We hope to host you again in the future! My stay at this Airbnb was very disappointing. Both bathrooms had mold in the shower areas, and in the Master Bedroom the shower curtain also had mold. The sheets and towels were not white as shown in the pictures; instead, they were dark-colored and did not seem clean. The towels smelled bad, so we had to use our own, and we had to wash the sheets just to be able to sleep on them. There was no soap in the bathrooms. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the outdoor condenser was right next to two bedrooms, making a terrible noise each time it turned on and off, waking us up several times during the night. The floor was sticky, the refrigerator had broken seals and a bad odor, and the living room furniture looked dirty. The house had extremely poor lighting—without the skylights it would have been almost completely dark. Several locks, including the main entrance, were also in poor condition. To be clear, I paid over $400 for a single night for 6 people.

Jennifer, was a pleasure to host! This was a great place to stay so close and walkable right to the beach which was amazing! All the amentities and wagon made it incredible to use and transport all our beach needs back and forth- loved that. The donut and taco place below us (literally) was great food and made morning coffee so easy! Loved the pool at the house. The house itself was spacious and very clean- everything we needed with towels right by the door! Also a list of local things places and restaurants! This was so easily located to everything and neighboring beaches as well- would absolutely stay there again! THANK YOU

Leah, was a pleasure to host! Expensive nightmare! This is not a standalone cottage, that’s a brazen lie. It’s a small 2nd story apartment above a local chain Mexican restaurant. Steep staircase not pictured to intentionally mislead. Entry way is a narrow alley filled with restaurant trashcans overflowing with spoiled food and customer waste. Think hot and windy Florida. You have to walk through the garbage alley while people at the restaurant stare at you. Then there’s the soiled napkins blown over the gate onto the pool deck. The pool deck also never gets direct sunlight. Once inside: TERMITES The termite infestation was horrifying. We arrived to several dead ones on the bathroom counters, by the next day, they were piling in from all corners of the master bathroom. Around the toilet, climbing onto the toilet paper, on the shower walls, in my baby’s crib. They made it very difficult to get relocated from this filthy and infested place. They did move us to a nice property but it took hours on the phone.

It was a pleasure hosting Sarah! Loved our stay here. Despite being above a restaurant, it was pretty quiet. The backyard and pool were private and lovely. Short walk to the beach and very close plenty of good restaurants (including the one below, which was very good). I’d say the only thing we ran into was parking. There’s not a clear reserved spot, just a sign for the rental company. When it’s busy and you leave, there’s nowhere to park when you come back. When we called needing to know what to do they told us we could park down the street at their office, which was fine but not ideal because we obviously wanted to be parked where we were staying. But overall such a great, spacious, clean and beautiful place. We would stay again for sure!

Brian was a pleasure to Host! Great stay - the photos matched the experience! Stylish, comfortable, clean and well laid out. Was a little worried when some of the reviews mentioned the place was right above a taco place, but the apartment itself was very private and we really couldn’t hear or smell anything the restaurant below. It was also dangerously close to the donut shop but that’s another story! Professionally managed property and the host was very responsive. We would stay again!
