The house was very clean and well put together. The layout is great. Kids had a blast. Tons of things to do with the family. Definitely looking to return next tournament in this area!

Great stay and really responsive!

My family and I just returned from our vacation from Kelly’s listing and it was wonderful! Upon entry, you can tell the house is a little bit older but it is gorgeously decorated, extremely entertaining, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. We basically had to bribe the kids to go to the beach lol. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions presented. The property itself is centrally located to groceries, restaurants, & beaches. I highly recommend this site or working with Kelly at her other listings. The description matched the property perfectly!

Location was great. Very close to great beaches for kids. Just around the corner from groceries as well. We had an excellent stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property was nice. Kelly was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. There were a few maintenance and housekeeping details that I think would benefit from more frequent in-person checks by the host or property manager. Some furniture appeared to be out of place when we arrived, the fire pit was not working during our stay, and one of the bathroom doors became stuck in the closed position while someone was inside, which was concerning. Additionally, the internet was not working during our stay, which was an inconvenience. None of these issues ruined our trip, and we were still able to enjoy the property. With a little more routine oversight and attention to some of the smaller details, this could be an even better experience. Overall, we had a good stay, appreciated Kellie’s responsiveness, and would consider staying here again.

Good location, overall the house met our needs. We had a few issues and miscommunications we worked through with Kelly. She was very responsive.

The place was amazing, the host was very attentive to what we needed and helped a lot. Overall a really great experience especially for our first Airbnb we’ve been to.

The Highlights: Our group had a great stay! The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and we spent plenty of time in the fantastic outdoor space. The variety of games and activities provided more than enough entertainment for everyone throughout the trip. Areas for Improvement: While the amenities are extensive, we encountered a few maintenance hurdles: • The ice maker was stuck. • The basketball hoop's lift mechanism was non-functional. • The light above the pool table and one outlet were not working. • Some curtain rods were pulling away from the wall. Host Communication: The host was very responsive when these issues were raised. However, with such a feature-heavy property, I think it is important that "eyes are put on the property" by the host more often. A thorough walkthrough between stays would ensure all these moving parts are working as intended. Final Verdict: A fun property with a great layout—once these minor items are dialed in, it’s a 5-star experience!

We stayed the week as two sets of grandparents with our daughter & son in law with their beautiful babies! What a great week, so much to do at the home, the kids along with the adults loved it! Plenty of room, beds & pillows top notch, kitchen fully stocked with anything you needed. Jody was quick to respond & always so positive. We would highly recommend & hope to return again soon! Just bring swim suits, & food you’ll be all set!

The pool was great. The kids really enjoyed having the basketball court arcade games, pool table, cornhole, etc. there was something going on in the yard every night. Also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and all the other activities.Beds were comfortable and the unit was well supplied, especially with beach towelsWould go back if we had the opportunity

Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation at the house in Largo. The house was very clean and inviting, and everything looked exactly like the photos. The backyard was like a mini resort, with endless things to do: pool, hot tub, basketball, mini golf, cornhole, fire pit, etc. We enjoyed it all, as well as the pool table and arcade games inside! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were thrilled to walk to a local coffee shop each morning and the house is less than 10 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach, one of our favorite places. Kelly was extremely responsive to anything we needed and is truly a phenomenal host. This house is perfect for families looking for some R&R on the Gulf Coast!

We had a great time at Kelly's place. The property was spotless and the decor was chic and playful, perfect for a family group with kids ranging in age from 5 to 18. Despite the weather being a little chilly we took full advantage of the hot tub, basketball, and putting green outside, and the pool table, basketball net and arcade games inside. The little ones built a fort in the bunk room and played with the puzzles toys and book. The kitchen was well appointed and then beds and linens were comfortable and soft. We would definitely return in the future.

Our group of 11 had a very frustrating and disappointing stay. From the moment we arrived, the property was not in acceptable condition. The house was clearly not cleaned properly, we had to wait for it to be re-cleaned before we could even begin to settle in, which immediately cut into our already limited stay. One of the main reasons we booked this home was for the amenities, specifically the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately, the hot tub was completely unusable due to a visible film and overall lack of cleanliness. It was clear it had not been properly maintained. Even worse, there was no hot water in the entire house during our stay. For a group of 11 people, this made basic living extremely difficult and uncomfortable. We contacted the host multiple times, but communication was slow and not very helpful. Any repairs or attempts to fix issues took days to even schedule, let alone resolve. There was very little sense of urgency or consideration given the severity of the problems.

Our stay in this house was unfortunately not our favorite especially for what you pay. We have been to many VRBO’s and this one is definitely lacking. While the location was great and the responses were quick from the property management all that was said was sorry. - pool needs a definite upgrade -house was not clean at all dirty shower, dirty floors with stuff left over from previous guests, and over 5 light bulbs either missing or didn’t work-no grill - freezer would freeze up then leak all over the floor I was just reminded pictures can always look great but don’t always show the true shape of the house

A great time was had by our family celebrating my wife's 60th birthday here!! Would definitely do it again!

Lovely home and perfect for families. There was no shortage of activities for the kids, even with cooler weather. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this house for my sisters birthday weekend! The basketball court and hot tub were our personal favorites. The house is also really close to the beach which was incredibly convenient! Definitely recommend staying here for a long weekend!
