This three-bedroom house sits in quiet, wide-open country just a short drive from downtown, with expansive windows that put the butte front and center from the living room.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1 (upper level): King bed, ensuite bathroom, room-darkening curtains
• Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, fireplace
• Bedroom 3 (main floor): Queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk, Smart TV, room-darkening curtains
• Bathrooms: Upper-level ensuite, plus a main-floor hallway bath with shower/tub combo

The kitchen: Whip up a big ranch-style breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, a large fridge, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Everyone will gather around the big island, and the dining table seats 6.

The living room: Sink into the plush sofa, queue something up on the 65" Smart TV, and let those gorgeous windows do the rest.

Game time: Settle the family rivalry over pool, ping pong, or Skee-Ball, then take it outside for cornhole and giant Connect 4. Card and board games are stocked for lazy evenings.

Outside: Fire up the BBQ, soak in the hot tub, and cozy up to the balcony fireplace once the stars come out!

Riding in for the Rally? There’s RV/ATV/UTV parking with electric hookup, so bring the toys!

This home is a great fit for families and friend groups. Two bedrooms are upstairs, so plan on a flight of stairs.

You’re tucked into peaceful prairie country with Bear Butte as your backyard view, yet still close to everything that makes the northern Black Hills so special.

Downtown Sturgis: About 10 to 15 minutes to Main Street’s restaurants, shops, and the motorcycle museum.
The great outdoors: Around 15 minutes to Bear Butte State Park, where you can hike the summit trail or paddle and fish at Bear Butte Lake. The Buffalo Chip is just a few minutes down the road!
Day trips: Deadwood and Spearfish are each about 30 to 35 minutes away, and Rapid City is roughly 45 minutes. Mount Rushmore makes an amazing day trip at a little over an hour.

A car is the way to go out here, since rideshare service in the Sturgis area is limited and can be hard to find, especially outside of Rally week. Rapid City Regional Airport is about 50 minutes away and the easiest place to fly in.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book.

Maximum occupancy is 11 guests.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Parking is available on site for up to 4 vehicles, plus dedicated RV/ATV/UTV spaces with electric hookup. Street parking is not permitted.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, front patio, driveway, and side patio for quality and security monitoring purposes.

With open fields all around, you may spot grasshoppers, birds, and other local wildlife around the property. We keep up with regular pest control, but nature does like to say hello now and then!

GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
