Great house with everything you need for a large group. There was a total of 10 of us and fit comfortably. The amenities are awesome and we took advantage of the putting green and cornhole. Overall amazing stay!

Urban Stay was very responsive to our needs and responded very quickly. We loved this space it was perfect for our party of 8 🤭
Well equipped kitchen. Space for everyone in our party of 10 but iffy neighborhood, not very walkable, and house was missing some basic things - like bath mats to avoid having to step out of shower to slippery floors and not even an extra towel to use for the purpose, 6 hangers total across 4 bedrooms. One sofa was damaged and the interior walls and furniture are pretty beat up.
Great house for 8. 2 very nice rooms with big beds ideal for couples with your own bathroom and 2 other rooms with 2 nice mid sized beds for 4 adults that share a bathroom. Also a nice big sofa bed in the living room area. We flew inn for the weekend for F1 Race and UT Football 🏈 Game and this house was just the right fit with great location to drive to both venues. Host was supper responsive and helpful at all times. Minor issue with the dishwasher was immediately attended and resolved. The house is in a very nice and quiet street and literally just a few steps away from a HEB Supermarket. Thats was super convenient especially after a long day of flying and long rental car line, we stoped to buy the essentials just before checking inn to the house. House is just like the pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. HUGE TV in the living room ideal for watching games and a BOSE soundbar to put some background music. Would defined stay here again in the future.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival, the access code provided didn't work, leaving us stranded outside until we could reach the host to resolve the issue. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this house has seen better days. The condition of the home did not match the photos—several furniture pieces were missing, the walls were chipped and scratched throughout, and it wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard. The microwave was non-functional, and to our dismay, despite booking for 16 people, we were only provided with 8 towels. When we requested more, the host attempted to charge us a $40 fee to deliver additional towels, even though they had initially under-provided. After a frustrating back-and-forth, the host finally agreed to drop off more towels but only supplied the exact number required for our group. Tried to wash the towels ourselves & that also wasn’t working. Overall didn’t meet our expectations and wouldn’t recommend
Great spot to stay in with a large group of 10. Loved everything about the place and its location is superb. Heb is less than a 2 min walk. Everything is really close by. Great experience honestly
Our group had an issue with another Airbnb, UrbanStay was able to accommodate our group of 11 with less than a day's notice. We did have issues with the lock and entry code during check in, but the host dealt with the issue and the issue was resolved. Other than that slight issue, our stay was wonderful. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars, short drive to 6th Street, home was large enough to accommodate 11 ppl with everyone having a bed to sleep in. Would recommend this home to large groups.
We were very pleased with this place. It was spacious for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. They enjoyed playing in the yard while we could enjoy ourselves inside and still have eyes on them. It was very close to downtown too.
Great place to stay if you have family or group setting
Great place for a larger family or group. Positive: A little worn in places, but overall a very nice house with spacious living areas and rooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. We used the kitchen daily so the kitchen amenities were great -- we especially loved the Nespresso machine! Having an outdoor patio & grill right off of the main living area was useful. In addition, a H-E-B grocery was only a few doors away. Negative: Kitchen/living room floors were a little dirty on arrival, but everything else was clean. Prefer stainless steel over plastic and Teflon, but at least cooking utensils and pans were in good shape. Ease of casting to the TV wasn't straight-forward, but we figured it out.
The house is incredible. My family was involved in Hurricane Beryl. They were without power. They have a child, dogs, and could not deal with the heat. I was able to book this home on short, short notice and Urban Stay was quick to accept my reservation. I am so thankful for them. The house is badass. It’s huge, clean, comfortable.
We had the best stay! The house was perfect for a big group and gave us plenty of space to hang out together. The backyard putt putt was such a fun bonus and definitely a highlight of the weekend. The location was great and made getting around super easy. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
We had a very nice stay. The house had a great layout for our large group and was only 8 minutes from downtown Austin. I Positive: The size for our group was perfect. The house has a very good layout and it was in a very convenient location, close to downtown (8 minutes). The supermarket is across the street which is a big plus. Negative: It was a little noisy due to a main street behind the house and construction taking place. There was wear and tear. An outlet in the kitchen was dangerously loose. Nonstick pans were scratched but the staff quickly ordered new ones. One blow dryer wasn’t working and the staff sent one that worked.
Place was super clean, spacious, and host was super responsive when our group was in a tight pinch for another Airbnb after traveling into Austin.
Myself and 6 others stayed here for a weekend and had an amazing time. Plenty of space and room for of us. Host was always responsive and this location is prime. Grocery store was a 5 minute walk and the food around the area was AMAZING. Bars and local breweries were extremely close as well. Definitely highly highly recommended this Airbnb.
This house was great for hosting a girls trip for my sister’s bachelorette party. They were very accommodating and everyone had a place to stay. I would recommend to add curtains to bathroom windows.
Good location to get to places, putting green and outside patio were perfect for downtime. Murray’s Tavern has some solid pub food and cocktails.
The place is just a few feet away from a grocery store which is really useful. The decor on the inside of the house creates a nice atmosphere. The golfing area in the backyard is a ton of fun for the family. The house had everything we needed to have a comfortable home away from home. The host is very helpful and quick at responding.
Beautiful modern home so close to 6th Street A group of 13 stayed here for Halloween weekend and had an amazing time! It was even better than the pictures and we loved the extras like the covered patio/bar area and the backyard games. Was a perfect weekend in Austin and would definitely rent again !
Overall, this was a great place for some of my coworkers an I to stay during an Austin offsite. Clean, great kitchen / hangout space, convenient location. The biggest issue we had with the place was that in being told it could sleep 16 people, we expected to find real beds for 16 people. Some of the beds were fold-out cots or couch beds, so if comfortable beds are a priority for everyone in your group, this might not be the best option. Host was very responsive and clear!
Will return - that’s the best review we can give ! Positive: Location is prime and right next to a super market - also very clean place! Negative: Not much - I wish the living room was bigger only because we loved hanging out there

A 4-night stay in this beautiful home. The house is very spacious, with several bedrooms, very clean bathrooms, and a functional kitchen, exactly like the pictures. Posha, our host, was truly amazing. She responded quickly and even allowed us to check out a bit later to accommodate us. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Austin.

Great location across H-E-B for easy access to groceries and drinks. P Terrys burger 2 minute walk along with dominos. Back yard was very nice and covered so could use in bad weather. Drip coffee machine was also a plus. Would recommend
