It was a VERY big disappointment when the construction crews moved in a week after our arrival and were there for the next two months WHEN the owner KNEW this was planned! Therefore the pool and back area were not available! The condo was clean. The property manager was ready to help. For this stay; we paid a ridiculous price and should have been told!!!

Nos encantó quedarnos en la casa de Zaida y Patrik, súper limpio y cómodo, la alberca perfecta además de una muy buena ubicación, podías llegar al beach access #13 perfectamente caminando, la pasamos muy bien y Zaida siempre estuvo al pendiente de que todo estuviera bien para nosotros, seguro que volvemos 🙂

We loved our stay at Zaida and Patrick's! Everything was clean and it was also a great location to all the main amenities. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Would definitely book here again.

The host was amazing, alittle maintenance needs to be done, not very good water pressure in back bedroom and the TVs wouldn't connect to the internet all the time otherwise it was a great stay, thank you

Best Airbnb at SPI hands down the area is peacefully quiet walking distance to a beach access. Great place for a weekend getaway very homey and clean. The owner does an amazing job answering any questions or concerns you may have. Parking is super easy and spacious there is more parking down the street about 40 feet from the Airbnb if needed. Overall a 5 star rating is well deserved if there was an option to add one more star I will definitely be adding it.
Great location, the place was super clean and a very responsive host. We’ll definitely be booking again on our next trip!
