Nick was a pleasure to host! This place was amazing and exactly as described. Plenty of room for 12 adults to hang out comfortably for the weekend. The beds and living room space were comfortable and the location is great for AMI.

It was a pleasure hosting Elena! We hope to host them again in the future! This is a super cool place. The house is very cozy, big, clean.. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. We often go to Florida, and this house has super service, everything is at the highest level. Its own beach, refreshing pool. All rooms have comfortable beds. Huge recreation area. If you decide to rent this house, you will definitely not regret it. We even extended our vacation for another day, we did not want to leave.

With 5 children aged 12&U, incl. one with special-needs, travelling is a colossal undertaking. We booked this seemingly perfectly-suited property for a 7-day rental in March 2024.We were unable to access the property; neither the access codes nor lock worked.The home was filthy & in disrepair, & infested with cockroaches.There were cracks in the ceiling & a loose wooden board hanging above the hot tub. Neither laundry dryers worked properly.The pool was dirty, the pool pump had flooded the patio; the standing water had been there long enough for moss to grow.The patio furniture & grill were corroded beyond use.Three of the TVs did not work, & the wifi was poor, only working at specific areas within the home.My family became violently ill, vomiting within the first day, lasting nearly the duration of our stay.The unsanitary environment posed a significant risk to my immunodeficient child, who has remained ill after arriving home & may require hospitalization. VRBO was nonresponsive; a complete misrepresentation of their Book with Confidence Guarantee. Despite extermination, cockroaches persisted to infest the cabinets, dishwasher, stove, & showers.The majority of needed repairs were too extensive to be remedied during our stay. We were only offered alternate, inferior accommodations after 5 days. The days & money intended to be spent building family memories were instead spent ill, feverishly cleaning, laying roach traps, & counting the days until we could go home.

Bay View Beauty was a perfect set up and location for our family vacation. The house was beautiful. The views were beautiful.

Like-new Beachfront house with 7 bedrooms and huge kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with fishing pier/restaurant close by. Our three children and five grandchildren joined us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Much spa and Pool time. Great fun. Everyone was pleased.

We have"fussy" kids who feel persecuted if they sleep in anything less than a King bed. I chose this beautiful house because of the beds. The furniture is not what is pictured and hard for old folks to get up from- the kids had no problem. We've stayed in several places with decks or porches which didn't have all the guano this house had. The agency was very responsive to the few problems we had. The beach isn't as pictured, very little, but the pool makes up for that. Abundant lawn furniture and working grill All in all, I'd give it 8/10 stars.

Carly was a pleasure to host! Absolutely would return to this home for another vacation. Beautiful home that comfortably holds 12 adults. Nothing better than a beachfront vacation home with a heated pool. Everything was clean and comfortable.
