Had a fantastic stay here with lots of family. Room for everyone. Everything was nice and clean like it was described. The kitchen could use some more supplies with such a big crowd of people. We just had a small issue with the pool heat. Would come here again
Overall the host was very accommodating and responsive. We appreciated them allowing early check-in/late checkout and their quick responses. However, on our first day we asked about the pool temperature and were told that the heater had just been turned on and would need some time to warm up. This was disappointing, as we had followed the instructions and paid for the pool heater in advance so it would be ready upon arrival. We were also unable to access the amenities in the gated community. When we went to the community pool, we were told we were not allowed to use the facilities because the property was not up to date on its payments. This was a bit embarrassing and, unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during our stay. As a result, we could not use any of the resort amenities, which was unfortunate because a community pool and play area for our kids was a key reason we chose this Airbnb. The host was apologetic but we did not recieve anything for the inconvenience.

It was our 2nd time staying at the location. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend booking this house it won't disappoint.
Disastrous vacation Positive: Liked the design of the home but the home itself needs maintenance the kitchen faucet leaks the vent in the ceiling was wet with condensation! The area rug in the main common area was dark and filthy and the patio area by the pool hasn’t been maintained as well as the chairs and lounging chairs around the pool were dirty! Negative: The homeowner didn’t pay his HOA fees so we were barred from using the resorts amenities because of this I spoke with the house manager and they said it would be resolved by Monday the day I checked out! I planned the whole vacation around the kids being able to swim and enjoy the clubhouse amenities on the resort but because of negligence of the homeowner the kids could not use the resorts amenities! The patio area by the pool all the seating areas cushions were covered in black mold which having three kids with asthma this in itself caused an alarming response which meant I had to cover or try to contain the mold told the house manager and they said they couldn’t help with this!!! The outdoor pool chairs were filthy and the area rugs in the home were filthy as well
The property is really nice, I will say again and recommend to others.. Positive: The house plenty of space for a big family.. The pool is small. The game room space was very hot and not really games.. The property host was easily available via text.. The house has all types of utensils for a large family.. Negative: The freezer took 2 days to get cold.. The ice maker didn’t really work.. Some of the fans throughout the house wouldn’t work with the lights off due to not having a string or separate switch.. Some of the TVs didn’t have online streaming and we were not able to login to our own services..

wish it was better Positive: I just want to say it fit everyone, but there was a lot that needed to be fixed. The fridge and freezer did not stay cold we had to throw away our foods and rebuy the food, and my daughter in law had to throw away breast milk for the baby. We sent videos and pictures and all that she can say was maybe your opening the fridge too much, second of all the garbage disposal smelt so bad that as soon as you walk in you can smell it, it smelled like either eggs or someone vomited in the sink. I also took pictures of that, also there was a roach in the freezer and in some of the rooms. Last but not least when leaving and cleaning most of the guest uncover the sheets and found blood stains on their bed. As of this moment when coming home I sent an email with all the pictures and no response. so this time I will choose wisely on where to stay cause we paid lots for this place and we also spent money rebuying our foods. We actually left the house cleaner than what it was. Negative: I didn't like how we had to spend extra money using things in the home, and we found bugs in the room and roach in the freezer.

Wonderful house, would definitely book again. Positive: Beds were very comfortable. Enough room for everyone to enjoy family time. Pool and jacuzzi were a great end to the day. Negative: Dishwasher didn't work. Dryer took a very long time to dry even small loads.
We were a family of 19 and had plenty of room within the house. The home was very clean and had all amenities promised. The host was very prompt with pre-planning arrangements, as well with responding to inquiries we had upon and during our stay. The location of the home being an end unit provided a little more privacy as we had no neighbors beside us. The surroundings were well kept, and the Oasis clubhouse, Waterpark, and golf course were a lot of fun for our many grandchildren. We would return again.

Our first family holiday away will definitely not be our last! Joe and Anna were great hosts! I was particularly pleased with their prompt responses to all of my communications, and the their property did not disappoint! Plenty of room for my blended family of 11, with excellent amenities within the house to engage the interests of both the adults and kids! Before we departed, my family was already discussing plans for a return stay! We definitely plan on vacationing in Florida with Joe and Anna in 2023!
We had our annual Thanksgiving family get together here and the place was great. I was very anxious because of some of the reviews recently but Joe and Anne are very responsive and seem to rectify any issues as quickly as possible. Tons of kitchen "stuff " and the place is clean. Some minor repairs like the ceiling inthe entryway had water damage. The air jets did not work in the jacuzzi and oddly someone came to fix it but they did not get authorization from the mgt team so it stayed brok. But I never reported it!! So this issue was from a previous complaint... Overall, excellent choice and if they have a larger home for my entire family next year, i would book with them just for the prompt responses and cleanliness of the home.
The place & host were amazing! The resort was a huge plus. We spent a day at pool, had snacks & played volleyball. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool the most. This house is spacious, open and have space for our group to spread out.

