It was a pleasure hosting Martha! We hope to host them again in the future! we enjoyed our location. the home was comfortable with little necessities. we aren't used to not having the extra things others leave behind we left laundry soap and a floatie door codes getting is a little touchy you may have to push the door in to let the latch slide a laundry backet would have been nice to carry laundry all the way back to laundry maybe also build a small fence for the 4 trashcans outside in front

It was a pleasure hosting Oliver! We hope to host them again! Great experience! AMI’s communication was excellent, and the place was better than expected - spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. They provided a great kit of soap/shampoo/laundry soap/ etc. Did not encounter any problems. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to AMI.

William was a pleasure to host! This property is the best value on the north side of AMI. It has everything you need in the perfect location. The hosts are very attentive and respond quickly. This was our 3rd time staying on this property and we like it more with each visit. The recent updates only add to the value. The living area has plenty of space, the bedrooms are generously sized compared to other similar properties, and having 2 bathrooms makes family travel MUCH easier. We look forward to visiting this property again!

All was as pictured except for location. VRBO had house 2 min walk to pier on bay side but it’s not there! House is located 1 block from beach block.
