Dalton was a pleasure to host!
Brooke was a pleasure to host! Pool was not usable during our stay (the entire reason we chose this location) and Anna Maria Vacations was too busy to respond. The house was DISGUSTING! Old molded food in the cabinet!! Dirty dishes, filthy floors, black hair in the bathroom, floors and beds. There was something crusty dried on the sheets in one of the beds. WiFi only works on one side of the second floor living room area. I reached out to Anna Maria Vacations as soon as we arrived and received a generic response that they were busy assisting other guests and would get back to me. This is the message that I continue to receive the entire stay. I had to reach out to Airbnb to try to get a response from them and they still didn’t reply. Airbnb was able to assist me with a 30% refund, but it did not rectify that we could not use the pool during our entire stay, the place was disgusting. Honestly, we felt like we were squatters in a property that we were not supposed to be in. Horrible experience!
