Jeff was a pleasure to host! Great house with a very central location to the shops and restaurants of AMI. Walkable to beach. Great pool and screened in porch. Plenty of room for two families with 4 kids total and a grandma.

Our family loved the beautiful home. AMI MEMORIES was exactly like the pictures. There was a couple of issues and they were addressed quickly. We felt very welcomed and very well taken care of…I would definitely recommend this home and Anna Maria Island…both are fantastic!
