Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and the home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor area was very accommodating and our group especially enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi.
The only drawbacks were the limited parking and the pool’s quiet hours. We had a large group but were limited to four vehicles in the driveway, which was inconvenient. We also would have appreciated being able to enjoy the pool area later, as quiet hours began at 10:00 p.m. each night.
Aside from those limitations, the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and a great space for our group.
Kylie and her team were great! We enjoyed our stay at her beautiful home and were already planning out til back! They were quick to address any issues we had and gave great recommendations for beaches near by! We loved the space and especially how stocked the home was with any supplies we needed! That was a huge difference and a great suprise from other places we’ve stayed!

The house was nice and has been decorated cute. There were a couple of issues that arose and they were handled very quickly and communication was great. The kitchen had a nice assortment of items needed for cooking and we were able to cook all meals there.
We had a great stay at Kylie's Airbnb home! We particularly loved the pickleball court and all the other games provided at the house. The location was great and check-in and check out was definitely a breeze. It was a great home with cute and modern furniture, perfect setting for our family get-together. Thank you for everything! :)
We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of room for our group of 10, ranging in age from 4 to 94, and everyone was comfortable. It was a great place for our family to spend time together, and we made lots of great memories.

This house is fantastic just like the host! A lot of things are already provided in this home such as beach chairs, over 20 beach towels, body boards, umbrellas, a beach wagon, plenty of pillows, blankets, fully stocked kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, spices etc. The outside is immaculate, with extra propane tanks if you were to run out, the pool is super clean and warm, everything is provided for you — even a cooler! If you have small kids, the pool does have a deep end so please be cautious of that. This house is truly one of the most thought out and organized spaces you will ever see in an Air BNB. Kylie is so nice and has super fast response time and will help you in any way, so don’t hesitate to reach out to her! No reason to look at any other houses. This is the one you want. This big house sits in a quiet neighborhood. A little tricky to get to with our GPS, but we got it figured out. Very spacious. Clean. Lots of things to do for all ages. Pool was really fun! The kids enjoyed the basketball hoops and the inflatables. The pool does get deep fast. PLENTY of beach towels. Huge screened in area to sit and relax in. Ping pong. Basketball. Pickleball. Pool. Projector screen. Arcade games. Tons of bedrooms. Cozy beds. Several bathrooms. All one level which was great for my parents who are in their 80s. Air conditioning works great! Lots of soft blankets and cozy couches. The house has all the things you need for the beach. Huge dining table where the whole family enjoyed meals and games of UNO. Endless amounts of glasses and dishes. Huge washing machine and dryer. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We had a great stay! And, would love to come back again.
Kylie's place was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. I only had two problems, one was the hot water. No hot water in the whole house. Two was there was no large pots in the house. There were ten of us in the house but we made it work.
The beds were awesome, everyone in the house talked about how comfortable the beds were. I would love to know what was on the beds. We all enjoyed the house it was very comfortable and spacious. The TV in the game room was missing the Roku stick. We did report it and it was replaced although we couldn't get it logged in. The pool was great, which made up for all the little issues. Loved the property.
Excellent for a big family
Kylie was a great host she was very responsive and flexible about check in. The house was beautiful and perfect for our weekend get away. I would most definitely recommend it! Kylie’s organization and responsiveness bare minimum we worth it.
The house and all the wonderful amenities were wonderful for our Mothers Day family reunion!! If you’re active then this is the place for you! And close enough to drive and see the sunsets on the beach! Plenty of beds and space! Only issue was the final cost when booking online. The total cost said all fees and cost included but after booking we were charged addition 300. And another non refundable charge of 75. Hometeam and VBRO were both the booking agency. Site was unclear when it came to charges.
Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms this Airbnb was perfect for our family get together. It had all the amenities for my 2 year old and was a short drive to lots of playgrounds.
The stay was great. They had everything needed for our large group to enjoy our time.
This home was such a cute spot to celebrate my bachelorette! All of us enjoyed each room very big space! Kylie was such a good host and quick response when we needed help! Would definitely be back with family!

We had such a wonderful stay here. This home is set up perfectly for families, especially with kids. There was always something to do — between the pool, basketball court, pickleball, ping pong, pool table, arcade games, and the entire backyard setup, the kids were in heaven (and honestly, so were we). They were never bored.The layout of the home is excellent and handled our group very comfortably. We also appreciated the flexibility with our group size — the space truly accommodates families well.The kitchen was very well stocked, which made everything easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — the soft sheets and comforters were such a nice touch.The host was very responsive. When we mentioned the microwaves weren’t working, a new one was delivered quickly, which we really appreciated. The same goes for the HDMI cable for the theater room — very thoughtful, even though we ended up spending most of our time enjoying the outdoor space.We had a fantastic time and made some really special memories here. Overall, a great home for families and a fun place to stay.

We had a wonderful close family reunion of brothers and sisters with their adult children and 2 young grandchildren. Fantastic space with comfortable furniture, beds and well stocked kitchen. House layout is excellent where all can have privacy. Incredible gameroom with darts, a pool table and big screen with projector. Outdoor space with heated pool and fantastic half court basketball area that was well utilized!\n\nExcellent communication with host. The area is quiet but close to many amenities like good take out restaurants.\n\nWould certainly stay again!