We had a really disappointing experience with this listing that ended in having to cancel the night of check-in. The owners did give us a full refund, but I feel the need to share that we were expected to check in with a window completely shattered and glass till all come the driveway/mulch/grass. The window had not yet been replaced and instead the screen was covered in duck tape. After almost an hour of speaking with the management company and expressing our safety concerns with not having a window with 4 kids, we were finally granted a cancellation w/ a full refund. In full transparency, the owner/management company told us there was “some slight damage on a few things on and around the house and over the next few days, we plan on getting these things repaired…”, but “not to worry as these things will not impact your stay.”. We strongly feel that the window and glass everywhere should have been brought to our attention prior to our arrival, as it definitely would impact our stay.
Overall the house and location were fine. Issues were lack of linens. There were no comforters or blankets on the beds just sheets. We called and they did bring 4 fleece blankets. There was very little kitchen utensils (no spatulas) and only two pots/pans (one huge and one tiny), not sufficient to cook for a house with 8 bedrooms. The house showed a lot of wear. Couch had stains, walls are filthy and need painting, carpet very worn. Upon arrival the Wi-fi would not connect, but we called and they fixed it pretty quickly. On the plus side, the pool and hot tub were great. The distance to Disney was great, but the traffic going into Orlando was terrible. Beds were comfortable and rooms are all decorated nicely.
We stayed here for 7 days and had an amazing experience. The place is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. It’s an 8-bedroom home and comfortably fit our group of 15 people with plenty of space—no one ever felt cramped. The layout is perfect for large groups, with tons of room to spread out and still gather together. We did pay extra for the heated pool and hot tub, and it was 100% worth it. I’d highly recommend adding that on—it really elevated the entire stay and was a highlight for everyone. Overall, this is a fantastic property for a large group getaway. Spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Positive: The kitchen area was more spacious than we expected, which was great! We really liked all the seating in the dining area and in the living room. We had a group of 19, so needed a lot of seating. The rooms upstairs were really spacious. The kids loved the movie room, the game and especially the pool! That was really wonderful. Negative: We arrived during Hurricane Debbie and because of that we had a few leaks. Nothing major but we had to lay a few towels on the floor to soak up the water. Also, as I said, we had a large group and there were not enough trash bags, dish and laundry soap. Also, if you plan to make a lot of meals there, take a few storage containers and baking dishes. There are not enough for large groups.
I was pleased with the spacious rooms and dining area. We had plenty of space to eat meals as a large group. The large comfortable beds were a plus. We enjoyed watching the NFL playoffs in the theater, we felt like we were at the game. We didn't use the pool but we did enjoy the pool area and we had a nice BBQ. The only issues we had were out of the owners control. Parking was limited and the gate was slow at times. We had a great time and would come back to this location again.
This house was in a very safe and convenient location. The house was spacious and overall as described. Great for our group. Hosts were so helpful and responsive. Would stay here again!

The home was relatively clean with a few exceptions. The theater system did not work and was missing 2 remotes needed to operate the system. The wi-fi did not work adequately. It was very sketchy and hard to connect. Some of the tvs had previous users log-in’s locked it. It was an inconvenience to find out after getting there that was cloths were not provided so we had to drive 25 minutes to buy them. The kitchen was not well stocked and did not have a keurig coffee maker so we had to go out to get ground coffee. The cooking pans were kind of worn and not of good quality causing food to stick to them.

It’s was ok Positive: My stay was very comfortable, but I do have some reasons why I would not book this house again, other than that the neighborhood was great to stay in. Negative: What I dislike about the property is that the refrigerator did not work when it came down to using the freezer, so everything we had melted, even food. Not to mention, they did not have any rags to wash with, you have to bring your own. Not only that, when it comes down to the AC, you can’t even operate it because they already have it set, so you have no choice but to freeze at night.

