Amazing host, very responsive! Beautiful home overall

Thank you for being the most amazing host! The property was an absolute beauty and the backyard alone was our favorite spot in the home. Even though the temperatures were high we spent our evenings laughing and enjoying the well lit gazebo, outdoor games, along with the pool. Everything was absolute perfection thank you for having us!

Great stay! 5 of us came for a girls trip it was the perfect amount of space for everyone. Even an extra room! (We expected 8). Very roomy, very clean. Hosts responded quickly when I let them know about the pool light concern, but it was handled quickly. Ice maker wasn’t working at the time, but they sent us ice and ice cube trays! That was very sweet of them, as it helped ALOT! Quiet neighborhood and location, we had about 20-30min travel time everywhere we wanted to go. (Mainly Scottsdale) So, not bad at all. Grocery store literally less than 5 minutes, which was PERFECT. Overall, great stay. Can’t really complain, as the host took great care of us despite the inconveniences. Would definitely stay again and recommend! Thanks!

This is a beautiful home with much to offer. We had a great time. I would recommend you fill the hot tub with water as soon as you get into the home.

The place was beautiful, as advertised! A very comfortable and pleasant stay for our group. Hosts were very flexible and easy to work with. The home was clean and spacious. The backyard was a lot of fun. We received a couple of noise complaints from the neighbors while our whole group was outside. But the hosts respectfully communicated those in a timely manner. And we were able to address the issue and enjoy the rest of our stay!

Great hosts great home would come again

Host was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations in the area! However there were stains and hair on the bed sheets and it took more than a day to get them changed. There were also no extra blankets available which made it hard at night when it got a little chillier. Also the pool was not cleaned prior to our visit. Otherwise it was a nice big place, adequate for our group!

The Pickler was awesome with a number of amenities and things to do at the house. The backyard is large with plenty of space to hang out. There are plenty of rooms allowing each guest to have their own space. The hosts are extremely fast and friendly when it comes to responding to any messages. We did get a noise complaint from one of the neighbors at 2 PM on a Saturday when 6 of us were playing basketball in the pool. That neighbor then proceeded to lie and tell the hosts that we were having a large party with 20+ guests. The hosts were very understanding and listened to our side of the story, salvaging the trip. So I say thank you to them for that!

Plenty of space for our group of 14 guys on a bachelor trip. Plenty of things to keep everyone entertained. Jeff and Bridget were extremely easy to work with. Location was just right. Everything is within 20-25 minutes and the house isn’t located in an extremely busy area. Would recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay here. Kids and adults had a blast.

The place looks just like the photos! Great space! However there are few cons. The master bedroom has a window on the door that is just open for everyone to see you. Like no privacy. If you’re cool with people seeing ALL of you then book lol. There were lots of games to play, it’s in a great location, the hosts respond fast, overall it was good. There were dead flies upon arrival to the home in a few of the rooms. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We stayed at this home for Thanksgiving with 15 family members. 10 adults and 5 kids! It has a huge table inside and outside perfect for our large family! The karaoke machine was a huge hit. We played pickleball all day and night. The hot tub was a perfect way to end each night! TVs in every room was good for when someone needed some peace and quiet. We really enjoyed the home and we want to return to Phoenix for a family gathering place!

Jeff and Bridget were awesome hosts. Extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of if we had any issues or concerns. Our guest count grew the night before arrival and Jeff and Bridget were very accommodating of the changes. They also allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated! 10/10 would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! This place was plenty large enough for our 13 guests. The house was safe enough and clutter free to accommodate 2 curious toddlers! The backyard is just as advertised and full of fun. Any question I had, Jeff and Bridget were quick to respond and always there to help. Highly recommend this property!

Jeff was a great host. We had our other house fall through on us and he let us in within hours of us reaching out. He also checked in on us daily. Would love to return.

We had a great extended family weekend. The house was great and was a great fit for cousins to be together. House was clean and was well stocked. The only downside was the karaoke machine did not work and the pool bottom ripped up the kids feet. We spent most of the time in the pool with the temps here in July. By day 2 they could barely walk around and we had to make a trip to fry’s to get supplies to help.

