Tarek was a pleasure to host Overall, the home was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would stay again, except for the bad. The home is represented as having a Tesla charger in the garage, which it did; however, it did not work. This was a huge inconvenience, as the closest charger was 30 minutes away. It forced me to travel to this location multiple times since we drive a Tesla and require charging, and, most importantly, it was why we chose this location to stay. Even more frustrating was seeing a review in which another person had the same issue, and AMI assured them it would be fixed, but it was not. The pool's outside pump runs nonstop; it is SO loud that even the neighbors complained. There were no remotes and no way to turn it off. When I say loud, I mean awful, which impacted the entire stay. I feel I should get a partial refund because the stay was simply subpar and inconvenient, and the unit was not as promised, as the Tesla Charger is totally inoperable.

Luciana was a pleasure ! We had an amazing stay! The house was extremely clean, well organized, and very comfortable. The support from the management team was excellent — always responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Kate was a pleasure to host! The house was amazing, just as advertised. I chose this property because of the Tesla charger, but the night before checkout I went to charge my car and found it wasn't working. I sent a message but didn't receive a response. The pool area wasn't very clean; there were even drink cans in the garden. Other than that, everything was great.

Mary was great A beautiful view of the canal with 2 private decks having comfortable seating overlooking the canal was serene. Small but private pool and patio were perfect for our family to spend time at. Renting a Golf cart is a fun and great way to get across the bridge and to restaurants and beaches.
