Waterfront retreat Location is five stars for proximity to harbor, beach, ferry to Balboa island, restaurants. Property ideal for a family group w multiple rooms and levels to spread out. Property wasn’t quite ready for check-in at 5 PM w cleaners still working, but owner and property manager prompt communicating to rectify the situation

Window to Paradise We had an amazing 7 night stay at this beautiful property. LOCATION is the BEST. Steps away from the Balboa Pier. Steps away from Newport Beach. Steps away from our own pier and beach. Truly magical stay and one that my family and I will remember for the rest of our days.
Marina family vacay We loved the view and convenience to the ferry, shops, restaurants, and ocean.
Beautiful Bayfront This beautiful bayfront property has just about everything you will need for your vacation. The house is very clean, kitchen supplies are plentiful, and the decor is very nice. Being just a few steps from the bay is great for young children. We really enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful home Very comfortable and beautiful home. Perfect location. Very good communication with owners. I brought my family for dad's 80th birthday celebration. Everyone had a wonderful time.
Absolutely loved everything about the space! We came for a company offsite and the house immediately felt like home. Everyone had their own space, very peaceful and beautiful being right on the boardwalk. Would recommend to anyone!
Awesome stay! Our work team stayed here during a convention in the area and it was perfect for 6 of us- everyone had their own space for privacy, but the main area was spacious enough for us to hang out as well. Loved that there were 5 bathrooms and you really can't beat the view. Our host was very communicative and checked in several times to make sure all was going great. We hope to stay here again next year!
