John was a pleasure to host! The location was perfect, the house was beautiful. The pool area and dock were not what we thought and the ac in the basement would not cool.. however they did send a nice man out to put in a window unit but that didn’t cool it either which made the upstairs ac unit have to work that much harder.. The lift didn’t work correctly to get our Sons boat out of the water. The tile in the basement was broken around a pillar and we had a very bad cut toe on our granddaughter. Would I stay there again? Yes if price was lower.. every on the island was so nice and it was absolutely beautiful

Our family loved the Aquaviva property! You can’t beat the location, just blocks from shopping and dining. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed to cook. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs provided, as well as some beach games and a wagon to haul it all to the beach! The pool was clean and a great temperature. A favorite feature for our family was the dock on the lagoon. We had coffee many mornings out on the dock and one morning a manatee floated by to say hi. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is the temperature in the unit. The thermostat is set to go no lower than 72. This was too warm for our family. Had we been able to adjust the indoor temperature to even 70 degrees, we would have been much more comfortable. Overall, we would recommend Aquaviva! It is a beautiful home in a great location!

James was a pleasure to host! Nice home design that was spacious and comfortable. Heated pool was nice and great being right on the canal. Not to mention so much in walking distance. Great place to stay!!!!

Melissa was a pleasure to host! Amazing place and perfect location. Thought it was a hot tub at this location however it was a spa so wasn’t able to get hot enough to sit in on cold day. However they were very responsive in trying to get hot for us. Definitely will have a great vacation here

We recently spent our family vacation at this 3-bedroom haven on a canal in Anna Maria Island - it was absolutely fantastic. The closeness to the beach, just a short stroll away, made it ideal for the kids and easy for us to walk back and forth. The house itself felt like a warm and inviting beach retreat, with all the comforts and space our family needed. The well-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver for meals at "home", and the living spaces were perfect for relaxation. Mornings on the pool patio with a cup of coffee and the soothing canal views? Pure joy. What truly stood out for us was the private pool – a real highlight of our stay, providing endless entertainment and a perfect way to cool off. Being close to island dining and activities was an added bonus. This place felt like our genuine home away from home, and we're already talking about planning the next family getaway here in 2024. If you're considering a family trip to Anna Maria Island, this spot is a definite winner. Thank you!

Monica was a pleasure to host! We had a fantastic stay on AMI! The location was truly amazing, and we fell in love with the area. However, we encountered a few areas that could be improved for the next guests that we wanted to share. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the headboards felt a bit cheap, making noise with the slightest movement. Additionally, the pool, despite the guide book promising it being cleaned twice a week, remained untouched during our stay from Sunday to Thursday. Lastly, the AC could only go as low as 72, leaving us a bit warm while sleeping. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our time and appreciate the overall experience.

AMI is great and we will return just not to a property manager by this PM. The safely alarms were not installed and the management company tried to charge us for them. We called them to the property because one of the wires was broken in the first place. The outdoor outlets for golf cart charging didn’t work. The toilet leaked water when it was in use. There was an active wasps nest on the main deck. The hot tub was not hot. And the icing on top or should I say nail in the coffin was the broken decking that had several rusty nails coming out of them. Go to AMI just avoid them.
