Have stayed here a few times with family. The rental company is always responsive with any issues and will send someone over if need be. Communication is excellent! The condo has large beds to fit many people which is what we needed. The backyard area is convenient for my puppy. The beach is about 2 blocks, very walkable. Many restaurants and bars within blocks. Only downside is not a lot of pan variations so I bring my own and I donated a kitchen drying rack for washing! Everything else was great! Will be back!

It would be great to have aFew more extra blankets for bedrooms. Also, blood stained pillow shams in the master need to be replaced. Maybe an umbrella and gas grill on the back patio would be awesome!Grill on the back patio would nice!Overall nice place to stay.

It’s apparent that this place is ran by a business and not a homeowner. They only gave us 1 towel per person. The checkout is also pretty early given the check in time. However, it is a clean, nice, space with comfortable beds and couches in a good location with ample parking around. People that communicate for the business are friendly.

Condo is in a great location, beds were good, plenty of space. The negatives; TVs need fire stick(s) to do any streaming, couches and rug could use a cleaning, no wash towels, extremely limited hand soap, dish soap, body wash, washer/dryer working but on their last legs, cabinet finish peeling, and depending on your neighbors you could be in for excessive noise with people going up/down stairs. Functional rental, a solid 3, but this is our 7th rental this year and not one will go back to by choice.
The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms with king size beds and TVs, convenient location to the beach and walking distance to Brewster Street Icehouse. It was an overall positive experiences.

The location was extremely close, in driving terms, to Whitecap beach. The home itself was clean and extremely organized with everything being labeled. My family and I enjoyed it!
Very smooth check in and check out process, living space very accommodating for larger groups, and bedrooms were very spacious with large beds that were very comfortable. Grateful for the complimentary soaps and laundry / dish pods, WiFi was good too. Bathrooms had a strange odor that wasn’t the most pleasant, but overall we loved our stay and would for sure come back. Pool is super close, good choice of restaurants nearby and beach access is super close, so it’s a great location.

This place was great! Loved that it had large beds in all of the rooms. It was very clean and well kept. This was a great location close to the beach and an easy drive to Port A.
This was a great unit to stay in, we ran the beach to bay relay and this was easy to get to start line from here, so close to beach and ample of amenities, and restaurants in the area to keep us busy for the weekend
