My family had an amazing time here!

Amazing stay with my family!

Kyle and Nicole were amazing host!! Any questions I had they answered in a matter of minutes! Went for a bachelorette trip and the location was so easy for us to do anything weather it was in St. petersburg or Clearwater!! I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting

We had to cancel as soon as we arrived. The place was in a beaten down neighborhood. Disgusting strong smell in house. paint buckets were in closets. Blower in kitchen. Hot tub filthy with bugs. Exterior super dirty and pool super dirty. Wr paid almost $1350 for a place not work a $1

The house was clean and very well stocked. Looks just like the pictures. We loved the decor. It felt very much like a Florida beach house, which is what we were looking for.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The home is located in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. At the same time, everything was still conveniently close — only about a 15–25 minute Uber ride to amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, and fun bars/nightlife. The pool and games were such a fun touch and made the stay even more enjoyable for our group. The beds were genuinely 10/10 comfortable, and the pillows were just as amazing — we all slept incredibly well every night. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and staying in so easy and convenient. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay here and would absolutely come back. The location was perfect. We were very close to Clearwater, St. Pete, and just a hop skip from Indian Rocks. The house had more than enough space for our group of seven, and it never felt crowded. Everyone was comfortable, especially with the number of beds available. Having queen-sized bunk beds was a huge plus for our adult kids. The outdoor setup really made the trip for us. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and fire pit, and the tiki bar added a fun touch. The dining area was perfect for winding down at night. We used it for card games and it became one of our favorite gathering spots. My kiddo loves putt putt so the little golf green was a big hit for him. Everything was clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a relaxing, well-equipped place that worked perfectly for our group.

Everything was amazing. The decor inside and out, location and neighborhood. The amenities were plenty, bedding and shower was perfect. Clean and entertaining. My kids ages 12 & under enjoyed the backyard , the pool was warm enough to swim in the afternoon, the hot tub was used early morning and unfortunately after full beach days we didn’t get to use the backyard at night as we were so tired. Host is 1000 % easy to get a hold of and respond back, help with any questions we had. Beach is ten minutes away shopping and eating is 6 minutes with target l, dollar store ,Marshall’s , movies and eats surrounding the quiet safe neighborhood. The only thing , we hung our kids car blanket in the kitchen window which faces the street for privacy at night as there was no curtain. Other than that everything was clean, quiet, and plenty. We can’t wait to return . Ps look in the tv console for games and other surprises. We didn’t check until the morning of checkout. Next time!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were so fast to respond to any questions we had! The location was in a family neighborhood we felt so safe! If I had to pick one thing that we weren’t completely satisfied with, we paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was still very cold. But with the weather being so hot it was still very refreshing!

We had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed the home. The space felt cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. As Clearwater natives, it actually made us feel right at home. The design of the house is beautiful — a really charming blend of classic old Florida style with modern touches that make the space feel fresh and comfortable at the same time. We also really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. They had cookware, salt and pepper, dish soap, sponges, a broom and dustpan, and plenty of trash bags. Those small details make a big difference when traveling and aren’t always provided in vacation rentals, so we were grateful for the thoughtful setup. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and a great home base for visiting family and introducing them to our new baby. Thank you for hosting us!

This Airbnb was perfect! The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. The area was nice and safe. The house was decorated beautifully. The bed was soooo comfy. We did have an issue with the water heater during our stay but the hosts handled it amazingly. They allowed us to check out slightly late due to a late check in at our next Airbnb in Orlando. They had a technician come and fix the water heater and even offered us a discount for the trouble of not having hot water for a day so we basically got a free night for the inconvenience. They are truly five star hosts and if there is ever anything wrong they will stand by it and make sure you leave satisfied and happy. If you’re looking to stay somewhere I would recommend staying here because no matter what happens you know you’re well taken care of. Also while you’re there I recommend breakfast at patrona beachside cafe. Sooooo yummy and great views of manatees and dolphins. Truly a paradise getaway you won’t regret!

I stayed for five nights and found the place to be nice cozy and very clean with amenities that were easy to use Communication was excellent and extremely helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tampa.

Overall a good stay. Beds were very comfortable with high quality pillows and linens. Hot tub is great. A few items needed to be addressed which the host took seriously. Some they were able to solve during our stay. A couple other issues need attention before the next guest and the host appears to be taking care of those issues proactively.
