Elmer was a pleasure to host ! Our stay was great! Peaceful and great location. The only thing is that the pet fee is a bit outrageous, being almost $300. Also, the dock is still damaged from the hurricane. We didn't realize the home was a duplex and that we would have a shared yard, but even with having guest next door, our time was extremely peaceful.

Jessica was a pleasure to host! Clean and great location on the water. Had all the basics and rooms were large. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Nice view of the water from the back porch. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops.

Our stay at this waterfront rental was fantastic, offering the perfect setting for our first island trip. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet conveniently close to the beach, dining, and attractions by golf cart or car, the location couldn’t be better. Despite a minor hiccup with the back door alarm, which led us to use the front door and enjoy a scenic walk to our covered porch and beautiful waterfront dock, our experience was seamless. The cozy and comfortable bed ensured restful sleep, making our accommodation ideal for relaxation and recharge. In essence, this rental is a gem for those seeking tranquility with easy access to island adventures. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!
