Eu e minha família tivemos uma ótima estadia no apartamento. Acesso muito fácil aos parques da Disney, acesso ao estacionamento e um apartamento muito espaçoso, com cozinha completo, quartos e sala amplos e com uma varanda muito agradável. Nossa experiência foi ótima e recomendo.
This is our new go-to place when traveling with family in the area. Our host Luiz, could not have been more helpful and kind. The place was beautiful and very clean. We did not get a chance to visit the gym or game area, but it looked really nice! The instructions were very easy, and every bit of our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Could not be happier with the location, our rooms, and the service! Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We will definitely be back, and recommend to friends and family!
My family and I came from California and stayed in this condo for 6 days and it was a 10/10! Luiz was such an amazing host. Everything was so nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was very spacious. The location was perfect and close to all the Universal parks and Disney world. All the restaurants were so close by as well. I will definitely be coming back here next time.
This condo was very much worth what I paid. I saved myself over half of the money I would have spent on a resort! The decor was beautiful, the kid room was very nice. I would definitely book again! My only con was the CLEANING COMPANY the building uses should mop the floors a little better, as my grandsons new socks were dirty when we took him out of his walker, but that wouldn’t deter me from booking again…and again the HOST was amazing!
A really bad experience Positive: Nothing Negative: All. When we got to the apartment it was 86 degrees, even though we immediately set the AC to reduce the temperature, it started to rise and after a few minutes it rose to 91. The thermostat didn't work. I contacted the service but no one did anything for a total of 3 hours. We were 7 people, two of whom were 5-year-old children, and the apartment was like a sauna. instead of resting after a tiring journey, we had to struggle even more. The staff didn't answer the phone, after answering one of my million calls they said they needed a few minutes and then I didn't call back for even half an hour. At 91 degrees it was unbearable! no one came or checked anything, they just asked for time. but sitting with 7 people in an apartment where it's 91 degrees is impossible. I talked to 4 different people. I asked to change the apartment to one with working AC, but only after 3 hours did the staff agree. We were exhausted by the temperature. The apartment we got did not have a view of the pool, it was much smaller, had less equipment, but at least the AC worked. Moreover, in the smallest bedroom the bed was falling apart. Watch out for the bed in the NEMO apartment. I regret not taking a photo. the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Also the floor, the cleanliness is very poor. As well as everything else. I do not recommend and will never choose these accommodations again.
Bad experience Positive: Location Negative: Our toilet were clocked whole trip . Called property customer service 3 times then they respond and send person who instead of fixing toilet made toilet worse. From Saturday Feb 17-feb 23 our toilet were clocked kid’s hesitate to use toilet. I really need my money back as apartment money they charged was quite high as apartment was very old . Wash room of main bedroom was creepy and very old. Tiles was very old . Bad lighting in entrance area and washrooms . Sofa bed was broken too. Carpet in living room was very dirty. When you enter building , corridor carpet was dirty. When you enter apartment it’s felt like haunted apartments. Furniture in lounge and bed room except kids room are good. Kids room where there was no almost no light. Bunk bed was not comfortable. Never recommended. Found cockroach in kitchen.
This condo was a great pick! Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and having a washer &dryer in the unit was a great plus. The screened in porch gave us peace of mind since we traveled with little ones. The location is conveniently close to plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores and it was a short and easy drive to the Disney parks. The only downside to our stay was that you are not allowed to turn the A/C unit lower than 72 degrees which for us was uncomfortable to do since we are used to much cooler temperatures at home. Also plan ahead and ask for extra towels if you want to use the pool as one towel per person was provided. Thalita was an excellent host, she was in communication throughout our whole stay and was easy to reach. We had an amazing time and definitely recommend this place.
The property was absolutely beautiful, the stay was wonderful. Best place we have ever stayed. We are a family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids ages 12-1) and there was more than enough space for all of us.
I am disappointed and extremely upset to say the least. This apartment was a total nightmare. I scheduled a family vacation with my husband and three children under the age of four and expected to have a great time but in return we had the worst time ever. First of all the air conditioning was broken and we slept without air conditioning which felt like we were literally in hell. The sink in the kitchen was leaking every time we tried to wash dishes. The master bathroom hot and cold were not working properly which led us to have to take a cold shower the last night we were there. You think that’s eneiugh noooooo. To top it all off the neighbors came and knocked on the door to complain that our children were bothering them. Which was absolutely insane all they where doing is playing and being children. This trip was horrible.
The apartment was very clean! We had all the essentials we needed for the weekend. Our two families fit quite comfortably, the kids had enough space to run around. The apartment is about 15 minutes away from the park, very convenient. Gabriel was very attentive and was available if needed. We would definitely stay here again!
It was a great spot. Exactly as advertised. Definitely worth the money. Listing offered a large space. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Not as Advertised This property unfortunately had a lot of problems. Neither toilet worked and we had to wiggle the handles. All of the balcony doors had the locks removed and although it was an enclosed balcony it didn’t feel safe. The front door also had been pryed open at some point and the locks were not secure. The property itself felt unsafe in the parking garage and there were several parties with people coming in and out that felt a little unsafe. The carpet and floors were filthy, not enough towels or amenities which they advertised would be plentiful. The pans were old and very worn. Internet went in and out and the bedding was old and worn with stains. The spare bedrooms had mattresses with lumps and very difficult to sleep on. The pool was nice but chairs were terrible. Overall you get what you pay for with this unit as it was low cost but the disappointment was when we reported it they said they would come fix the toilets but they should have been caught when cleaning. They obviously didn’t work.for awhile. We would not recommend this unit the pictures are not accurate in displaying the wear and tear.
Good value for money Positive: Easy to reach bypassing the worst of I-4. Negative: Hurricane Milton got in the way - but that is not your fault. TV choices were limited but I had my Amazon FireStick along.
This place was a great value for what you get. Close to attractions (like Disney). I loved the Nemo theme room and the option to use other amenities ie pool and hot tub. Most definitely would stay again!

