downtown. Fairly quiet. Was there for CMA Fest so lots of people around but still was enjoyable. This is the second year I have stayed at this property and will stay again.

The apartment itself was very nice and once we got the proper instructions on how to get it that went smoothly! The one big issue was there were a lot of loud and noisy neighbors

We had a great stay at Melissa’s place for our bachelorette party. We were a group of 6 and the space allowed for great private and also common hang out spaces, and we liked that it was close to downtown. Anytime we had a question Melissa was a fast and thorough communicator.

10/10 experience. We LOVED the place and will be back for sure!

Great spot

We absolutely loved our stay here! For a weekend trip with 10 guests, the space and location were perfect. Noted by everyone in the party, this is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in - incredibly clean, thoughtfully arranged, well decorated, … the works! Walkable to both broadway and the gulch, despite a bit of an inconvenient start and end to each walk going around the block due to the building lacking a back entrance/exit, this is a perfect location for almost any downtown Nashville activity. Overall, a wonderful stay!!

We loved the rental, spacious, well decorated and equipped, very comfortable, great for our girls trip! Communication was easy and extremely helpful. There was an issue with our original booking, but they swiftly accommodated our group to another unit, it was GREAT! Thanks for a great experience!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday! Very spacious, clean and host was very responsive. A bit of a homeless situation nearby but aside from that we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

My first time in Nashville, and we had a blast! The condo was awesome! Tons of room, love the kitchen, and the deck was a great place for us to hang out. All the bedrooms, including the bunk bed room, were very comfortable and had tons of space. We also loved that we were within walking distance of the Gulch and Broadway. Also, Jack White’s recording studio is right next door! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Nashville.

Melissa was very prompt at responding when I had questions or inquired about the area, etc. The building was wonderful and Lawrence at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly!! The place was beautiful, comfortable and set up very well!!

The place itself was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was also convenient and walkable to Broadway, though it was about a 20-minute walk, which may be something to keep in mind if you prefer to be closer. We did have a couple small issues. No trash bags were provided during our stay, and when we reached out about it, it was stated they would reach out to their team yet nothing was resolved. Additionally, the listing advertised reserved parking, but the space was occupied by another vehicle for the entirety of our stay, so we weren’t able to use it. The parking garage can also be VERY tight if you are in a larger vehicle, just something to be aware of. A couple of guests in our group did struggle to get in and out with full sized trucks. Overall, we enjoyed the space and had a great stay!

This place was so great for our large group! It was super close to Broadway but far enough to be out of the noise. A few things within walking distance to enjoy. This area seems to be more industrial and might be up and coming with construction around. Overall wonderful place to stay and the unit itself was so comfortable and cute!

We loved our girls weekend in Nashville at the bed and barrel! Beautifully decorated, comfy, easy to get downtown- we can’t wait to go back. Melissa and her team were always quick to reply and super helpful in all our requests. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in your beautiful city.

Our stay at Bed & Barrel was perfect for our group of 10 women. Nicely decorated, cute bar area, extra blankets and a cozy gas fireplace for the unexpected cold Nashville weather. We did walk to Tennessee Brew Works - great food and entertainment and Biscuit Love. We recommend Rides with TJ for group transportation to Broadway. Also highly recommend Bourbon Street Blues in Printers Alley. The lobby staff at the Hyve were super helpful as well. There are homeless, mainly on one street, but did not bother anyone. Also, please add kitchen dish towels. I don't understand why there were none. We would stay here again, it was a beautiful condo!

Beautiful stay, and very responsive host. It is walking distance to Broadway, but adjacent to a homeless shelter — the only draw back. Other than that it was amazing! Would stay again.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. The property manager was extremely responsive and made our stay spectacular. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. The additional amenities of the association were beautiful and used them (pool and firepits) each day during our stay. Once we figured out the Latch keyless access system we loved it because each person in our large group of 12 could access the building independently. The only minor drawback was the location. It is sandwiched between what appears to be a homeless hangout and a high use rail system. We were not bothered about that as we were out and about the entre time and neither of which impacted the enjoyment of our stay. we would absolutely stay here again!
