Beautiful place, well kept, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms were spotless, and they thought of everything. The pool and jacuzzi were our favorite spot, and we used the movie room almost every night. Five stars, we’d come back in a heartbeat

This was our second stay at the same place, and just like the first time, we felt right at home. The place is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need during your stay. Kyle and Nicole are wonderful hosts. They are very friendly, responsive, and communicative. If any issue comes up, they take care of it very quickly. We had another great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay here. The location is very convenient, just about a five-minute drive to the beach. The interior was modern, tasteful, and very cozy. The outdoor space with the pool was simple but inviting, perfect for relaxing. We especially appreciated the kid-friendly touches like the little mini-g olf area and the amazing home theater, which was a huge hit with our kids. It really kept them entertained. The hosts maintained excellent communication at all times. The only minor issue was the parking limit, but we worked around it and it didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall, we’d happily come back. It was a wonderful place for our family.

We had a great stay at the property. The home was very nice and our family really enjoyed the pool and movie theater. We had a slight snag on the last day losing some power to the router/outlets in one room but the host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

My boyfriend, our 3 kids and my parents all stayed here and had the best time! It was spacious enough that everyone had their own space to relax but the theater room was where we stayed most of the trip! It gave us time to reconnect and have fun with each other!! Beautiful beaches, the back yard was also a big hit!! My whole family raves about the home including my kids!! Would 10/10 recommend!

The hot tub, pool table, pool, and movie theater made our stay feel more like a private resort than a rental. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Kyle Nicole was also an exceptional host: friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Communication was easy from start to finish, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Great place to stay for a family vacation. Pool was perfect - great size and temperature. Kitchen was big and overstocked with everything needed to cook meals at the house. We grilled out twice. The theatre is awesome. We watched movies and NHL playoffs.

Great place with a lot of amenities as described. Was not properly cleaned prior to arrival, with a hair in the showers, some trash from old guests left behind in the kitchen. Otherwise it was a great spot and really enjoyed our stay.

We had a really great stay overall! The home was spacious, very clean, and had such a cozy, homey feel to it. The beds were super comfortable and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. We especially loved the backyard and pool area as it was clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up with pool towels right by the back door, plus floats and toys which was a nice touch Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion. The house was great. Spacious, clean, lots of fun amenities. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub worked well. Great location. Close to the beach. We even walked one day - 30 minutes. Unfortunately we were not welcome. There were lots of signs in the neighbors yards stating“don’t hotel our neighborhood” I have never experienced that before. The yard is in desperate need of maintenance. But the house inside was great. Minus the area rugs were very stained and in need of replacing. All in all it was a nice stay.

We loved the house and the amenities. Felt right at home and the location was great! Super close to stores, restaurants and beach! I spent most of my time in the hot tub (lol) and the comfy beds. There was not a single thing we didn’t like. Communication and clear expectations were great. The house was perfect for our group. Highly recommended!

Great place and quiet community making the stay feel much more relaxing. Rooms were large enough making the place feel bigger. The theater room was an awesome touch. Good communication between the host and I. I’d book this place again when I’m back in Florida.

The house is very suitable for large groups, with enough beds for everyone. Its location is good — only about a 20-minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing. The bunk beds had no duvets, and the blankets provided had an unpleasant odor. Cleanliness and hygiene were not up to standard — we found hair on the towels and bed sheets, and the carpets were very dirty. We also saw cockroaches in the house, so it definitely needs pest control. The home theatre had no instructions, and despite trying, we couldn’t get it to work. The sofas were dirty, and pool did not feel clean enough to use. The hot tub smelled bad and looked unclean inside.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish—the place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We stayed here with our family to celebrate my husband’s and sis in law birthday, and it truly made the weekend extra special. The host was very attentive and made sure our stay went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and would definitely come back!

My spouse and I live in Florida, and decided to take a quick weekend trip for our 2 year anniversary to get away from our busy lives. Not once had we thought about booking a bnb in our own home state (we typically vacation in the mountains), however, we only had so much time so we ended up booking Kyle and Nicole's beautiful home in Largo. We were floored at all the amenities, the decor, the overall beauty of the home and accessibility to various different stores and beaches. The hosts were extremely responsive to our every question and even proactive in sending instructions and giving recommendations for our special occasion. We will absolutely be visiting again, this time bringing friends to enjoy the beauty of Lago Florida.

Great space, lots of fun things to do, and a nice, clean pool area. We really enjoyed our time at this place. It’s close to many great beaches and restaurants. The enclosed area right next to the pool is a smart feature that helps keep the flies out. The cinema room looks nice, although we couldn’t figure out how the streaming device worked until the last day. Also, the AC unit in that room seems a little insufficient, so the space felt somewhat airless. My biggest complaint is the lack of quality kitchenware and the grill. The pans were old, scratched, and not plentiful enough to cook a decent meal. The gas grill was rusty and not clean. Other than that, we had a really great time here!

