Second time that I have stayed with sand key rentals. However, a different unit this time. It was very very cute! The AC blew nice and cold. The California king bed was nice and big enough to fit myself my daughter and my four-year-old grandbaby. The location is awesome being right by the entrance to the beach. The pool was nice as well. I felt comfortable and safe for the several days that we were there.

It was a decent place to stay for a weekend trip. The condo was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. There is not necessarily a “boardwalk” to the beach directly from the condo but you can definitely walk there. The WiFi was pretty spotty but we luckily didn’t need to use it that much. Central location was great for accessing the town, restaurants, etc. Host was responsive to questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here multiple times, always sad to leave. The place is clean, quiet and so very nice. Truly home away from home. The host are super responsive. We will be booking our next trip with them very soon.

I loved my entire stay here! The host was very helpful and responsive! It is definitely worth the money. The location is great and is very close to the beach, & many restaurants and things to do nearby! The condo is beautiful in presentation and the host supplied a few essentials that did help. (Paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, and dish soap) For those that get very hot easily from the heat and humidity, the ac works great. It felt very nice inside and cools down fast. I am a clean freak and the only complaint I have was there was hair that clearly wasn’t ours on the pillowcases and bedding. I understand not every teeny tiny hair can be picked off. I’m not upset at all. I just am sharing in case people are very picky like me. There was a sticker/thorn in my bath towel and I am happy I inspected it before I used it. It could have scratched me. There was also food bits left on the chairs. This place is still 5 stars no doubt!! It’s just the details matter.

Overall Kitchen, dishes, fridge are in good shape.Some issues we had:1) there are no instructions as to how to use the door locks (to lock when leaving2) no instructions for TV Usage; assigned password for Wi-Fi did not work; 3x remote controls (one without back to hold batteries in place); did not have consistent Wi-Fi butlearned later that there were Island wide issues). Was quite an imposition because we were traveling with 3 children and could not really watch anything consistently during down times.3) Bathroom Shower curtain (rod) & bedroom curtain rods very fragile and cheap. Pillows are also cheap and bumpy.So overall a mixed bag.

Great place! Very spacious! Not far from restaurants or beach! Definitely recommend! Loved the beach look and feel! Bed was very comfortable!

Absolutely great place and awesome location.

Overall, the place is clean and in a great location. The complex does rent to people under the age of 25 - the entire floor above us was college kids and the cops had to be called on them on Thursday night. Take proper inventory of the items left for you, and possibly take pictures when you leave of how you left the place since the cleaning crew and Sand Key will try to charge you $50 for items that were never in your rental. For example, a towel that fell from the floor above us and was damaged is apparently my problem even though it didn’t come from my unit at all. I would rent this place again; however the issue with the towel has changed my mind on this place and anything Sand Key Vacation Rentals is associated with. In all of the Airbnb’s that I’ve used, I have never had this issue.

We were thankfully accomodated at the last minute. Clean and close to the beach. Overall enjoyed our stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb in Port Aransas. I booked it super last minute because it started raining and I needed a quick place to stay as an out-of-towner. The host was incredibly responsive and accepted my check-in request almost immediately. Overall, a great emergency stay and super thankful for the quick help.

V Last minute check in on a busy weekend. Easy and quick communication. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Missing batteries in the living room remote. Nice ceiling fans to keep air moving on top of the AC. Very comfortable.

My family and I had a great time. It was close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores! Our host quickly responded when we had an issue with the smoke alarm. Otherwise we really liked this condo!

This place was amazing and we loved every minute. The host were great and the place was clean and decorated just perfectly for the beach!! Loved it!! The only thing we did not "love" was the 4:00 check in. That is late in the afternoon. By the time you get into the room and unpack the afternoon is gone. The 10:00 a.m. checkout is awfully early. Most have around 11:00-noon. To accommodate 6 people, the bathroom would be a bit small, but for the 2 of us, it was perfect. They had zero bath towels, luckily we brought extra towels. Other than that, highly recommend! Just beautiful, will stay there again!!!

Very clean and super cute on the inside! Very accessible beach area and different places around Port A within walking distance! Had a minor issue but it was addressed swiftly and the hosts were very friendly and communicative! Would definitely stay again!

Good place to stay. The room was nice, and had everything you needed to cook, and sleep comfortably. Nice pool, bbq pits, back porch, laundry facilities. Access to the ocean by foot. The only thing I didn’t love was the early morning construction a few doors down, cutting tiles at 8am was extremely loud. But, it looks like they are putting an effort in to maintain the property, so that’s awesome.

