We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Our stay was perfect. The condo was stunning, spacious and so close to the beach. We had 7 people in our group and it was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. The lanai is the perfect place to have our morning coffee and play card games in the evenings after our long adventurous days. I would gladly stay at Joshua’s place again!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Not worth the money. The location was a shock when we arrived as the pictures don’t show how run down the building is. The initial impression when we arrived was that the floor was covered in water as the washer machine was leaking and the entire floor was soaked. I let the host know as soon as we stepped in the house. This put us behind our schedule as we had to wait for the maintenance crew to arrive and fix the issue. We had to utilize the towels left for us to clean the floors and had to wait to wash them to take a shower after arriving. The water temperature and pressure needs to be checked as we could only use one shower because there was no water pressure whatsoever in the other shower. When we extended our check out we tried to leave the towels again washing and the washer again caused another leak. This once again put us behind trying to clean up the water on the floor. Overall the communication was great with the host. Still not worth the money.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We loved Joshua’s place! Few minutes walk to Kam 3 beach. There are body boards, beach towels, and beach chairs there so headed to the beach is super easy. We love airBnB’s when traveling with teens, and this place was no exception. The balcony is a great addition to sit on to enjoy a sunrise or dinner outside. We actually didn’t end up using the pool or bbq’s, but the option was there. It was a nice area if you get the chance to utilize it! We’d 100% stay there again. I would absolutely recommend it. We loved the vibe in Kihei, good restaurants, suvy shops, rental places, beaches. We didn’t want to leave!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to so many of the activities we wanted to experience, which made our trip even more enjoyable. As this was our first visit to Maui, we truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Thank you so much, Joshua, for your kindness and hospitality. Loved the bedroom on each side of the living space for comfort and privacy. Enjoyed the balcony. Easy entry to the beach. Joshua was very responsive and concerned when we misread a sign about elevator repair and immediately cleared up the problem. Mahalo. Joshua for being a responsible and kind host.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the beach amenities, including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a surf/body board. The parking space and elevator access were also very convenient. One suggestion for improvement is maintenance follow-up. During our stay, the living room A/C unit developed a water leak. We reported it and appreciated the owner's response, but we did not receive any updates or see the issue resolved during our stay. More communication on maintenance issues would be helpful. The dryer also required multiple cycles to fully dry clothes and towels. Overall, these were minor concerns. The property was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Josh’s property was very convenient to reach local restaurant, with a nice beach park just down the street. The condo had an elevator, which was very helpful for our grandma to skip the stairs. Very clean, very comfortable!

Kam 3 beach and park are right across the street and my kids had a great time there. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided came in handy. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

You are steps away from the beach - boogie boards are provided for your use. Excellent restaurants are nearby as well and if you’re having a staycation like us, door dash knows how to bring your order to your doorstep. Overall an excellent spot for your Maui vacation.

We had a family of 5 and we were all comfortable, plenty of space, all the amenities we needed for a full week stay. Pictures were accurate and place was even cuter than expected. We love to walk so we got in many miles and found plenty of walkable places to eat and shop. We would highly recommend and stay again without a doubt!

It was so clean and updated and the location is incredible right across the street from the beach where we saw 5 turtles!!) and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and other beaches. We loved having beach chairs and boogie boards and towels to use while we were there. Everything was spotless and clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with pans dishes, etc. the complex was quiet and the pool was great too. Highly recommend!

The air conditioners kept everything cool, and the appliances were new and good quality. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were well stocked, and the beach gear provided was excellent. The location is ideal, with Kamaole Beach and local restaurants within walking distance. The lanai had a wonderful view and was a perfect place to relax. Overall this was an excellent stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable beds and pillows and beautiful upgrades in bathroom/kitchen. Loved the seating area on the lanai. Plenty of room to enjoy each other. We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Everything was pretty perfect with it. Included some baking tools which was nice and had every amenity necessary for my wedding trip. Only issue was the early checkin was held up because the code to the door wasn’t updated until an hour after we showed up and getting ahold of vacamaui took a lot time. They refunded that fee though, just a stressful and unfortunate way to start the experience.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for myself and two older children. Pluses: large living area with large TV, washing machine/dryer, and beach supplies. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. I loved making my coffee and sitting on the balcony. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, but not super clean. I didn't mind. The air conditioner unit is out there and it provided a fabulous breeze. I am a bird lover and enjoyed seeing all the birds as well as hearing the "cock-a-doodle-do" from the local roosters. It is a very easy walk to the beach (across the street). However, we chose to drive to other beaches. Loved it!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This property was beyond beautiful. It was extremely spacious, comfortable, beautifully renovated, and in a great location. The only critique is that we were not able to check in until after 5pm. We arrived at 4pm and the rental was not ready and weren’t able to come back until after 5pm. Luckily, we had friends staying nearby, but it was definitely quite the hassle. Regardless, the condo made up for it and we have this place pinned for future trips to Maui. Parking was easy, it’s a 5 min walk (if that) to the beach, the kitchen supplies are pretty stocked, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, a cooler, and boogie boards, the property has an elevator, the views from the terrace are insane, and again it’s so spacious! Would recommend it to anyone. We can’t wait to come back! Could not recommend enough.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We were able to check in before lunch. Easy entry to a spacious and clean apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, including a cooler and two big umbrellas. When leaving we left a suitcase behind. At 5am I was not able to reach Josh. However he returned my call by 7 am but we were already on the plane ready to head back home. Josh mailed our suitcase back to Oahu that same afternoon. Josh went above and beyond to assist and was very patient and polite the entire time. Would definitely go back to this particular unit, as it was spacious, clean, quiet and we instantly felt like we were at home. I would even consider other units managed by Josh solely on his exceptional customer service skills. Thank you Josh!!!

Clean easy access property

We were initially a little hesitant to be a guest of a company and not an individual, but VacaMaui is a family owned business that is so knowledgeable and responsive and they made our stay so easy. They are so timely in responding and addressing questions and needs. And the unit is pristine and so well located. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a great time here! We liked that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place was clean and spacious. We appreciated all the beach amenities, especially the boogie boards. Our family had a lot of fun using them at the beach right across the street. We also appreciated the Wi-Fi and the big smart TV that you have.

But overall, it’s a busy area with lots of noise outside from the neighbors and excessive noise through the floor from the downstairs neighbor. Bathroom was very clean but don’t plan on a taking a hot shower because the water heater heats the water as it passes through meaning the water temperature fluctuates and only stays hot for five minutes or less.

Beautiful patio was a slight view of the ocean. My only complaint is the beds and pillows are not comfortable. If there were any upgrade recommendations it would be to start there. The location is fantastic! We had a challenge finding the entrance to the parking lot but that was likely our error or the error of google maps and the hosts were so quick to respond when we asked for help. Once we located the correct parking entrance the rest was a breeze! You won’t be disappointed at this location. Book and have a great vacation!

The location is great! It's an easy stroll to Kam 3 and a very short walk to Kam 2 as well. Very clean and well maintained. Clear instructions and great communication from the host.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The complex is somewhat old but very peaceful and close to everything in Kihei and all other parts of the island. The condo decor is modern and clean and exactly as advertised. Would have liked to know which stall to park in before check-in and that toiletries and additional toilet paper and kitchen foil and spices needs to be purchased in our own but we had an amazing stay and would definitely return