This house , the pool, fun backyard , theater, and very spacious rooms is a BIG WIN! Would stay here every time , beach is about 6-8 min drive , if you stay here, very great Italian Restaurant just up the corner called Forchetta , super good

All amenities included but unfriendly neighborhood This property has everything you could ever want for a fun family stay. The pool is clean, the hot tub is under a covered structure so you can enjoy in the rain - the movie room is just beyond amazing - dark with comfy chairs and large projection screen. There are towels galore, and you don't even have to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash or a hair dryer - they are included. BUT. But you are not wanted there. The neighbors all have signs saying so. They called in a noise complaint when there was none, just to be mean. Like there was zero noise. The noise came from the other neighbors shooting off fireworks. We were all in the movie room inside the house quietly watching a movie. So know you will be harassed because there is not just one sign. No. Every house has a sign and they want this house out of their neighborhood. So besides getting snotty looks as we checked in, there was the fact they want this house sold to a family. Also, DO NOT block the sidewalk I own that - we totally did and that was part of the complaint. Be sure to pull all the way up and if you have a third car, park sideways but keep the sidewalk clear. Aside from the neighbor issue, it was a wonderful place to stay and we had a lot of fun! If you have kids there is so much for them to do, and you are close to so many good restaurants and stores. You will want for nothing.

We had a great time at the home for our family vacation! The pictures made the backyard look bigger than it was but it was still perfect for our family. The movie room was perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The house was close to several beaches. We visited 3 while there, we did Indian Rocks, Sand Key for the day and Treasure Island. Would definitely stay again! Hosts were very kind when messaging.

Girls Trip!! We had a great stay! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and movie room!

We did a birthday weekend here with 10 adults and 1 baby and had a blast. So many amenities right at the house and a close drive to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great and we even hooked up a karaoke machine in the movie theater room(garage). Beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. Everyone raved about the house!

we couldn’t use the movie theater room because that room was INFESTED with roaches. We would find roaches in the kitchen, dining room, the hallways and then small roaches and other pest in almost every bedroom. When contacted the hosts, they deeply apologized but nothing was really done…? Given it was a holiday weekend, they said they couldn’t get any pest control and sent spray for us to use for our entire stay. Overall, the low rating was given because the disturbance of the roaches and other pests was a shock and the hosts seemed like they didn’t do much. We wanted to enjoy our stay pests free but we ourselves had to deal with the situation. If we knew this place had pests, we wouldn’t stay here. We asked constantly if anything was going to be done about the pests but they replied saying that all pest control is gone for the holiday weekend and then slapped a bandaid of “we ordered spray for you.” I doappreciate the extra two hours for a late check in for the accommodation and they

Stayed for a week in May. Very comfortable and relaxing home. Close to Indian shores beaches and Clearwater beaches. Kyle and Nicole were very responsive and communicative. Although we didn’t need to reach out much. House has all the amenities you need plus entertainment for the kids. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay with family. The kids room was awesome for toddlers! The house was bigger than we actually expected it to be which was an added bonus. There was an issue with the hot tub, but we had immediate response and it was fixed ASAP. Would highly recommend this house!

We had the most amazing weekend for my daughter's Bachelorette! The beaches were super close and great resturaunts! The house was great although for 10 girls we could've used 1 more bathroom. The pool and the hottub were perfect. very clean. Plenty of items like chairs and blankets etc. the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were a great touch in the shower! Beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again and I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

Inside the house was very nice. We loved the theater room and the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were comfortable and clean, overall we enjoyed the space. The location is great, it’s a very short drive to the beach and several restaurants, also a mini golf course! We did have a few issues though. When we first arrived the WiFi was not working, it took us a couple hours of trying to reset it, chatting back and forth with the hosts and finally someone coming out to the house. The issue was resolved and communication was very quick which we did appreciate, however it did feel like it took away from most of our first night. There were also some issues outside. There is an outdoor mini fridge that had not been cleaned, along with a decent amount of dust/dirt on window sills on the porch. The fact that the cleaning fee is so high I would have expected things to be wiped off better. The pool was nice but the outside loungers were very wobbly and felt unsafe to sit on.

The house has great amenities that made our stay enjoyable, including the pool, hot tub, and fire pit area. The movie theater was also a highlight. These features definitely added to the experience. However, we encountered a few issues. Upon arrival, we found both live and dead roaches in the kitchen, which was disappointing, especially considering the high cleaning fee. The cleaning rules and check-out process were also overly strict, requiring tasks like washing dishes, taking out trash, and other cleaning duties. This was made more challenging by the 10:00 AM check-out time, which meant we had to complete most of the tasks the night before our departure. A more flexible check-out would have made things easier. Additionally, the firewood for the fire pit was wet, so we had to buy dry wood ourselves. This could be easily improved by providing guests with dry firewood. With improved cleanliness, flexible check-out, and attention to details, the house could offer a better experience.