Construction going on during our stay Everything was great except the construction that was going on above us . Woke us up early in the morning and in the evening (7:00 pm) they were working so loud we were unable to hear our tv or visit. Wish we would of had a heads up on the construction going on , might have postponed our trip.

Mustang island The listing and pictures were accurate. Nice details throughout the condo. Good safe location and close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants

We enjoyed our month long stay in Port Aransas. We loved being within walking distance of the beach. The kitchen had all the pots and pans , plates and cups we needed. Communication with the owners was great. They responded quickly and clearly when we had questions. Although we were aware of it, we didn’t like the $50 non-refundable security/identification fee. It was a quiet, well equipped condo and we would stay here again.

Lovely condo. But please read the small print for the listing. Uncomfortable futon, and different couch than listed. Pullout sofa bed was pretty much a no go, very uncomfortable. Thank goodness for the air mattress. No reason the security deposit should be Non-Refundable from the start, with no option for return. Hair on many of the linens. Listing states Golf Cart friendly, but no spot to charge except across condo back lawn. Not sure if that's allowed. When we asked, listing admin stated they would get back to us, then never did. I would for sure stay again, but I was really unhappy with the communication and the hairy towels.

Very spacious rooms. Lots of towels. Bring your own pillows, not one of them held a solid shape. Understand that there are full time residents living at the condominiums. Very high cleaning fee and an extra $50 identity verification fee.

The condo my family stayed in was exactly as described! It’s in a great location, and it was easy to explore town from there.

A 2 Smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling. Couch was outdated. No face towels and no hand towels, only bath towels. Tv only streamed Trump news. No local stations. Before we lchecked out, the smoke alarm went off. Could not talk to landlord. the smoke ala

Short stay at Port A This property was easy to find and had great access to all that Port A has to offer. The beach is a short walk from the condo or you can drive on the beach. Great communication from the management company throughout the visit. Overall, my family and I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The place is quite charming, it has been upgraded to be pretty comfortable, however, it is still an older unit and a tad overpriced for what is offered. The bathroom is quite small and difficult to maneuver for anyone who might need assistance. The smoke alarms went off continuously. We had a front unit facing eleventh street. Security lighting outside was very good, however, there were no blackout curtains in the front bedroom, so sleeping was difficult as it was lit up like broad daylight in the room after dark. The kitchen did not offer coffee packets. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels and the 1 oz shampoo and conditioner, and mini soap bar that was provided was not enough for 4 people. There were two trash bags bags for a two day, four person stay which is not enough if people are cooking in the home. A cleaning fee of 170.00 is a little too much considering you ask folks to clean up after themselves and wash dishes and take out their own trash.

The location was great and a quick drive to the beach. It comfortably fit our family of 5. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and accommodating. Even though there were several families staying all around us, we didn’t hear any of them. Very quiet place to stay.

The place was clean. Close to beach, restaurants. My only gripe is I made sure to confirm that air mattress would be available as there is only one bed. The mattress was not there when we started getting ready for bed and it was already too late. We had 3 adults and 3 children. 2 pull out beds would not suffice. Being that it was for 2 nights, we didn’t make a bid deal. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you.

This place was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, and the host was very communicative which was amazing! Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The price and the location was absolutely perfect for a last minute trip booked to the beach! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Great host!

Cute and Clean We really liked our stay at this little condo. Nothing particularly fancy here, just good clean living.

Good. Positive: We liked the closeness to the beach. Bed was comfortable. We had a draining issue with the toilet and the sink in the bathroom but it was addressed promptly. Negative: There was a hidden $50 non refundable payment from a 3rd party which was not necessary as the email from booking.com and seasands said that there will be a deposit required from a 3rd party host called superhog but never said it would be non-refundable.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay! Positive: Close to the beach. 10 min walk. Good shower and great kitchen and comfortable bed. Negative: A $50,- nonrefundable verification wasn't mentioned and came as an suprise. No decent pan to bake, and there was a lot of cobweb at the backdoor.

Positive: Beach Access was 15 minute walk, nice swimming pool. Spacious living quarters. Negative: No available seasonings or coffee.

Enjoyed our stay and was very clean and very easy to find and in all it was nice and clean.

perfect place to stay

My friends and I rented this property out for spring break and even though the weather was bad we enjoyed our stay here Positive: I liked the cleanliness of the property and space. Lots of things provided like shampoo and dishwasher detergent. The bed was very big and comfortable as well. Also plenty of extra sheets and blankets provided. Negative: There were some roaches we found although it was very clean, the AC also leaked very bad onto the hallway floor. Going through other websites for the stay other than Booking was a little inconvenient.

