Sabrina was a pleasure to host! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time! There's plenty of things nearby, and the house is very well-equipped and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone looking for Anna Maria Island.

It was a pleasure hosting Rachel! We hope to host them again in the future! This home & pool is beautiful. The kitchen is the best stocked I've ever seen with everything you could possibly need to cook minus spices (has dishes, plates, bowls, silverware, serving stuff, crockpot, blender, pitcher, pots, pans, bakeware, etc). The family room is cozy. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. All the outdoor living spaces are great and grill worked well. Location has a lot of great restaurants nearby - easy to walk to. Beach is 3 minute walk - they have beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler for you to use. A few cons out of the control of owners is smell from trash cans behind Thai place on other side of pool fence, when the wind blows toward you. The other con is the management team failed to warn us that on day 2 a new washing machine, we knew nothing about, would arrive at 7:40 am and wake us up. The management team called me 1-2 days before arrival and day of arrival to ask if I had questions too, but no mention of washer. Overall, a great trip.

Property was close to beach and restaurants, we loved our walks to the per each morning with the kids. The size was great for a baby and we spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck people watching and in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach house- super comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great after a day at the beach. Lots of room. The patios were perfect for drinking coffee in the morning- over all just a great house. Location was perfect walking to dinner.
