We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, the location was great, and having easy access to the beach was a huge plus. We stayed here for my bachelorette party, and it was the perfect place for our group. Our only disappointment was that we expected the hot tub to be heated and didn’t realize there was an additional fee for that. We understood ahead of time that heating the pool came with an extra cost, but the hot tub wasn’t as clear in the listing. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and would 100% stay here again!

Great stay, and the host was accommodating - definitely recommend

Great view and great house. I would have preferred a more coastal decor rather than the dark Mediterranean look but I knew that going in. The ceiling fans could use an upgrade, they are precarious to turn on and the light coming from it is very dim…adding to the darkness of the house. The Host is very responsive! All in all it is a wonderful place! I would stay there again. There were 9 of my senior friends either me and they all loved it too.

We rented the house for a girls weekend/office retreat. A great place for a large group to enjoy the beach. Having the pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. We couldn’t figure out how to use the outside fire pit, but it wasn’t cold enough to need it. There were leftover over pool noodles, inflatables, beach chairs, and a cooler in the garage to use. We spent a little time exploring the neighborhood, but were glad to have a rental car for a field trip into St Petersburg and up to Clearwater. The house has an elevator.

The home was so large and gave everyone their own space. It was perfect for our family of 8. Staying on the beach was magical. Just steps away from the pool and you were swimming in the ocean. Kelly was a gracious host and responded to any questions immediately. An amazing home to stay and make great family memories!

Great property in a great location!

The house absolutely exceeded our expectations! The gorgeous pool and relaxing sauna made our stay extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy great meals together. There’s so much room in the house to stretch out, recharge, and soak in those breathtaking ocean views—perfect for a little personal paradise and pure rejuvenation whenever you want! The location is absolutely unbeatable! You’re right in the middle of all the fun whether it’s Treasure Island, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, or even a quick getaway to Tampa, everything is just moments away.

Directly on the beach with amazing sunsets and time playing in the sand with family. Also, really enjoyed Caddy's so close. Short walk with great music and happy hour waiting. Only downside, although well maintained is that the interior and furnishings are dated. We also experienced exterior painting of home next door. Overall and wonderful, relaxing vacation with family.

Our experience as a family in this home was incredible! We were able to focus on enjoying each other and the beach throughout the stay. The hosts are kind and responsive. The house had ample space for our whole family and the overall quality of the home and furniture made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at the beach with our family! The proximity to the beach was perfect, and the view was absolutely spectacular. Kelly made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the sheets and bathrooms to the kitchen. The master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and waking up to the ocean view from the bed was absolutely stunning. The leather couches in the living room were spacious and comfortable, and everything matched the description. Kelly and her team were equally wonderful. They were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout both the booking process and my stay. I needed a place at the last minute, and they not only responded early on a Saturday morning but also had everything ready for my arrival that day without a hitch. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable.

Do NOT stay here! This company changed previous name because of their negative reviews, which we found out after investigating our horrible experience. They charged us for heated pool that never worked, beach was closed and they advertised beach access and bulldozers 24/7 feet out noise all night that didn’t let me sleep one bit. Now I’m dealing with BNB for refund as the host has been stringing us along and offered to reimburse us even less than the fee addtl fee collected for services /amenities never received..

We had a great time. House is very spacious. As a dad who has to carry all the luggage the elevator is a huge plus.

Pool + Beach+ Sunsets. The house and everything is great, but the bonus was the great neighborhood. People were friendly and it was a great place for us to be. Treasure Island, Florida seems to be a nice bunch of people. This house is huge, and has fun backyard pool and lounge.

The Treasure Island house was beautiful and it's location on Sunset Beach perfect. Kelly and The Hometown Team were quick to respond and address our calls. They had a high chair and pack-n-play set up and ready when we arrived! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house had an elevator for our 94 year old mother! The house was awesome! We just might make it an annual trip!

Great location. Easy beach access

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Treasure Island property! Everything was super clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials - things like toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. We loved that they left us some cleaning supplies that made it easy to keep the space neat (and sand-free!) throughout our trip. The host truly went above and beyond with communication, checking in both before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the extra care taken to accommodate our littlest travelers—high chairs and a pack n play were all set up and ready when we arrived. It made a big difference. We absolutely plan to book again and wouldn’t hesitate to work with this team in the future - we can't recommend them enough!

Wonderful place, close to everything. Beautiful home right on the beach

This home was in a nice location. Beautiful views of the ocean. It's a nice size home and the master bedroom was very comfortable including the bed. I feel that is important as we have stayed in others that were not comfortable. All in all, it was nice. Sadly, no fire pit by the pool which we were looking forward to, but there is a nice size couch. Kelly was Very responsive which was great! We had an issue with the main floor A/C and she had someone there fixing it within the hour! We all enjoyed shooting pool, hanging out around the kitchen for drinks and snacks. The balconies were perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening to listen to the waves. We even saw a few dolphins this trip swimming by. Thank you, Kelly, for allowing us to rent this home for spring break.

The house and location are fantastic! Just disappointed at being ignored about a bbq. The kitchen is fantastic for a large family. The bedrooms were roomy and comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach. Overall an amazing place.

Great location and amazing house

Home was beautiful! View was breathtaking, rooms were Large and beds are very comfortable. Home has a homey vibe to it. A few post hurricane issues that need to be addressed and they said they will fix but other than that beautiful home. The hosts are very quick to respond to any issue we had regardless of time contacted. Good customer service.
