decent place and great price for being 10 minutes from ski bowl and 30 to timberline

A nice place to stay for our short ski trip to Mt. Hood! About 15 minutes from Ski Bowl, and 30 from Timberline Lodge.

Great place to stay for a ski trip

Overall, an okay stay. It was close to the ski resort and check-in was easy. The laundry on site is convenient, and host communicated well. There are a few issues I encountered listed below. It was noisy throughout my stay despite the white noise machine. I could hear the freeway loud and clear. The walls are thin, and I could hear everything happening in the unit next to me. I shave my head and found long hair in the bed and a big clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Pet hair in the bed as well. There were coffee stains still on the silverware. Shower is extremely small and cramped. Shower head is placed quite high and difficult to reach for the handheld functionality. After coming back in the afternoon, I witnessed what appeared to be two men attempting to break into a vehicle by picking the lock. They left shortly after I arrived.

Quiet, cozy and great value! Positive: So cozy and modern! Negative: Nothing- all of it was perfect.

It was pretty noisy with the highway right next to us but that was tolerable. We couldn’t get past the inconsiderate guests in the unit next to us blasting the TV all throughout the night (very thin walls). Most places will also give some leeway with checkout time, but if you want to checkout past 10 AM, they’ll charge you $25/hour - over 20% of our nightly rate per extra hour. Overall, an okay deal but we’ll probably just spend a bit more next time we visit the area.

Quaint throwback Came to the area to hike so room wasn't going to be in room much. The Alpine Rustic was perfect.

This was a great little pit stop in our journey! We had unexpected travel changes while on a road trip and I messaged the host to ensure we could book and stay same day. They were so accommodating and responsive and we appreciated the quiet and comfy space to rest up while hiking.

Nice little studio, as described. Comfy bed, easy check-in. Some dog commotion from other renters (and my own chiming in), but nice to have a pet-friendly option in the area. Please consider adding a luggage rack to the room.

Small but comfortable. Unit 8 is meant for retiring after a long day out enjoying Hood and the surrounding lakes and wilderness. You're not going to be able to cook much unless you BBQ, and there's no access to hot tub or spa, but this is a great place to sleep if you're not down with camping or not stoked to spend a bunch on lodging.

We got snowed out of driving over the pass in our small Toyota Prius. So we were able to very quickly and late at night book this very convenient location for snow activities and waiting out a stormy ⛈️ night.

This is a great little spot for quick access to the Mt. Hood area. Pay close attention to the photos and amenities (no kitchen in my studio, just a mini-fridge and microwave). It was the perfect base camp for a few days solo hiking. The TV is nice and works well - you just have to log into your streaming accounts. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The desk was great for getting work done and the wifi was fast. Note that you do hear sounds from the highway (it's right on the highway) but I was able to sleep just fine. The studio would be cramped for two people but would ultimately be fine. I would stay here again for sure.

Cute studio perfect for one person. I suggest bringing ear plugs as the traffic seems loud over night.

Check in is so easy! It was nice to just pull up and walk in especially after such a long drive. The few things that only affected out stay just a little is the size of the bed and shower. The unit lists the bed as a queen but we thought for sure it may just be a full - we're both larger people so it did affect our sleep a bit. The shower is very tight but it was nice that the shower head is very tall. My 6'3" partner didnt have to bend over to shower at all and amenities are provided. We would absolutely stay here again but maybe go for a bigger unit. This studio is perfect for single travellers who are out and exploring more and just need to quietly and quickly rest. The place was very clean considering this unit allows pets. We hope to go back the next time we're in the area visiting family.

Positive: Everything. It was very convenient to our new house, which we are renovating. Negative: The shower in room number 8 was good. But I would suggest the unit be a bit bigger and the shower head be brought down a bit. I had no trouble reaching it, but my wife could not. Overall, the roo. Was awesome.

Good place to be surround by nature and enjoy. Great option if your plan is to be out and about most of the day.

Positive: Es war sauber Negative: Die Klimaanlage wurde nur Laienhaft eingebaut und die Seitenausschnitte sehr schlecht verkleidet. Im Zimmer hört sich der Strassenlärm wie bei offenem Fenster an und das bei einer Schnellstrasse Auch hört man die Gespräche des Nachbarzimmers Lösung des Motels Ohrstöpsel Das Zimmer hatte auch keine 37 m2, höchstens 25 m2

This our first or second time to stay here. The room is very nice and clean. We did report a couple of things and the management made sure they were taken care of without any issues. We would highly recommend staying here as the rooms are excellent and management I s wonderful to work with.

Perfect spot to stay

The converted motel is a cool idea and much nicer than a standard motel with easy keypad check in and spotless, comfy rooms. And of course, it is in a gorgeous location; mount hood is magical.

Managers pleasant and responsive.

This was my second time staying here and will continue to be my go to spot while I am in the area!

Positive: Clean and appeared newly renovated inside. Negative: Expensive for what it was and no staff onsite.

The place was nice and as described. It was very noisy being right off the highway and I would note that the place is small. It was fitting for my trip though. Thanks for the stay!

Loved this quirky little motel. They did a great job on the remodel. The place was spotless and close to everything in town. Just note that there is a bit of toast noise if you're a lite sleeper like myself. Would stay again next time I'm up around Mount Hood.

Next to highway Shower is so small you can not turn around or reach your toes. My son who is 5’7 and 135 lbs. said the same and i am 170 lbs. it is tiny. TV is intermittent

Undgå for al i verden at booke her! Positive: Ingenting - jeg havde specifikt booket en studio apartment med tre sengepladser (to separate senge) og køkken. Da vi kom frem, var der én seng. Vi var tre, så måtte finde et andet sted. Jeg kontaktede både Cascadia Getaways og Booking.com for at få bookingen annulleret - begge mente, at den anden var ansvarlig for fejlinformation i beskrivelsen af stedet/lejligheden jeg havde booket, så jeg kom til at betale fuld pris. Negative: Som nævnt i ovenstående: servicen fra overnatningsstedet (og booking.com) under al kritik.

Clean and comfortable place

Great location and clean! When I booked it they referred to it as a condo so we were a bit surprised when we walked into a hotel room. It had a large bathroom and great amenities in a good location. The hair dryer was MIA, not sure what size the bed was but a bit short and my feet hung out over the end. The shower was a tight squeeze too. We h=ad a laugh about it and said some small people must have designed it. Overall, a nice place with thoughtful things in the room.

Functional Property is newly remodeled, and for being small, it works quite well. If I have any complaint, it’s that the mattress needs updating.

This was a great place to stay while playing around Mount Hood National Forest. Can't wait for our next stay!
