We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and in the perfect location. The rooftop was an amazing bonus, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The hosts were wonderful and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place was a wonderful stay for our vacation time in Nashville. The house is in a wonderful location for ease of access to many different activities. It is a quick drive to Broadway, within walking distance to local coffee shops, and very close to a couple cute parks that we took my niece to play. The view from the rooftop patio was lovely and a great space to spend time. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean. Melissa was a very friendly and communicative host. She responded quickly to messages and had a helpful guide available to provide ideas for our time in Nashville. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Nashville again!
We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—just about 8 minutes from Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. We were in town for the 250th Fourth of July celebration, and being able to watch the incredible fireworks from the rooftop patio was absolutely epic and one of the highlights of our trip! The townhome was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The kitchen is huge with plenty of room to gather, cook, and spend time together. We especially loved the rooftop space—it was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. The only suggestion I have is to make sure the address includes the letter designation (such as A, B, C, etc.) in the arrival instructions. That small detail would make the property much easier to find when checking in. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend
We had an amazing stay here while celebrating my birthday in Nashville with my family! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and had more than enough room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get downtown while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. Check-in was seamless, communication with the host was great, and everything we needed was already there. We made some incredible memories during our trip, and this home played a big part in that. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville. Highly recommend to anyone visiting with family or a group of friends!
We had a great stay! The location was great and very close to everything. We had everything we needed and communication was very timely. The rooftop had a wonderful view of the downtown skyline and a fabulous spot to watch the sun rise in the morning.

House was great we really enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location about a 10 minute walk to the Gulch! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Great place, loads of space and the rooftop was an added bonus. Location is perfect for walking to the gulch in 5/10 and broadway not much further, so perfect to be a little away from the noise but ease of access.

The townhouse was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The location was a short uber ride to broadway, 12south and the gulch. The hosts were extremely responsive and flexible as we had to change our checkout. Definitely recommend!
This is a great place to stay when visiting Nashville. The place has plenty of space, was very clean and had everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. The host was a great communicator as well. One bedroom is on the bottom floor, right when you walk in. You then go up some stairs to the main level which is where the kitchen, dining room and living room are. Walk up some more stairs and you will come to the other two bedrooms. (Lots of stairs). The rooftop space is awesome. Great views of the city and can be quite relaxing. We walked to Broadway both days. It took us about 25-30 minutes at a quick pace. Uber cost us about $25 for 6 people. From Broad back to the house. Overall this was an excellent house for three couples. I highly recommend it. Thanks for a great time.
