The unit was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is a bit dated but has just about anything you would need to cook with!! Location is convenient, walking distance to a market and restaurants. We stayed for 2 weeks and very much enjoyed every minute! The staff at Bender Realty was great to work with! Will be using them again!!

The unit was very clean! This is my second time renting from one of your properties and will do so again because of this!We found the beds to be very comfortable, and the kitchen had more than enough cookware to cook just about anything! Although it was a bit dated, everything was very clean! It was a big trip for me as my daughter got engaged! You all were so helpful and I very much appreciated you all!! Everyone is so nice and always made me feel like I was so important!!Will be contacting you for my next trip to Gulf Shores!!!

Clean and comfortable condo. Great for family of Four. Beach access across street at light was very easy. Good parking right under condo.

Loved Beachcomber #1 condo. Condo very comfy and clean. Proximity to beach (directly across the street) couldn't get better! Restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Already recommended to family. Hope to be back next year.

Unfortunately, the people living above our unit were awful. 4 people - 1 man with dementia, 1 caregiver, and 2 other men who were just so loud especially in the middle of the night after they came home from their work shifts. The walls/floors are VERY thin in this unit and we could hear everything they did.

Very nice condo located about 3/4 of a mile east of the Hangout. Definitely within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores. Right across the street from public access to the beach with stoplight and crosswalk. First floor condo with just a handful of stairs right next to the assigned parking spot. Very nice and clean, comfortable looking with plenty of room for our visit, myself and two teenagers. Twin beds for the girls and a king sized bed for myself. Open the curtains in the family room and enjoy the view across the street of the beach. The road noise didn’t bother me unless I had both doors open, which was still a nice relaxing experience. Kitchen had all the amenities needed along with washer/dryer. The only complaints I have would be the upstairs neighbors seemed to be awake at all hours of the day, could hear them talking and sliding chairs/furniture across the floor at 4AM as well as 4PM. The window in the twin bedroom would hum when the wind blew, which for the first couple of nights my daughter thought was an owl outside her window. All in all, enjoyed our time there and would stay there again. Loved the location that is not too close to the Hangout but not too far away either.
