We loved this beautiful beachhouse!!! It was clean, with views of the Gulf that could not be beat!!! The manager came by to see if our expectations were met and of course, we told her how pleased we were!!! Definitely would stay here again!!!!

House was in a great location and beach was great. They only provided two rolls of toilet paper, no kleenex, and one pod each for the washing machine and dish washer. There were no beach towels. For this price, would have been nice to not have to buy or bring our own, and would have been good to know before we left home.

The Beach Shack was just right for our family vacation. We loved the house-it was just the right size for us, especially the open living area, and kitchen was very well stocked. Loved have direct access to the beach and also enjoyed the front deck. It was peaceful there, even for a holiday weekend. Will definitely look in to renting the Beach Shack again!

We had great weather and a lovely week. It was nice to have a house so close to the beach! The house is quite worn with flooring needing to be repaired and the air needing to be at a certain temperature that was not quite cold enough for us, not good water pressure in the kitchen sink, but all in all we had a good week and we got our money's worth. Just for those who might need to know and you can't tell from the pics- the front beachside master bedroom bath is extremely small with tiny shower and no counter top so not appropriate for larger people and the front beachside bedroom has a nice big bed but hardly any room to get around to the other side- just super tiny. One last thing was dog hair on the living room furniture but we covered them with extra sheets and blankets and made things work! We did not bother the company with complaints because we could make it work and they were nice and helpful.

You can't get much closer to the beach when you stay at the Beach Shack!Beautiful beach home.The beach sounds, smells, and sand in your toes is right there.Location to amenities and restaurants so close. 1 suggestion would be to place a recognizable marker / better house numbers at the end of the driveway and on the was hard to find off HWY 180.

The check-in and check-out procedures and communication were wonderful. We loved the location and deck. The beach was just what we needed. The views from all the ocean facing windows were amazing.

First time at Beach Shack. It will not be our last!! This is now our favorite place. The property was exactly as shown. Property was clean with ample cookware and utensils. Very comfy beds! Front porch was our favorite place. That view from the porch was amazing!! Just footsteps to the beach!! Rental service was awesome! Tanera was helpful in answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem to a friend. Fish River Grill is our favorite restaurant. The front porch was our most enjoyable attraction!!! See ya next year Beach Shack!!!

This was our 3rd time staying & it did not disappoint. The location on the beach is second to none; it's just steps from the beach. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off the sand. The house is nicely appointed & has everything you need. The towels are nice, the bed is very comfortable & the kitchen is well stocked. Our very favorite thing is the porch. We could sit out there all day to just watch & listen to the waves. It's so very peaceful.

We visited in the fall but even in the summer this spot is low density with no high rise condos nearby. We had the beach basically to ourselves. The house is literally a 15 second walk from the back steps. It also closer to the beach than the neighbors houses so you really have an amazing unobstructed view. You can tell the bones of the house have been there for a ling time but the inside has been redone and is in very good condition and clean. You couldn’t find a better spot if you are just looking to relax at the beach which is exactly why we go. We will check availability on this place every time we return moving forward.

Our family had a wonderful visit that included going to OWA’s Tropical Falls! This rental was tidy and right on the beach with everything we needed. It was a great economical choice for us and pet-friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Only down side was the beach was dirty. So much seaweed made it difficult to enjoy. We found clear areas and was able to still get in and have fun! Great location to be away from the hustle. We did drive to Orange beach almost daily for activities. Not a bad drive. Would stay again, most likely a different time of the year.

We loved our time at the Beach Shack! The house itself is simple and simply furnished, but we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds are very comfortable. The best part of the house is definitely the porch and deck, which is where we spent most of our time. We can’t wait to go back!

The rental is very conveniently located and the kitchen is well stocked. The process was smooth. The bedrooms are very small and not much space for luggage etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach shack. The location on the beach was perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The house had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. We had no issues the whole trip. If you do want to goto Gulf Shores the drive is super simple, but takes about 20ish min. We spent most of our time on the porch watching the ocean and the birds. Staying in November is nice because there are so few people. We barely saw anyone on the beach. The weather was still warm ebough to enjoy our time outdoors. I would recommend to others wanting to stay in a house on the beach.

This was our second stay at Beach Shack. The location is amazing! Even though the weather was less than perfect, we spent most of our time on the porch. There's something therapeutic about laying in a comfy bed at night, listening to ocean waves. The house is bright and cheery and we've recommended it to several of our friends.

