It was a pleasure hosting Joanne! We hope to host them again in the future! The accommodation was just as described. The aircon and fans were a welcome in the July/August heat and we didn’t experience the problems previous guests had, so assume that had been addressed. Lovely and clean with all the amenities you need for a stay. AMI locals were really responsive and on hand should we have needed them. We would stay and use Ami locals again

Amanda was a pleasure to host! Great location to the beach. Parking was confusing at first but totally not a problem in the long run. The he apartment was cute, well equipped, had chairs and a beach cart to use. We would definitely come back to visit!

It was a pleasure hosting Dailisbeth! Great place, we only encountered one issue with the door locks but they were good about sending someone to look into it. The code to the door we got initially opened the opposite unit to the one we were supposed to be in and it wouldn’t open our unit. That led to us believing that was where we were meant to stay but then other guests arrived to the unit we believed was ours. Turns out the guests had a different code which also opened the unit we had placed our stuff in. We had to take our stuff from the opposite unit and move it to the other one. The lock to our unit wasn’t working with any codes so we were given access to the actual key of the place. Everything was resolved within the same hour but it was just a hassle having to move things around because we got a code that opened the opposite unit and not ours. The place itself was just as described, the bathroom could use some help as the furniture has some staining.
Dalton was a pleasure ! We loved our stay with AMI Locals! They were very easy to communicate with when we had a question. The Beach Sunrise Villa is also in a great location.

Excellent location, host were extremely communicative, full equipped and just a minute walk distance from the beach, only reason I’m not giving 5 star is because the AC is blocked at 72, however it never went lower than 73 so at night it wasn’t cold enough to get a nice sleep

It was a pleasure hosting Jesse! We hope to host them in the future! Unit A was cozy, ultra clean, complete kitchen amenities, and has a sea-side cottage ambience. It’s perfect for a small family. The beds were comfortable with clean pillows and blankets. It has a string WiFi and a tv with Netflix, Disney+, etc. The AC was prefect during day time but it was warm during our first night we tried to adjust it but it didn’t work. I love the clean towels they provided but they should’ve provide more tissues, 2 tissues for 3 nights is not enough for a family. The best part is that the beach is walkable. It’s just across the road. It’s also near all the nice shops and restaurants.
