Whrn I had questions, no matter what the time. it was answered promptly. Everything that was needed was there. Also lived the cuted towel folds.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This was a beautiful , clean, well kept property. My family took a vacation to explore the Pigeon Ford area. The property sits on a small mountain and the HOA was very quiet and relaxing. The loft was super cool for the kids they enjoyed their own space to game at night and watch TV. The outside porch was awesome, very peaceful with a view into the treeline. We had to contact the lister because we didn't receive any check in door code in advance, thankfully they picked up when we called and gave us the info. Groceries, coffee shop was approx 12-15 min away Pigeon Ford approx 30 Gattinsburg approx 45 min You can swim, fish and boat at the local lake which was an added bonus. Be ready to work those muscles the HOA has some steep roads so engage your parking brake. The only cons were the hottub did not heat up during our stay and the paint was peeling in it. There were no clear instructions on how to get rid of the garbage. There were no cans and we didn't see any dumpsters. 4.2/5

It was great being close to the lake and within a 20 minute drive to restaurants and attractions. While the check in instructions were clear, there was no information left regarding check out instructions. We followed the typical protocol we would at any other Airbnb but it would've been nice to know ahead of time On a similar note, it would have been super helpful to have had a map of the resort. Took us some time to find the dumpster and figure out where everything was. Having a list of personal recommendations of restaurants and attractions would have added a nice touch. There was the option to download an app but I didn't want to download a new app to find a restaurant nearby. Overall, I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This was our second stay in the Bear Necessities cabin with Eden Crest. Everything was in tip top shape, as it was the first time! Well stocked kitchen, fully operational grill and hot tub, a few extra goodies (like a box fan/heater and extra linens, laundry soap, etc), clean rooms, and a beautiful view. If you’re bringing furry friends, there is a nice little (not fully fenced) relief area right up the hill from the cabin. This was somewhat “under construction” last year, so it was a pleasant surprise for our dogs. We also love that the porch is fully gated, so that they could hang outside with us. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, though I will say again that the driveway is a doozy depending on your vehicle and the weather conditions. No issues with my AWD. If you’re wanting to go out on the lake, be mindful of the seasonal drainage! Eden Crest is incredibly responsive should you need anything during your stay—you’ll feel right at home here. Would return (again)!

Very spacious, hot tub was clean and refreshing. Host was extremely responsive, would definitely stay again.

Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Ideal location away from the business but not a bad drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The house was clean overall but there were a LOT of lady bugs, dead and alive. The hot tub was pretty big and got very warm, but could have been a little cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The cabin was spotless, had plenty of space and was a dream all the way around. It was located in a very peaceful neighborhood.

I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones there are good but not to everyones liking; too soft for us but manageable. Definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Needs some updates to the HVAC System. It was uncomfortably hot in the Cabin most of the weekend. Luckily we had the day planned away. Sleeping however was next to impossible. House was at 80° when we got there, when we left 2 days later it made it down to 73°.

But gorgeous location with tons to do! Hot tub is great when your back is aching! You can catch the sun come up behind the trees in the hot tub. I love this cabin and will definitely rebook in the future!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This was a birthday trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We inquired about the hot tub prior to our stay as numerous reviews had reported issues—Eden Crest made sure to have it fixed and turned on, ready to go by the time we got there. Response time is spectacular, Eden Crest was ALWAYS available to answer any questions (seriously. always). We received a notification that our place was cleaned and ready for us several hours prior to the anticipated 4pm check-in time. Instructions great. The place was clean, neat, and exactly as the photos show. The fully gated porch was ideal as we brought our fur babies with us and there was green space for potty breaks. Kitchen was decently equipped, basic toiletries provided. Be prepared for the steep hill leading up the cabin, especially in inclement weather. The pool was not open for the season yet, and there was no outdoor trash can (there is one by the pool, but that is a hike). All in all, exceeded expectations!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! My stay had many problems. The hot tub was broken and was not accessible for the entirety of my stay. The wifi crashed and didnt come back up until the next morning. The lake and kayak were not accessible. The second toilet didnt work. There was no trash pickup and no dumpster available. All of these concerns were communicated to the host and they were slow at responding. I had to call back to follow up several times for updates. The hot tub and access to the lake were the main reasons I booked this rental and neither were available. Furthermore, I was not told they wouldnt be available ahead of time. This was extremely dissapointing. The calls for support regarding the trash, internet, toilet, and hot tub were met with very little concern. Most times, the agent simply said he'd create a work order and have someone call me back. I received one or two calls back but usually had to call to follow up on my own. Not the greatest experience....

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! the cabin looked exactly as pictured and was perfect for our weekend stay. the host was easy to contact and addressed our concerns quickly. the only thing was the hot tub not working. when i brought this up the host immediately sent maintenance. however, even after maintenance came the hot tub would still not warm. other than that, everything was perfect and i would stay again!

The cabin was well decorated with a Christmas motif and very spacious and comfortable, however, we were excited about the hot tub and fireplace and we couldn’t put them to work because Eden Crest didn’t have any instructions. The hot tub never worked even after someone came to check, the fireplace didn’t have any firewood, and the kitchen appliances were not very clean. We would have had an amazing experience if the cabin came with clear instructions and details and everything was working as is supposed to.

We all loved the hot tub and the view! We had a great stay.

We took the canoe with us and spent time on lake. Boat launch very steep, so be prepared for that. Parking in front of cabin little tight for 3/4 ton truck but fit. Got ribs from Bustin Butts BBQ few miles from cabin and they were very good.
Everything was nice.

The view isn't what they show on the site from this cabin at all which was disappointing as that was one of the main things I was looking forward to on this vacation. Quiet and relaxing, not much for parking. Just wanted a view which the listing is deceiving for that.
