We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This is the 1st negative review I have ever given. We were booked for 3 nights. We were not given a code to get in. When we got there, we asked for it and waited a while for a reply. There was no instructions for the wifi. There was no house manual to go by. We asked and got no reply. We asked again in the morning and again no reply. We were forced to contact Airbnb due to multiple issues. The TV in the bedroom would not even turn on. The hot tub did not work properly and was leaking. The iron was broken. 2 bathroom lights were out and 1 was flickering. The 2 screen doors did not shut properly. Screen in the bedroom window looked like it had been pried open from the outside. We checked after the 1st night.