Great stay in Orlando My husband and I came to stay at the property for something work related. The space is tastefully decorated with open layout and ample space. It was also centrally located and close to many good restaurants and stores. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. The location was great and made it easy to get around and explore the area. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made the stay feel extra comfortable. The host was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again. The host is very communicative and responsive and genuinely seems to appreciate guest feedback. They were proactive in addressing concerns during my stay. Spacious unit, close to many attractions and convenient location.
The host of our rental did a fabulous job! We didn’t have washcloths and they made sure to have some delivered. For the amount of time we spent there this place was perfect for our stay. The air condition was freezing!!!! No complaints with the air.

It was gross, I don’t wanna come back, I wouldn’t recommend this place. And I want my money back Positive: Nothing. Maybe the connivence of the location. Negative: The pool was “closed for maintenance” all weekend and not one person was working on it. The sheets were filthy, the shower was nasty and had other peoples hair on the walls. The phone number was out of service and took a while to get ahold of anyone. And the nasty list goes on, with pictures of proof.
This place was everything they said it would be and more.

The condo was clean and exactly as described. The parking garage was very convenient, though a little tight getting in and out. The location is close to many restaurants and attractions. I received messages from the staff keeping me updated on building maintenance as well as if I need anything or recommendations. Overall a great stay and very convenient for the price!
Basically we weren’t satisfied with the property and how things were handled! If I could go back, I would had chosen a b Positive: It had a great location! Negative: It was extremely dirty! We saw at least two cockroaches, there were stains all over the place, carpet, couch, the bed frame was covered in dust, and our porch was share with another apartment, they added a door there which we didnt know was safe it was, and the door to the porch didnt have a lock! Additionally the wifi barely worked! On the listings, they added information that wasnt accurate and we asked they simply deny, saying they didnt know what we were talking about and changed the property information after we contacted them!

Für den Preis ok. Positive: Großzügige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung Negative: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und hat eine sehr schlechte Lärmdämmung. Tagsüber war das ok, aber Schlafen ging bei uns nur mit Ohrstöpsel.

Thalita and Rib were very responsive! It was a nice condo but I felt the whole place could be updated a bit- the door did not have a dead bolt or secure lock and the pool area only had a few lounges - the bathrooms by the pool needed repair-
Se não fosse o carpete eu ficaria novamente. Positive: Gostei do apartamento. Tem tudooo!! camas confortáveis, cozinha equipada, banheiros grandes. Os funcionários são brasileiros e isso ajuda muito. Negative: Carpete!! que tem um certo mal cheiro. é longe demais de orlando centro porém perto só dos parques da disney. Muito barulho pois fica perto de uma avenida. O segredo da chave de entrada foi muito difícil, pois ela só é entregue depois de pagar uma caução de 100 dólares que só pode ser paga por meio de cartão de crédito e como mudamos o chip foi muito difícil a verificação da senha do cartão pois mandavam a senha p chip do brasil e tínhamos alterado o chip. Não deram outra forma de pagar esse caução,

The place was very nice and clear and the host was very nice just had an ac issue but that wasn’t the host fault the community just had an set temperature so the place stay at 74-75 degrees
