Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Overall great cabin! Well equipped with everything you’d need. Originally I booked this cabin by mistake. The host would not allow me to refund or even switch my cabin dates to a different day. Totally had to figure things out. Which I did and enjoyed my time there. So not a total loss right ? We wanted to see a bear sooooo bad but we did not unfortunately. Very private cabin, clean, and fun area! Will return! Thanks for having us

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This place was great and the host was very responsive to issues that were entirely my fault. The cabin is beautiful and had a ton of games that our teenage kids enjoyed & they kept themselves busy while we in for the night. I would definitely book again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for all your help with my daughter's wallet being left behind as well.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Enjoyed our stay! Very very clean, lots of extra blankets, towels, etc. Very responsive to any questions we had ! No issues at all ! Wish there was a bigger outdoor light for the hot tub but that would be my only complaint!
Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Location was exactly as described besides a few things. I will start with the Pros: Beautiful location, very secluded, sun room/game room was a nice touch. Bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen. Cons: The hot tub was broken, notified the rental company. They did put a work order in but never got fixed and my little family was looking forward to relaxing outside. Porch was a lot smaller then I realized you had to move the chairs out just to sit down and when doing so you blocked the door to go back inside. Also rental company messaged alot the first couple of days making sure we got checked in okay. etc. But after that very slow to respond to messages. They give you a time frame but they still don't respond in a timely manner. This isn't really the host's fault but future guests should know that they are building another cabin right next door and they start early and finish semi-late. So get ready for some construction noise. So not very peaceful.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Beautiful setting and comfortable interior. Loved the hot tub and the Pac-Man game. Make sure you get car info to the rental management PRIOR to arriving otherwise you won’t be let in at guard house and will have to travel a distance just to be able to have service to make a call to do so.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This cabin is located in a very wooded area. There’s a security gate so make sure you have your car registered before arrival. The cabin is sitting on a steep hill so take precautions. Pros: Clean and spacious Cons; The road leading to the cabin are very narrow and curvy.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! It was beautiful! Clean! Felt at home! The only thing was we had to cook everything on the grill outside because our stove had a shortage and we ruined some food items, and then the instructions on the security being in the front and how many cars all of that was unclear until the day that we arrived and we had to wait an extra hour to get in through until a man since I was flustered cause we had kids and they were tired and he let us come through. Everything else was spot on! Pictures really didn’t give the place justice. Fix the stove and we’d definitely be back.
We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We always love to hear positive and constructive feedback. It is a gift that we do not take for granted. It’s the only way to grow and improve and that’s an important focus of ours. We work hard to make sure that all our guests have a wonderful vacation experience. We hope to see you back soon!
