This beautiful home located at ChampionsGate is perfect for your next Orlando vacation. Big enough for the whole family with its 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this fantastic house can host up to 22 guests at a time.

The private back sundeck is a haven for chilling out on lounge chairs while topping off your tan. Enjoy sizzling burgers on the barbecue, or having a dip in the pool. The screened-in lanai is surrounded by a grassy area, which offers added privacy and space for lawn games.

Our open-concept living area is designed with plenty of room to spread out and relax. You’ll be kept entertained with the in-home games room, featuring family favs like foosball and air hockey. Catch up on all your favourite shows with the smart TVs and complimentary cable, or enjoy a movie on the big screen in the theatre room. Bring your own games and enjoy high graphics gaming on two 50” 4K TV’s.

In the kitchen you'll find top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry. There are both indoor and outdoor dining areas, plus kitchen island bar seating. This home is also equipped with kitchen and patio speakers with free access to play almost any song, podcast, or radio station.

Our guests get full access to the clubhouse amenities including the enormous heated resort pool, outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, a separate children’s splash zone with interactive water playground, and a two storey waterslide. Enjoy a tropical drink while soaking up that Florida sunshine from a poolside lounger—our dedicated staff of servers will greet you right at your chair. For the ultimate in relaxation, take advantage of one of our 16 indoor air-conditioned cabanas, complete with indoor lounge style seating for two, two dedicated outdoor lounge chairs with umbrella, LED TV, kitchenette with mini-fridge and a full bathroom with shower (separate fees apply).

• Please note that The Retreat Club will be closed every Monday and Tuesday as part of its seasonal schedule through February. The Oasis Clubhouse remains open daily for guests to enjoy.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of two pets under 70 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of $139 USD per pet applies and will be collected after booking.
• NO CATS allowed.

Additional Services:
• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 USD charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!
• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45 USD/night per service or $79 USD/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.
• Rent a Pack ’n Play for $39 USD (one-time fee)
• Rent a high chair for $29 USD (one-time fee)

• Safety is of the utmost importance for our family when we travel, and we have provided nothing less than our expectations for your family/group. Our home is equipped with at least one child safety lock on every exterior door, a pool gate, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, and postings with local emergency contacts and pool safety/emergency information.
