Great stay, condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Nice, clean place. Beautifully decorated. We had a 3 night stay and had no extra towels, which caused everyone to use the same towels and washcloths all 3 days. Also would have appreciated flexibility on the 10am check out. We requested an extra hour but were denied.

This condo was perfect for our getaway weekend! It was comfortable, well‑kept, and made us feel right at home. The pool was easy to access and a great place to unwind. We loved our stay and plan to return next year. 😊Thank you for providing such a great experience! 💕

We have been coming to Port Aransas for the last 5 years. We always stay at csan condominiums and this one was by far our favorite. very clean very spacious the kids loved it we loved it we will book it again.

Our trip included 2 families (4 adults and 4 children between ages 12-15) for 4 nights. The amount of space in the condo was enough for us. Property was clean and furniture was well kept.The bed I used was comfortable. Kids did well in the room with bunk bed and bed. Location of the property was near lots of things (grocery, shops, restaurants). The condo complex property was well kept. In the back/beachside of the complex property, there is a walkway to the beach, which was an easy walk. There's also a public beach access driveway very nearby if taking a vehicle to the beach. There was an open outdoor shower near pool area, which was very close to the condo. Host communication was excellent. Check-in had a little confusion. I didn't receive instructions in a message or email, but the host's number is at the property door, and they were friendly and helpful. Check out was simple-- take out trash, turn off lights & fans, lock doors (to balconies), run the dishwasher. In property description or in message from host, it mentioned that there are no beach towels or beach equipment, so we were sure to bring our own.Laundry is coin operated. We didn't use them. Kitchen had basic needs as far as cookware and plates, etc. Would consider this property again when staying in Port Aransas.

Pool, gardens, grill, walking distance to the beach, parking and aéreas clean, Airbnb cute and nice decorations, full kitchen, overall very nice to stay , our family really enjoyed and liked for a group of 8

This place was incredible! Exactly as advertised. Location was perfect; walk to the beach was 7min, pool was right there which was great. Pretty decent grocery store was 5mins drive away. The washer/dryer was in a laundry unit by the pool which was in great shape (though you need quarters to use). The dining chairs were pretty cool and custom made, but super loud to move around which didn’t help with the sleeping babies but not a huge deal. First time in Port A, and we will be back!

We had the best weekend getaway! The condo was everything and more! Perfect location and not far from the beach! Would definitely recommend this place again in the future 😎☀️🌊🏖️

Large, comfortable condo within a short walk to the beach. Only downside was the internet is super slow so no streaming any shows in the evening. Overall great place!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and nice place with a great layout. Easy access to the beach and to town. The patio’s were a great feature to have our morning coffee on. Can’t wait to come back again.

Pretty close to everything we wanted. Nice place just as advertised.

This rental was exactly as described. We had a group of 5 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space. The weather wasn’t the best for our trip but the stay was still just right! We did a lot of cooking at home and the fully equipped kitchen was a huge help!

My family has booked this house about 5 times over recent years and we love it. However, we feel like the check in and out times are getting ridiculous at the price we pay (check in 4 pm/check out 10am). Other then that we enjoy the house and have never had any issues.

We loved it and will return! Positive: Location and being on the corner made it more private. We never heard the neighbor's. Negative: We wish that there was a linen closet with bath towels, and kitchen towels, and dishwasher soap and things like that were very scarce. No cookie sheets for baking.

This was a great place and location. The only thing I would suggest along with other guests reviews is lack of towels. we were provided 1 towel per person for 2 nights. While there are blinds the lights from the pool and road are veey bright and the rooms do not get dark. There was also very little kitchen supplies. Great location, access to a nice pool, BBQ grills and beach. I wouldn't suggest the boardwalk as it's pretty lengthly. I would stay here after i verified they put up some curtains lol

This home was beautiful the moment we stepped in. Very clean and cute decor. Lots of space for our family. AC worked great and beds were comfy! As a heads up there are two sets of stairs to access the top level of the property. The first floor of this condo is the 2nd floor of the building, and it has an internal second floor as well. Keep this in mind if stairs are hard for anyone in your party. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Great apartment, very spacious and an easy walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, however bring your basic spices and oil, as well as an extra paper towel roll. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated a later checkout that we really appreciated!Definitely recommend this place for a family to stay!

I have stayed at plenty of rentals in Port A with my family and this has been the most pristine rental I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The rooms were absolutely spotless, the bathrooms were clean, the balconies were so clean, not a bug in sight, which was shocking as there are always mosquitoes in the area. The pool was clean and the beach was a nice 10 minute walk from the property. The beds were all incredibly soft, you just absolutely melt into the mattress for some great sleep. The rooms were all the perfect temperature. If I had any complaint, the stairs were a little slick if wearing socks, which was a little nerve wracking with the kids involved. All in all, I cannot wait to book again. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was exactly how the pictures looked. We had plenty of room and especially liked that the kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans to accommodate our daily meal preparation. We would return if we are in this area again.

Me and my family had decided to vacation over in Port Aransas for the Mother’s Day weekend. The place was fairly clean and easy to find with fast replies from the host. However, it was very disappointing when we discovered the state of the basic kitchen supplies. Not only was there no salt or oil, or any condiment. When we noticed a maximum of two trash bags under the sink we quickly realized it would not be enough for the weekend. We notified the hosts and asked if we could get just a few more. They refuse to give us any more. We asked this because we could not believe they gave us so few trash bags. When we leave we would clean and make sure the airbnb is clean and tidy after our stay. How can we be expected to do that with a measly two trash bags!?

