- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!
- For the security of our guests and property, 1 exterior Ring camera is installed — one right above the front door. No interior cameras are present.
- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

“We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts truly went above and beyond, checking in with us each day to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. We were their very first guests and they surprised us with a sweet treat, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The home was comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The backyard was absolutely perfect for our group, especially with five children. They had a blast swimming in the pool, playing the outdoor games, and enjoying the game room inside the house. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how much care was put into making our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in town and would recommend this home to other families.”

“Home was very nice, all the amenities were as advertised. There were a couple small hiccups, but they were extremely quick to respond and solve the issues. I would recommend this home or any other they may have to rent. Quiet, comfortable and updated home.”

“Lipstick on a pig. The house was dirty and half of the amenities were not working including the AC. It cooled at night but during the day it struggled to drop below 80°. The sheets and towels weren’t washed, there was visible dirt all over and there was a terrible smell. The bunk beds were missing the steps so the kids couldn’t get to the top bunk, the furniture was falling apart and decor was hung with double sided tape which kept falling off. The doors wouldn’t shut without tremendous force and the bright lights outside shine into the house without a way to shut them off. The decorative pillows didn’t even have pillow inserts in them, they were filled with towels that were wet and moldy. The hosts aren’t who they say they are. They are located in India and have never been there. Code enforcement violations posted outside and an Amazon package that looked like it had been there for months so obviously no one is checking on the house or maintaining it. Expecting full refund. Disgusting”