We arrived right after Hurricane Helene. Abigail did a great job notifying us immediately about the conditions and was very helpful and responsive. Thankfully we ended up having a beautiful weekend with zero issues. Her team did a great job with getting the house ready post hurricane conditions. Would definitely come back!

My grand boys had a good time swimming in the pool. They like the Jacuzzi most of all they loved the pool table. Grandpa taught them how to how to play now they think that they are pool champions. The pool table was great. Everything was clean, easy check-in. Thank you again.

We just recently spent a week at this beautiful home! The pool was used everyday, as well as the movie room! We had a group of 10 and it was the perfect size home for everyone to have enough room and not feel crowded. Location was great for the price! It was just a short drive to the beach. Many many many food options and grocery stores nearby! Abigail was very quick to answer any questions we had, which was great! Will definitely be staying here again next year!

We traveled with a family group including 4 adults, a teen, and 3 young kids. There was plenty of sleeping and eating space for everyone, and the home had some great amenities for families. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the baby crib and high chair were super helpful, and the kids had fun in the movie theater and pool. There are a number of beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys, plus plenty of towels for a group. The location was a 7 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach and a quick drive from the St. Pete airport. We felt that the living space and backyard were smaller than the pictures portrayed, and the seating area available in the main room was too small for adults to be able to relax and hang out. Overall, the family enjoyed the stay. If you plan to spend a lot of time out at the beach, this is a great location.

Overall great stay, very close to Clearwater beach which is beautiful. Cleaning fee was a little expensive but the house is pretty big so I get it. Other than that we had a great time.

Such an awesome place to stay! It was the PERFECT size for ten people. The house felt so spacious and comfortable with lots of options for relaxing, playing around, or enjoying the weather. The backyard was awesome with a clean pool and hot tub, as well as lots of options for other fun activities under the sun. Very close to the Indian Rock Beach area, but also short drives away from Clearwater, St. Pete's, and Treasure Island, so there are lots of options to go out. Overall great stay!

*Stay Away!* Upon entering the home we were greeted by a strong air freshener smell that engulfed the entire home. The smell was so strong we had to open the door to the backyard and stay outside. The house is definitely a flipped house that was poorly done. We have pictures to prove everything. The movie room is just the garage, super stuffy area and no seal around the door to the outside. The bathrooms had hair from past guests on the floor. The counters were not cleaned. The pictures are misleading and the house in person looks nothing like what you see in the pictures. Thank you Air B&B for refunding us after Abigail & Home Team declined a refund. We spent 1 hour in the house and left. Stay away!

Fun and cute backyard! Hot tub and pool were a nice touch! They couldn’t accommodate early check in or even a later check out so that was hard for our flights and layovers but we made the best of it.

This rental worked well for our business trip to the area! Was a bit further than we anticipated from where we wanted to be, but the house is great. Beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable and pool/yard area was great. Wish weather would’ve permitted more use. The theatre room was our favorite, so fun to use!

We loved this beautiful house! We always had a lot to do—swimming, playing pool, watching movies, etc. We had people of all ages staying with us, and everyone loved it. And the beds are fantastic! We will definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect! We spent Halloween time there, neighborhood was so nice doing trick of treat … We really enjoyed every part of this house, the Jacuzzi , the pool, the theater also the grill… this house has everything you need to drink a margarita and relax!

Was originally advertised as a 3 mile drive to beach access but also said 3 min. Not accurate turned into a minimum 30 minute or longer Ordeal to find parking . Clothing left from previous guests in bunk room and around hot tub area. Hot tub water was very dirty and milky when we arrived. Master bath door wouldn’t close. Pool ladder broken. Mud around pool area and cigarette remnants. Electrical outlets in kitchen blew a breaker and sparked as well as arched and wasn’t available for two days . No wood for fire pit is provided and we had to complain about there not being beach chairs or an umbrella available for use and host did instacart some over. Overall for the price we paid I feel like it’s not a great deal or worth it for the hassle to actually get to the beach and the things that went wrong. If you’re going to the beach pay what it takes to actually stay on the beach!!! I thought the private pool/hot tub theater room would over compensate for not being right on the beach -wrong

The house is beautiful, well decorated with lots of things to do. We felt right at home. We enjoyed playing putt put & swimming/spending time in the hot tub. It’s also close to the beach and many restaurants/bars, although the house is so well planned for that you don’t really need to leave it! It was the perfect house for 3 couples and a child. Not to mention, the beds were so comfortable (which is not a common find in an Airbnb). The host was incredibly responsive and fast! You can tell they really care about their home and making their guests comfortable.

We absolutely loved the the house. There was always something for the kids to do. All the amenities were verry nice and clean. Had a nice well equipped kitchen. Pictures don't do the house justice. Close to the beach and many other fun things do. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