Great place to stay that is conveniently located next to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Cute and spacious.

mini vacay The surface view of the place was nice, except that there were crumbs of food left on the futon in the bedroom. The futon was very hard to sleep on. The bed was not in good shape only one person could be on it at a time because you would sink in the middle leaving you sleeping on top of each other the whole night. The air up mattress deflated in the middle of the night not completely but close. Over all we were able to make things work for the weekend. We really like the location and the pool area.

Port A getaway We had a great time! The property was clean and walking distance to the beach! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to sleep comfortably and the condo was furnished well. We will be back!

Great Beach Stay This until was even better than the pictures showed it to be! It was clean, well stocked and decorated to give you a real beach vibe. We loved the view out the window and it was easy to watch the kids play outside. We will definitely return to this great condo!

Great location Everything you could need and more is provided. It was a full house as in complex busy, but there was enough parking and you barely heard anyone. You are walking distance to beach, the jetty, a coffee shop and the Port A Beach lodge. Great place!

Nice!! The location was great, the pool was a hit with my children. The condo itself was awesome and was very pretty. Only thing I needed was the laundry room door code and no one called me back with it. (After hours number was called) overall great place!

Not good at all. If I could give zero to this property I would. Communication was terrible. I called regarding a question for parking our trip is now over and I’m still waiting on a response 😒.. roaches everywhere, floor was dirty, smell bad (humid and moldy, old beat up furniture, dirty furniture, stains on couches, no salt nor pepper, only 1 toilet roll. You are not allowed to lower the temp pass 75, nothing to wash dishes with and they expect you to wash them. Oh did I mentioned like 10-15 roaches. We left after 1 night. Our trip was for 3 nights but we had enough on the first one. Worst experience ever.. zero stars

Close to the beach Sea Sand Condominiums were a great place for our family vacation! We drove to the beach in 2 minutes & parked right on the sand. So convenient & easy! Our condo was a perfect size for our family of 4.

The apartment was perfect and we were not bothered at all by any noise from repairs. We had an excellent experience. We left toilet tissue, paper towels, etc to make up for a small cutting board that unfortunately went missing.

ok at best. Sports fans beware... Property is ok. There were loooonnnng black hairs in the bathroom and bedroom and the pot and pan selection was scarce. What was available had a grimy coat of grease/or sticky residue. We like to cook a full blown breakfast. There were not enough pans to do eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and pancakes all at the same time. TV Cable options were slim. We had to purchase sports that would have normally been on regular cable due to the fact this unit has a Ruku stick. Probably wouldn't not been a big deal except it was the US Open. And after that, soon to be Hurricane Nicholas started moving around the Gulf and the weather channel was not an option either. Was the lack of regular cable a deal breaker.. kinda. This property will not be in our personal "keeper " list of places in PA. Meh.

Excellent Property We took our three grandchildren to Port A. It rained pretty much the whole time & we didn’t get to enjoy the beach. The pool at the property was great! The unit we stayed in had everything we needed & large enough for everyone to have their own space. There were games in the unit that we enjoyed. I would recommend this unit!

Sea Sands The pool attendant was rude to my children. People the frequent the condos said they have never been forced out at a certain time. But, the attendant made sure to come to my children at 10 every night and tell them “you have to get out of the pool now!”

Fun stay at beach House was clean and had everything we needed.

Cozy, Clean, and Spacious Condo Pros: Great location, nice kitchen, good wifi, and nice and roomy living room. Cons: Couch is not comfortable, missing some kitchen necessities (spatula, not many forks, etc), and no key-pad (not working during our stay) We are definitely planning on staying here again.

Somewhat disappointing Bed was very uncomfortable, floors were nasty sticky, feet stayed black from floor. Towels and bed linens had lots of long black hairs.... neighbors were noisy faught the whole time. It all looks nice due to what looks like a recent update.... but really disappointed with the overall stay there for the money. Was really tempted to leave early to head home due to the uncomfortable bed, not much sleep from noise made by neighbors... one more night we will see how it goes.. Just fyi the blender is missing the seal so anything you use in it leaks out.

Beautiful Condo Great little place for a weekend escape. I didn’t give it a 5 for being clean. Considering the cleaning fee, I left it cleaner than when I arrived. I will definitely be back though.

Nice, newly decorated The condo was nicely redone. We would have liked a king size bed in the one bedroom and a washer/dryer in the condo. The furniture is small for the unit and a bit uncomfortable, but that could be because it is so new.