Positive: This place was extremely clean, kitchen space very big, we had everything we needed. We didn't have to go to the store for anything. The beds slept very good!! Negative: Everything was great I can't complain about anything.
Not a good experience with this rental company…. The photos are deceiving and this rental company is shady. We were told to be very careful when eating and drinking on the couch because it’s white and they wish to keep it looking nice. When we arrived we found the couch to be heavily soiled, and the top frame of the couch was actually broken. The fabric was torn and the whole couch was gross, along with the barstool seats. The photos on the listing must have been taken many years ago. I emailed the company immediately and made them aware and sent them pictures so I wouldn’t be held responsible. They acknowledged my email and apologized. During the week we attempted to use the microwave, but there was a piece of tape holding the door closed. Once we removed the tape, the door would no longer stay closed, and the microwave was literally loose in its cabinet. I notified the rental company who offered to have a maintenance person come by and look at it. I didn’t want to sit around waiting for maintenance while I’m on vacation so I told them not to worry about it and we would just work around it, but I wanted to make them aware so I would not be held responsible. The last night we were there, the air conditioner was remotely turned up on us and locked. It was almost 80° in the house when we woke up. I emailed them, and got an apology, no explanation. Now they are trying to keep my security deposit,accusing us of damaging the microwave,that was broken when we got there and which I already notified them about. Renters beware!!
Stressful with all the issues listed above. We will not be staying at this address again. Positive: The beds were very comfortable Negative: The key code was missing the last digit for entry upon arrival. The dishwasher did not work, a technician came out the second day and fixed it. Bowls did not fit well in the dishwasher. The entryway was filthy with dried garbage drippings. The pool deck had cigarette butts lying around. The outdoor furniture was moldy. Mid week the gate guard decided that our van was too large and would not let us in until the host was able to convince them to allow entry. After payment the host informed us that the hot tub and BBQ grill has an extra charge to use. Fridge water filter says the filter is overdue to be changed. Indoor furniture was beat up and needs replacement.
Overall the home was beautiful inside and out . We had a few minor issues but the property owner always was responsive a Positive: I love how wide and open the kitchen is for everybody to move around . The living room accommodates more than enough sitting space for everyone as well & the pool area was amazing Negative: The gate issue was a big problem! Having to sit in a line even with a parking pass for over 20 mins is insane. Also the towels & rags . It didn’t come with enough towels also no rags wasn’t included so we had to go out & buy some . Ice maker and water filter was down even after someone came to fix it
This home was great ! If I could suggest anything it would be the game room need some attention it could be better if you guys add more to the game room and add some flavor this home would be perfect
Unfortunately we had issues pricing, the pool/tub heater and filtering of pool, and dishwasher was broken. Very spac Positive: the most size of the house was great, the pool area is nice, plenty of things to do movie room is amazing despite a ripped chair, very spacious Negative: The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash everything, the pool filter wasn’t running and heat wasn’t working until the end of our trip. The carpets were wet when we arrived for over a day had a weird smell and brown staining upstairs. Floor wasn’t cleaned we found fake nail on floor and food by kitchenette area. Broken furniture. Carpets should be replaced. For what we paid it was way overpriced. We were quoted $35 to hear the pool then the night before the stay UPstay tried charging $60 per day. very disappointing with the cost changes last minute, rude. hot tub was losing water even though we filled it with the hose (see pics) and not refilling properly thru a filter for the duration of the stay. Pool was cloudy during the stay because the filter wasn’t even on(see pic of no water in filter)

Our visit to the Orlando area started off terribly. No words can express the feeling when you walk into a home in the middle of the hottest time in Florida without working air conditioning. Temperatures were in the high 90s with a heat index of around 115. The inside temp was as high as 85, and our host did nothing about it. They needed to be punctual about the issue, and the co-host stopped answering his phone after we notified him. The issue was never resolved. We spoke to someone, and they promised they would get a service technician out immediately. That ended up being a lie. There were several other issues besides the AC not working on the first floor. We found a towel in a clean pile with what appeared to be blood stains, a few sinks and tub/showers were not draining properly, stains on the furniture, vertical blinds were damaged and missing slats, the pool and jacuzzi lights did not work. We have a lot more to write about, but Airbnb will only allow a short response.

Overall we had a great time but we did have issues and the property management company wasn't great about addressing them. One of the toilets didn't flush properly & upstairs A/C stopped working the 1st night. I called PM & was told someone would be out 1st thing in the morning. Took them 2 days to come. We ended up temporarily fixing both of these ourselves. House has a lot of potential; a great layout, the beds were comfortable, plenty of dinnerware but it is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. If you want any extras arrange it b4 you get there b/c it might take days to get it. The resort was fun but does get super crowded on weekends (just FYI). We did end up leaving something behind and the pm company is mailing it to us ($30 charge) but thankful they are doing that.

The host sent a lot of messages with information about the stay. We paid extra fees for amenities we did not receive. Then when it came to collecting money for the fees the host was very responsive. But when there was an issue with the house the host stop communicating. They would only communicate when it was convenient for them and not helpful with assisting us with our stay.

Don’t really seem to be what they say it is! The surround system didn’t work, the movie theater tv was giving trouble, extra fees just to play the play station and Xbox!! They took way to long to deliver the propane tank ! One of the toilet was stopped up and didn’t want to flush !
Looked clean but smelled funny! Everything is a charge! Wanna use the pool charge. Wanna play video games they wanna charge! Woke up and was very itchy. They didn’t leave no dish soap. Wasn’t as expected. Payed for the airbnb thinking all was included but wasn’t. If I could rate this place it wouldn’t even be a star!

The house is very large however really needs a deep clean. There are some great amenities like the movie room and game room. Internet worked well also. There are a few windows missing with plastic over them. The pool / lanai is nearly unusable due to mold and being dirty. Additionally the pool heat didn’t work. The owner did refund us for the pool heating. Good communication from the owner. Overall if the house and pool area got l a good cleaning we would rent again.
