Overall, a great experience. The layout and rooms worked great for us. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Only a few recommendations that would have made it perfect. Some of the appliances could use some upgrades. Would recommend upgrading to Smart Tv's to make them a little easier to use. Would have liked more patio furniture. Maybe a couple of chairs and small tables for the back and upstairs patios. I personally loved being a little away from the action and traffic of Gulf Shores, but some of our group would have liked to have been a little closer to Gulf Shores.

We will absolutely be back!! Minor maintenance issue was immediately handled. Door code was provided timely as promised and communication with property managers was great. We will definitely book with Coastal View Vacations for all our Gulf Coast trips.

Gorgeous home with quiet neighborhood to relax and enjoy both inside or out. Only a short walk to the lovely pool! We had several days at the beach and sometimes we were the only ones there. We had several couples meet us there throughout our stay and everyone loved the property. We shall definitely return.

This house was a great home away from home for the week. It was a close walk to the beach and even closer to the pool. It was far enough away from the busyness of Gulf Shores that the beach wasn't as crowded. But any restaurant or shopping was only 12 miles away. The 4 bedrooms and bunkroom worked perfectly for our family. We heard from the manager early on in our stay, but didn't run into any problems to need to reach out for anything.

Overall the entire family enjoyed the property (we had 12). Could use a little TLC on maintenance, but definitely wouldn't hinder us from renting here again. The property management team responded quickly to anything we needed. Centrally located between both pools. Beach access was very close. We rented a golf cart for the week from Golf Carts 2 You. It was a nice extra that helped get us to and from the beach. Would 100% recommend this property.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages from 3-19. This was our third summer to rent a house in Morgantown. Beach Blessings did not disappoint. On two different occasions we had to reach out to the property management team, and they responded quickly and took care of any issues. They were absolutely wonderful. Will rent from Coastal View again.

We had a large group and for the most part very comfortable. The house was great for us with a short walk to the beach, both pools and tennis courts. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well equipped for a rental. The oven was not accurate but we just added 25 degrees. I would definitely rent this house again.

Upon arrival it was beautiful and clean. We had just enough parking for our family of 13. The only down fall was that they only had one set of patio furniture. the upstairs balconies had no furniture nor did the rear balconies. I work at a outdoor furniture store and could change that for them. You need to check out .

Beach Blessings was the perfect house for our crew- two adults and six adults-in-training (ages 17-20). The house had everything we needed for a fun week. The location was great too. Just a short walk to the beach! My advice is book it, you won't regret it!

We spent a wonderful week at Beach Blessings in Morgantown. Morgantown is a wonderful community with its own pools and crosswalks to the beach. Twice a week garbage is taken to the road for you and garbage cans returned. The house was located approximately 2 blocks from the beach and a block from each pool. Very convenient! Had a small grill outside that had seen better days. Within a day I was contacted by our manager and she brought over a beautiful new grill. We really appreciated this! The house itself was perfect for our family. Large kids room upstairs with two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The two bedrooms on the main level are super if you don't want to climb stairs. Appreciate the washer and dryer on the main level! There were small issues with the house but nothing that hindered us from having a great vacation! Highly recommend the Morgantown community!!!

Do you have a large group? Kids?? This is the place for you!!! Enough space for all the adults and kids without the overcrowding! Beach is not crowded at all and it’s a 2 min walk! Just remember your beach chairs and towels! It’s a little further out but the beach not being overcrowded is definitely worth it!