The unit was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. We love choosing Sea Sands condo because of the amenities (including a large parking lot which allows us to bring our golf cart or boat so we can park our trailer). Property has a nice pool and laundry room. The unit itself has pool views. Internet and cable worked pretty well. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Even though our stay was cut short only 3 day out of 7 day days due to the mandatory evacuation of Port Aransas because of Hurricane Beryl. Our condo was clean we had an awesome locations less than a 5min drive to the beach. Kids love the pool very clean. Our beds were super comfortable. And our host was super informative when it came to questions about getting a refund on the days that we missed out on and we did get a refund and I thank her very much on her help-that is why we will be returning in August I do recommend this rental. Again thanking our host.

We had a great stay! The only thing that we didn’t pay attention to was there aren’t two bunk beds like the photos show (the description does say only 1 bunk, but we missed that). Love that it is a quick walk to the beach, and enjoyed the pool to cool off after the hot walk back!

Great location near the beach

We had a great time at Port A. Be prepared that the ferry can take up to 45 minutes to get across. The accommodations were great. It fit our family of 7 perfectly. It was about a quarter mile walk to the beach. Super easy. There is a place to rent chairs and umbrella where the boardwalk ends on the beach if you don’t have any. If you park at the beach, just know you need a permit. It is $12 for a year. Make sure to bring extra soap. The bars provided are very small. The shampoo and conditioner provided is hotel size. The location is great, you can easily walk to restaurants and shopping if you don’t want to rent a golf cart. The beds are comfortable. The one room upstairs with bunk bed doesn’t have a fan so it got stuffy. We ended up buying a box fan. The only negative, which isn’t the owners fault, was a neighbor smoking pot. Overall, we had a great time with my family. Thank you.

The Condo was very clean, updated, and comfortable. We loved the beach colors and decor, plus the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for cooking, chilling in the two patios and very safe for our little ones! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would recommend this condo to others.

Great place and location. Only reason it has four stars is no washer and dryer in house. Every AIRBnB has had that accommodation that I have used in the past. We used the washer and dryer in the community area but had to find change to use it. Other than that, clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed ourselves.

Sand Keys were great by accommodating us perfectly during our stay. We will most definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

A washer and dryer inside the condo would be feasible. Also, for more than one night stays, more towels would have been nice. Also had issues with internet.

It was fine but we got blamed for stuff we didn’t do said we was to loud the first night and smell pot.had a buddy that was sick and to guys the work there just walk in try to search our house. You got no privacy. They let there self in. I will never stay there again if anybody just gonna let them self in the place you stay for and try to search your house

Went down just to decompress and relax and that is what Sunny Beaches had to offer so peaceful and not far from local attractions we definitely will be back!!

Our 45 day stay went by so fast because we felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided to make our stay come comfortable. The beds were comfortable and bedding was soft and good quality. The balconies were a bonus for relaxing and viewing the beautiful sunrise and sunset skies. We are looking forward to returning.

Absolutely a great place to stay! My family enjoyed the quiet and peaceful surroundings; also the easy access to the beach. Grandsons loved walking to the beach with their fishing nets and poles. A great time to be at ease.

The only issue was making sure the patio doors closed completely so it would stay closed. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable we didnt have to worry about the other tenets being loud. It was very accessible to the many golf cart rental places and restaurants. We'll definitely stay again for the right price.

Great place to stay. This was a great place to stay. Not far from where we sat at the beach. Clean and lots of room for my family and kids. Enjoyed the double balconies. Only with would have known about the washer and dryer being coin operated. Would have made sure to bring quarters. Definitely would be staying here again when we make our trip back to TX.

Graduation Getaway This was a great place for us to spend our beach trip to celebrate our son’s graduation. The condo was an easy set up for multiple families. The beds were SO comfortable. Even the teenage boys commented on the super comfy mattresses on the bunk beds - an often overlooked place for good mattresses.

Perfect Beach Getaway Spacious and well equipped. We loved the unit, it had comfy furniture and was close to everything on the island. We rented a golf cart and were all over the place without much fuss. The automatic lock was so much easier than a physical key. The beds were actually very comfortable which is a huge plus and the hot water never ran out. The pool was also perfect. Everything you could want in a rental in Port A.

Spring Break at Port A We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our party. The only downside we had was that we could never find the community laundry, but we never contacted the property manager about it though. Centralized location was great!

Port A Nice property and location for us in Port Aransas. Close to the beach and short drive to many eateries and drinking places as well as a grocery store. Even the drive to Corpus Christie was an easy drive. We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo was great for us but balcony doors on the lower (2nd floor) level and upper level (3rd floor) didn’t work smoothly. The office did send someone to work on them for us but the doors were still difficult to close and lock.

Great Weekend Getaway Seven of us shared this condo. We cooked some meals in and enjoyed using the kitchen. The large dining table was great for meals and games. We enjoyed our stay.

A great week at the beach Yes. I definitely recommend this property. Property managers were friendly and helpful. It was a quick walk to the beach down the boardwalk. Cute little loft apartment with lots of space for everyone. It is upstairs and a wagon is helpful for dragging stuff to the beach, so plan accordingly.

Nice house The house was nice. The garage only fits a compact car. There was too much stuff in the garage so our sedan did not fit. It will not let a truck or sedan fit. We had to park the 2nd vehicle a mile away from the house in a dirt gravel parking lot. The parking/driving space was very tight. The living room TV was the only one working correctly. My son and I had to set up the bedroom TVs ourselves. Be prepared to climb steps multiple times a day.

Working Weekend w/Friends The property is nice and centrally located. Easy access and no parking issues. I didnt realize it had 2 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs from the photos. Kitchen and baths are showing their age, but the furniture is beautiful.

Nice Condo Nice condo with basics of what you need for a beach stay. There are stairs so be aware if you have little ones and plan to bring a baby gate. Also no immediate beach access from this property.
