Bryce Ann was a pleasure to host! Absolutely, fantastic place and location. Very clean, very easy check-in process a lot of communication before, during and after our stay. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends.

Sheena, was a pleasure to host! We had a great stay at this home. Inside was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and yard. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that the house is actually a duplex and the entrance to B is on 60th St. Beware that it is on the second level and there are steps. Would definitely book here again

Kyle was a pleasure to host! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and close to the beach and restaurants. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because the pool was really dirty when we arrived. There’s no way it was cleaned before we got there. There was a lot of dirt and leaves in the pool but also mildew all at the bottom and around the rim everywhere. This was very upsetting because this was our first trip with our 9 month old and we booked this place specifically for the pool so we could get her use to the water. I myself would not have got in this pool let alone my 9 month old. We reached out and even though they were responsive they couldn’t get the pool cleaners there. This was memorial weekend and I decided to call about 15 local pool cleaners and finally one of them to respond and I paid $300 for them to come out and clean it. We lost 2 days without using the pool and I was also not reimbursed for my money spent to clean the pool that was supposed to be cleaned. All else was great.

Martin, was a pleasure to host! Loved this place. Pool was really nice with lots of good places to hang out and chill. Beach was a short two block walk. Shops and restaurants were walkable with more good options a short drive. AC wasn’t working when we arrived but they were very responsive and had it fixed that day. Amazing how well area has recovered after last fall’s storms. Very friendly to work with.

The house was very comfortable and looked just like the pictures. The pool and outside sitting area were nice to have. The location was great and easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Management was very responsive to communication. I would definitely recommend staying here.
