Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this house. The house really is 5 bedrooms, not 7, because the cottage is not maintained. It was filled with dead and alive wasps, flies, spiders and spider webs and smelled horrible. We could not have any guests sleeping in there, so people had to sleep on the floor and couch. The entire property is not maintained well - wasp and hornet nests everywhere, and the cleaners did not do a good job of cleaning spiders and spider webs out of the main house before we arrived. They were endless. There were also mouse droppings all around and under the couch. It seems that the house has not been maintained. The main house is nice other than 10-12 wasps getting in every day, even after the exterminator came. We had to check out early because of this. Red cottage was apologetic but slow to actually respond with resolutions and did refund us part of our stay, but only after 48+ hours of complaining and trying to get in touch with management.
