The place was very clean and well kept. Great location. Felt safe and enjoyed staying at this very nice condo/town home.

This airbnb was PERFECT for our girls trip to Nashville. A very easy 5-10 minute uber to Broadway, looked exactly like the photos, and was super spacious for all 11 of us.

Beautiful place. Rooms were good size with good sized closets. Nice having soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Couple of coffee shops we could have walked too that looked nice but just too hot this trip. Close drive for all we wanted to do. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. More than enough room for our group! Ubers to Broadway were only like $7!! Amazing!

We had the best time at our stay here and it was in the perfect location! Couple minutes from Broadway and such a great space for a large group of people. The house was beautiful and had so much to offer!

We had a group of five women for a Girls’ Trip and loved our stay! Lots of space, well stocked and clean! A great location to see several different areas and neighborhoods in just a short car ride. The rooms and decor are very fun and comfortable!

Our stay at 8th and Argyle⁩ was a stellar experience. It was super clean, actually looked like the photos, the furniture was of excellent quality, the linens, the beds were awesome, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, most of it seemed brand new, everybody in our group really enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely rebook if I end up in Nashville again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend with my six bridesmaids, and the space was perfect for our group. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and the bathrooms were a huge plus for seven girls getting ready! The location was also amazing, everything we wanted to do was just a short Uber ride away, so even when we needed an Uber XL, the rides were quick and inexpensive. There’s also a Publix within walking distance, which was so convenient for grabbing groceries, plus a few nearby coffee shops. Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb, especially for a girls’ or bachelorette weekend in Nashville! 🤍

We had an incredible stay here! The way the space is decorated is so cute and trendy and feels so welcoming. It was really easy and convenient getting around Nashville from here. Great central location with average 5 minutes or less uber rides. Our hosts were especially accommodating with us when our flight home was cancelled, they really saved the day! Would love to stay here again!

Clean and nice spot. We went with a group who got a second air bnb by the same company so we were close to them which was super convenient.

Absolutely loved 8th & Argyle- would book again!! Perfect for our girls trip! Airbnb was extreme clean! Interiors were beautiful. 8th & Argyle was a wonderful host. The location is peaceful and definitely up and coming. Super easy to get to 12 South, right in the heart of the action. The place was beautifully accommodated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at 8th & Argyle from May 28th through May 31st was absolutely wonderful. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect close enough to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer while still providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. The accommodations were well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt. Whether you're visiting Nashville for business, a special event, or a weekend getaway, I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for providing such a great experience. Great Airbnb! The pictures are exactly what the home looks like, super cute! Location for our group was perfect, short Uber ride to Broadway, The Gulch, & Midtown. Lastly, the host was quick to respond and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was nothing other than EXCEPTIONAL. The place was clean and peaceful, easy to find. All that we needed was available to us. We arrived much sooner than anticipated and we were able to check in! The response time and proactiveness of the managing company is top tier! Having the two car garage to secure our vehicles if we wanted was icing on the cake. Will definitely book here again!