The house was perfect for our girls trip.. house was just as the pictures showed. The only thing I can say that needed attention was some spots in the floor that were messed up.. with that being said that would not keep me from renting it and I will be renting again for future trips..

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Beach Shack. My dream of bringing my pup to the beach as been fulfilled. The house was well maintained, has all the modern touches and accurately matched the pictures on the website. We loved the beach access, outside shower, covered porch, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. The kitchen comes with all the pots, pans, grilling items you would need - there is a toaster and coffee maker. (Bring you own coffee, seasonings, sauces etc). Don't forget to pack bug spray. (so happy to have seen other's reviews before traveling). All bedrooms come with TVs and the living room one is perfect for the family and football! The owner provided quick responses to any questions or concerns (we were travelling during Hurricane Helene). We spent most of our time on the beach, but did check out Selah Coffee and Fort Morgan Pizza which were both good. We hope to be back soon with family and friends. No complaints at all, only that the vacation is over.

Everything was exactly as described on the website. It’s a lovely home and the beachfront location was perfect. I will definitely be renting this house again.

This home was the perfect getaway for my family. We grew up visiting Ft Morgan and when dad was diagnosed with cancer, his wish was to spend some time there. I found this house about a month before we wanted to visit. When we got to the Beach Shack, I was almost in tears of how perfect it was. The view was amazing, with easy beach access. The house has space in the most important part, the living area. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked really well! There’s an outside shower that’s perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back!

This is an awesome beach house to live in. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the view very well. Also, our kids and dog were very happy at this place. The only small suggestion is there were a lot of small biting flies around the house. We got several bites from the small flies staying on the deck, and it may be great if you can treat them.

We were very pleased with our stay. The online photos are very accurate & it's very nicely updated. We slept in the beachside bedroom & the bed was very comfortable. Listening to the waves every night was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware & necessary small appliances. The bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of fluffy towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice & perfect for meals outside & relaxing during the day. The property manager was very responsive & kind when we had an unfortunate situation with our dog & the screen door. The end result was more than fair. The only issue was our gps told us we'd arrived at Privateer Ct. It took a min for us to figure out we had to go to the next driveway. LOL I have already recommended this property to friends & sent them the link.

Great hospitality and property manager. We had an issue with our fridge, turned out to be the man children we were with. This was a perfect stay for 2 couples looking for a break from the real world. Highly recommend and will book again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beach Shack! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 plus Papa (with room to spare for more). Being able to see my family out on the beach when I came inside to make lunch is just fabulous. The ease and convenience of being right there is priceless. The kitchen was well stocked for the nights we cooked in and plenty of room for many people to sit and eat. Now this may sound silly but the amount of towel hooks throughout the house was AMAZING! So many places to hang all the towels and swimsuits! We will definitely be back to Beach Shack as it’s a winner for us!

House was very clean when we arrived. Location is great and would definitely stay here again. It was also great that the house was pet friendly. The dryer needs some maintenance because does not work well but it was not a real problem for our weekend stay.

Location could not be better - not just super-close to the beach, but far, far away from in-laws. LOL Cloudy, foggy, rainy days don't matter when you can sit on the covered deck and enjoy the ocean waves. Great TV to watch basketball tournaments. Lovely home. Thank you for the best holiday. My husband and myself, along with another couple used it as a getaway for a week. It was perfect! Perfect location, perfect amount of space and the peace and quiet we needed to recharge for a week. Hosts were very responsive and polite. Highly recommend.

My family absolutely loved our experience at Beach Shack! Going out the door for a short distance straight to the beach was fabulous! The only draw back...and no fault to the property...was getting my 80 year old mother in the house due to the sands shifting under her feet. Once we got her in, she stayed at the house and enjoyed the beauty from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I love Fort Morgan so much. Our previous beach rental was sold and is no longer being rented out so we have been looking for somewhere to call our "home" for our annual beach trip. We couldn't have asked for better than the Beach Shack. From the open space concept to the beautiful kitchen this home exceeded all expectations. We loved being right on the beach and we so enjoyed our couple of days there. I only wish we were able to stay longer but we look forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed a quick trip to Fort Morgan and stayed in Beach Shack. The home is lovely, clean, and well-appointed. The location is perfect; steps to the beach and some very nice restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Beach Shack to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in the Gulf Shores area!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house which is right on the beach. The house is super clean and recently redone; however, a few areas of the floor felt squishy, making me a bit uneasy. I will note we’ve never stayed directly on the beach before so this is possibly normal this close to the beach. We have never stayed in Fort Morgan before and were not expecting the view of the oil derricks all along the coast.