Great place to stay I definitely recommend this beautiful home. My family and I will definitely come back soon! Hosts were very attentive to any questions I had that speaks a lot from them! Again thank you!

This was the perfect Airbnb! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The location was great, the host was super responsive, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. We didn’t want to leave definitely coming back next time we’re in Arizona!

By far the best place we have stayed in AZ! Felt right at home and all of our guest loved it! This is the perfect getaway! Definitely will book again! The host was amazing and super helpful overall amazing!

Our family of 6 with adult children stayed here for 3 nights. Pros for us - easy check in with code Walking distance to a park Nice, easy to use hot tub Pickleball court Plenty of towels and seating A/C worked well Cons for us - the property is updated, but not done super well. No toilet paper holder in main bathroom, hooks for towels were loose (not installed correctly) all bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly Clean, but not pristine Memory foam beds not ideal Host replied to questions promptly with a nice “I’ll find out and get back to you.” But, no follow up. I repeatedly ask about pickleball equipment starting 2 days before check in (Since it’s called the Pickleball Palace, I figured they’d have paddles AND balls) There were No balls. Finally, delivered on the 2nd day of our stay. Of Note: We received 3 requests from the host to give a 5 star review and communicate any feedback privately IMO this is disingenuous since we rely on honest reviews to choose the best property.

Amazing Stay!

“Superhost” only begins to describe how amazing Jeff and Bridget are. Honestly, in the beginning, there was very little communication back and forth, because everything was perfectly laid out in all of the instructions and guidelines. Every question I might’ve had, was already answered. For example, what kind of coffee maker, keurig or pot or French press? How about, all of them. And perfectly spelled out and easy to find in their details. That’s what it is, they’re detailed! Super responsive and understanding too! When I did reach with an issue that I was having, they immediately responded and were beyond accommodating while helping me work through it. I will definitely look further into their profile and other properties when considering traveling and using Airbnb again. Thank you!!!

Well cared for and like new. Pickleball court was amazing and the beautiful wood table accommodated all of our guests and chairs and furnishings had extras that are above and beyond normal Airbnb.

This place was perfect for our girl’s weekend! The house is filled with modern comforts and updates that feel thoughtful and not cheap. There was tons of room inside for hanging, and I would be remiss to mention how awesome it was to have a pickleball court in your backyard! Lots of amenities nearby so you don’t need to stray too far. Only regret for the weekend was leaving the house to go out!

There were 13 of us, including children, and we were all very comfortable. The home is very nice and the backyard is perfect! We had a couple issues that came up with appliances, but the owners were super responsive and genuinely concerned. You will enjoy your stay at the Pickleball Palace!

I highly recommend this Airbnb! We were celebrating a bachelor party, and less than two weeks before our trip, our original Airbnb was sold and no longer available. Fortunately, I was able to book this property with ease. The communication was fantastic— I never waited more than 10 minutes for a response. The hosts were quick to address all our questions and even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out. Our first trip to Arizona was made unforgettable thanks to these wonderful hosts!

Host, communication was flawless. Easy access and entry, was seamless. The home is just like the photos, house is a good size and fit well for our group well. I would recommend this home.

After a quick location change because of Hurricane Milton, celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday was a blast thank to this space. The host’s responded quickly with questions and concerns. The space was perfect for our group and had lots of things to do.

We had a wonderful stay! The home had an incredible amount of amenities for everyone, adults and children. We found the home to be very comfortable and the kids loved the playroom! The backyard is incredible with a large pool, hot tub, pickleball court, cornhole and other games, outdoor gazebo and sitting area. It was a great layout for the whole family to comfortably hang out.

This home is lovely, good layout and beautiful. Comfy beds and great pool, plus pickle ball!

House is beautiful and even though it’s not really big the space is perfect. Love that it’s kid friendly because of the amazing set up specially for them. Our children were self entertained because of it and in return the adults were able to be entertained with our own games. Everything was super clean, organized, fully stocked and just all around an amazing experience. When we had questions or comments the replies were almost instant and very helpful.
