We came to Nashville to surprise our son for his 30th birthday. We traveled from Illinois, Iowa and Florida! I have two little grandsons and was a little nervous but it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!!!

This place was great! Communication with the host was perfect with clear instructions & quick replies. The house was clean & perfect for our family with two small children. It felt like home right away when we arrived & it was a very comfortable stay. The location was about 10 minutes from Broadway and it was a very easy commute downtown. I would highly recommend this spot! You won’t regret it. They made our stay very easy which is exactly what you need while traveling.

One of the best stays we've had. The home is beautiful, well decorated, well stocked, and has very comfortable beds. The home was perfect for my family (including a small child and a dog). We are local to Nashville and were displaced by the large scale power outage, and overall we felt welcomed and blessed by Hallson Hospitality's hospitality.

The place was great! Very spacious and they even had popcorn, coffee, and a bottle of wine waiting for us! My kids loved the ping pong table

Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I have is for the host to provide better instructions on entering the carport through the back! My family and I found it easily though. The host also refunded our cleaning fee when they realized they would need to do a quick outside job during our stay which was nice! Beautiful home

Beautiful, clean home! Just like the pictures. Home felt welcoming for our stay with family. Quiet neighborhood and park less than a block away with walking path that was useful for walking the pup. Would stay here again our next time in Nashville. Host very helpful and responded quickly.

The home was beautiful and our family enjoyed it while being able to spend time together during a time of bereavement. The host was very friendly and responsive to all of our needs.

We loved our stay! The place was even nicer than expected and comfortably housed our family group of 12. We were welcomed with some snacks and a bottle of wine. The kitchen and living room area were huge and the upstairs master suite had a giant shower and bathtub. The backyard was private and cozy with a fun ping pong table and a grill. Overall, this was a spacious and immaculately clean place to stay in an excellent location! I do wish they had mentioned how many stairs are required to reach the front door in the listing description (18 steps). We LOVED staying here and would be happy to return in the future!

Loved the home and it was nicely located. It's very close to all the major attractions and was very easy to get around. House was clean, hosts were kind and helpful. I would def stay here again. Everything was clean and new. Our whole family loved it.

We had a great time at Ashland House. Perfect setup for a family gathering to include three dogs. The look and feel of the house was very modern and well decorated. Close to Hadley park to walk our dogs, and a quick drive downtown for fun. Ashland House was a great pick for our family getaway.

Brandon's Airbnb was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Nashville! Amoung our family members, we have two Airbnb Super Hosts who weighed in on this review with the other guests. We felt this Airbnb was superior to others and one of the best we have stayed at while traveling! The condition and decor of the property was excellent, very clean, the Airbnb host thought of many details that are often overlooked (as well as a high chair available when requested prior to our stay), the host's communication was excellent and the property location was moments away from Nashville. So, if you are visiting Music City, we highly recommend this Airbnb and gave it a well deserved 5 Stars!!!

This house was amazing! Exactly as described. Beautiful and very clean. Safe neighborhood and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Visited for a bachelorette party and this was perfect and so spacious. If we have a group return we will definitely stay here again!

My group and I loved the Airbnb, it’s stunning and has ample amount of space. It’s very aesthetically pleasing, and it was clean! My favorite part was how it was so close to everything we did. Everything was within a 15 min drive! I had an amazing birthday.

The home had plenty of space for our group, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living areas. The location was also perfect—just a quick Uber ride to Broadway, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip, and it was perfect to host our group of 8! The bedding was plenty, lots of space in the kitchen for food, and the outdoor space was lovely! The house looks just like the photos! The neighborhood has a lot of new construction, but we couldn’t hear any of it. We felt safe the entire time and were grateful for all of the street parking! The Uber ride to downtown is so fast and wasn’t too expensive. It was a great spot for getting around. The host is super responsive and helpful. Even post stay they are so helpful. We forgot a bag there and they are going through the trouble of shipping it back. We highly recommend this place for a large group!

Great backyard!! Absolutely LOVED this house!!! Big room with bathroom on main floor, huge spacious kitchen, big living room and awesome backyard!!! Upstairs had another huge bedroom with big bathroom attached plus a gigantic walk in closet. Two more rooms upstairs with a Jack n Jill bathroom attached.Communication with this property management company is OUTSTANDING!!!!10 gals stayed here and it was perfect!! We had our wedding reception dinner here and we had 25 people fit very comfortably for the party!!!Exceptional house!!!!!Definitely would book this house again!!!

The home was very nice and accommodated us well for our girls trip. It was an easy drive to downtown. Nice parking in the back for easy unloading and loading. We saw the neighbors next door a few times, but never any others. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt secure in the home.

Brandon was very responsive before and during the stay. The house was perfect for our big group of girls and easy to Uber to other places in the city. It was very clean with a great kitchen and living space for hanging out.

My friends & I we're in Nashville for a girl's weekend. Brandon's place was spacious, clean, and super comfy. The bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect for us. The beds and furniture are comfortable. We appreciated the parking behind the home for bringing in all our luggage. The area looks to be going through some renovations but we didn't have any problems and felt safe during our stay.

House easily fit our party of 9. Location is close to downtown. Ping pong table was unusable. Outside patio was very nice and relaxing.

