It was a pleasure hosting Melissa! We hope to host them again in the future! We really enjoyed our stay at Banyan Manor! The property was beautifully maintained, very clean, and perfect for our group of families. The interior was very updated and was really nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was ideal; only 2 blocks to the beach and a couple blocks from Pine Ave with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We had a few minor maintenance issues come up during our stay and management was extremely responsive in getting those items taken care of for us which was appreciated. The only negatives were lack of kitchen supplies for cooking (ie no salt/pepper/oil, etc) which usually come stocked in other properties we have stayed at. In addition, we had landscapers and pool cleaners show up during our stay with no warning. A heads up would have been appreciated as we were using the backyard space and pool during these visits. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Banyan Manor to others visiting AMI!

We hope to host you again in the future! We enjoyed our stay at AMI rentals. It was extremely gorgeous and well stocked with everything we needed. The only downfall was the handrail on the stairs was broken which was a safety concern for our older guests and we had some issues with the water pressure and temperature. Otherwise was very clean and just as listed!
