Denise was very communicative from booking, checking in upon arrival to make sure we had anything we needed, and again just to make sure. Great host and very responsive.
Location can't be beat! Right on the beach and with multiple pools you really can't go wrong with this property. Beds are comfy and the water pressure in the showers were great. Only thing to note, the master bedroom door does not close and the floor was a bit icky. There were plenty of kitchen amenities that made our stay easy. Would book again!
We did not stay here due to the condition of the property and when asked for a refund multiple times got zero response Positive: Nothing Negative: It was very dirty mold in the showers rugs had big stains on them ceiling vent hanging down with wires showing in the bathroom hair ball in the floor as soon as we walked in!
We loved everything about Pelican Pointe for our girls' trip! Beautiful views from the amazing patio, plenty of space for games and dinner and nights watching movies, comfy beds, and lots of provided extras. This condo is smaller than the high rises and therefore felt a lot less crowded than some areas. Easy access and plenty of parking, close to shops and amazing food, a perfect week! Even being stuck inside for a few days due to the weather, there was room to spread out and plenty to entertain. Denise was incredibly communicative and friendly, answering questions quickly and providing the smoothest check-in/out process we've ever had. 5 stars, no notes!
Truly enjoyed my experience at this location. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Our host was very accommodating and available as needed. The space was cozy, well decorated, and well equipped for traveling families.
Amazing patio! It was very stocked and very kid and baby friendly!
Especially comfortable balcony furnishings and great view of gulf. Spent a great deal of time outside and loved every minute.
Our stay was great! Communication with our host was very quick and reliable. The condo was very clean and had everything needed (appliances, cups, utensils, etc). Tons of beach toys and chairs were available also so that was a major plus! The entire condo building was clean and was a very safe environment. We would definitely stay here again!
Host is very nice and responsive, zero carts to unload at check in, no front desk, security guard says sorry, we had lots to unload. Exterior common flooring area is all carpet and filthy. Condo entrance door is terrible looking, $20 paint could resolve. No wash cloths in condo, we used the larger towels to bathe and kitchen towels. Condo was clean and renovated. Last stay here!
Denise's home was beautiful and welcoming. The location wasn't too crowded but also not far from the popular spots we wanted to enjoy. Kitchen had all the essentials that we needed to prepare at home meals.
Amazing stay with family. Easy check-in with keypad and wonderful instructions. The view and the large balcony with comfortable seating was the best. The beds were very comfortable. We had an issues with a couple TVs but that was fixed very quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo and the host. Such a beautiful place with amazing views and decorated beautifully. The host was very responsive and even checked in to make sure everything was going perfect with the condo…. I 10/10 recommend……
This condo has the BEST beach closet EVER !!!! I've never seen anything like it. Of course the balcony was the place to be. The kitchen had everything we needed except a crab leg cracker. HaHa ;) Nice place, friendly neighbors, great security guard. FloraBama was our favorite. Lots to do. The Hangout was good. Docs, Dick's, and Wolf Bay made the list as well. Took a day trip to Pensacola. 30 miles. Condo was pretty much in the middle of everything. We would recommend.
Beautiful and clean condo in the perfect location! This was a wonderful place to stay to celebrate the New Year with friends. Denise was a wonderful host and very responsive. We want to come back!!