Beautiful home and excellent description online. We had a little issue with the upstairs air conditioning upon arrival but the company promptly answered a phone call and sent a maintenance person to diagnose the issue. It was resolved the next day and the rest of the trip there were no further problems. The house is well laid out for large groups. We were given coffee supplies and plenty of kitchen cookware. The beds were very comfortable and towels were very fluffy and white. Neighborhood was quiet but still a short uber trip into downtown and Broadway street. Our large family had a wonderful time!

All Airbnb’s say they’re “super clean” or “pristine”, but rarely do they truly lived up to the claim. The house is beautiful and the decor is gorgeous, but what really stood out to me was how absolutely sparkling clean it was. I probably could’ve eaten off the floor! Brandon was a great host and incredibly quick at responding to questions. When we first got in, we’d planned to spend some time in the back yard but couldn’t get the overhead string lights to turn on. At 8:30 pm on Friday he responded within minutes of me messaging about it and when we still couldn’t figure it out, he sent someone the next day to check it out. Unfortunately we never ended up going out there because our plans for the rest of the weekend were spent out and about in Nashville, but it’s a great little yard space. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but I also never felt unsafe there being with 8 other girls, but I wouldn’t walk down the block alone at night. Quiet neighborhood overall and a really great home!

I loved this place! Clean, no clutter and beautifully appointed. Centrally located to everything. Walked my dog to the park which was just down the street. Easy to access the home thanks to key pads and garage door opener. Backyard clean, cute and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood. Big TVs! The hosts were so gracious to have a welcome gift in the kitchen waiting for me. While most of my trips are for fun and relaxation, this was not one of them. I was in town for some heavy/sad family business. After long stressful days, I was grateful to have this house to retreat to every evening. The hosts were amazing and I look to returning to this house again.

We felt very comfortable in this home. It’s new and beautiful and has a great backyard space, especially if you are bringing dogs with you. It’s close to downtown and easy to hop on the interstate and get anywhere you want to go. It was easy to get into with the door keypad and was very clean. We would stay again!

Thanks to Brandon and his team for their hospitality. I understand this was a new listing for them. A few hiccups being a new property for them, but they were always quick and responsive. The house is a beautiful newer house and very homey. The neighbourhood is in transition, but overall felt safe. You will have to park on the street out front but just lock your doors and it was fine. They allowed for my dog and we kept it clean for their cleaners by sweeping up before leaving. Overall, I would recommend the property, it’s management group and would definitely stay here again.

I had the best bachelorette weekend! I’ve been to Nashville several times but this felt like a new experience entirely. The house was beautiful, clean, and very elegant. The host was so friendly and responsive! Every question I had, they were responding within minutes to provide an answer and checking in constantly to ensure we had the best experience.

This spot was perfect for the perfect getaway for my best friends bachelorette party. It fit 9 girls very comfortably! Spacious rooms and extremely clean house. The back yard was so cute too, just too cold for us to hang out there. But perfect for the summer! This house was decorated so nice. The linens were SOOO soft and smooth and everything was extremely clean! The hosts of this house were in constant communication with us and that was super helpful at times. I would 100% stay here again. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

We came to celebrate 2 birthdays and 2 anniversaries and the home had a great layout with more than enough space for 3 couples! The host had a bottle of wine, bag of coffee, and caramel corn waiting for us to help celebrate! The back yard was great for our two small dogs, as well as a great space to sit, talk,and relax. We did have a mean ping pong tournament going on throughout the weekend which was fun! We got to attend a hockey game while visiting and the home is in a great location to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but we were not far from great restaurants. Our only issue was we could not get the front door code to work and had to climb the fence to get in our first day. After initial entry, we used the garage door to get to the back door where the code worked fine. We are considering booking this property for a bachelorette trip in the fall.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. It was perfect for my daughter's 21st birthday. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the back. It was easy and close to downtown Nashville and Broadway. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. If we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it!

Place was awesome! So beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, responsive hosts, and they even had a welcome basket for us when we arrived with wine, coffee, snacks. Short Uber ride anywhere… neighborhood itself doesn’t have much going on but it’s not too far. Overall, a lot of value and attentive hosts that care about your comfort. Would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful home, and lots of room for our extended family staying for a local wedding. A little difficult for older, less mobile adults (lots of steps from the street parking, and tall first floor ceilings made steps to 2nd floor long), but it worked out with using alley for entrance through the garage carport. But really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was fantastic, the home was clean and was in a good location. The only complaint I have is the WiFi wasn’t very good which could be a servicer issue and have nothing to do with the host. The house is close enough to broadway but not too close. It was quaint and quiet. We really enjoyed our time there.

Hallson was great and our overall experience was perfect! The house was fully equipped and easy to navigate, overall no complaints. What I will say is there are two homes being built beside the home, so the construction was noisy at times, but that's not their fault. Will be coming back next time we're in Nashville, it was super easy to get around and we really liked the location!

A beautiful house! Super clean and host was very responsive. House had everything we needed- extra toiletries, lots of towels, etc. Neighborhood was close to everything but area was definitely going through renovations and construction. Honestly would stay in this home again! Only issue was my personal opinion of needing a covering on the front door glass so it was a little more private.

We live in Chicago and forgot something at the house and Brandon and his staff quickly mailed our items back. It was a life saver. I will definitely stay here again.
